In order to increase your stamina, you need to have small meals at 2-3 hrs intervals. Have balanced main meals comprising of whole grains (atta, brown rice, dalia, suji, oats, quinoa, millets, barley, atta bread), whole legumes (sprouts, soyabean, rajma, chola, chana), low fat dairy (milk/curd/channa), lots of vegetables & salads, a pc of egg/fish/chicken. In between main meals have healthy snacks like- whole fruits, nuts, oilseeds, makhana, roasted chana, green tea, buttermilk/curd which can be kept handy & had at your work desk itself. Regular exercise & complete sound sleep also improves stamina.

Hello, your ideal body weight should be 55-56 kgs. Some of the tips to include calorically dense foods and to gain weight are: 1. Eat handful of dry fruits and nuts on daily basis 2. Fruit or almond or mixed dry fruit milk shakes (avoid very high consumption of refined sugar, you can sweeten the shakes or juices using date syrup, molasses, jaggery, honey etc) use full fat cream milk only. 3. Knead chapati atta using milk instead of water. Enrich chapati flour with soya flour to increase its nutritional value. 4. Eat small and frequent every 2 hours 5. Do weight training to increase the muscle mass and increase the consumption of proteins in your diet. You can also start taking carbohydrate containing protein supplements (e. G. Whey protein for muscle gainers). But you must indulge in weight training before you start these supplements. Consult a certified gym trainer and a physician before you take any supplements. 6. Cook vegetables and curries in ghee or pure butter or use cold pressed oils (kacchi ghani oils instead of refined oils).

Dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy muscular body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. Or take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening for strong digestive system. Or you can take amla powder 1 teaspoon with water for strong digestion. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. I am sending the diet chart. Kindly show me a photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Hi Firstly understand that weight gain is very dependent on genetics and metabolism. It is important to know that just eating just two heavy meals a day will not help. Eating the right foods at the right time is very important. Eat meals at frequent intervals. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy, eggs, nuts, fruits in your meals. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least thrice a week. Even if you were to take medicines or supplements they will not work in isolation you need to have a calorie and nutrient dense meal.

When you are trying to gain weight, you should eat food the rich in vitamins and minerals. 1. Healthy food includes meat, egg, milk, fruit vegetables, fruits and nuts. Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Go for natural, organic foods if you can. Drink plenty of water also, drinking water with lemon is cleansing and healthy for you. Avoid things like soda, diet soda or any drinks, artificial colors and sweeteners, white flour, overly processed foods, fast food, etc your morning breakfast starting should be from oatsmeal. Its best for healthy fit. One or two fruit should be consume daily. Pulses curd paneer etc high protein diet are very good for being fit. You shuld take proper 7 to 8hr sleep in night. Consume high fibre diet. Your diet shuld be rich in fruits and vegetables. Avoid junk foods. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least thrice a week.

1.Peel two cloves of garlic and crush it. Add this to a glass of milk. Boil it on a mild flame till one-fourth glass remains. Filter and make two equal parts. Drink one part in the morning and the other in the evening. 2.Warm mustard oil or sesame oil (1 teaspoon) with 3-4 cloves of crushed garlic and 1 tsp of ajwain (carom) seeds until it roasts to a reddish brown colour. Ensure that it does not get burned. Massage this oil on your affected areas. After that do hot fomentation with salt potli (bag). 3.Take 1 tsf triphala churna daily....n practice yoga daily twice..

No you should not stop taking edible oil. If you stop taking edible oil then their will be a dryness in body. So keep on changing your oil after every six months.
