kindly take guduchyadi kshayam, 2 tsf in half a glass of warm water, before meals, thrice a day. Avoid cold water, curd, tea, spicy food in your diet. Take liquid diet like daliya, khicdi, moong daal in your diet.

A ligament tear can not heal without surgery. Acl tear is normally seen in people who play sports. So if you want to continue playing then you have no option but to go for a surgery. But, if you are not going to indulge in too many physical activities then you can avoid surgery and go for physiotherapy - ayurvedic physiotherapy can manage your pain very well. Consult a nearby clinic and go for janu vasti sessions. This will not heal the tear but it will make you pain free.

Hello lybate user- follow this ayurvedic tips for reducing your weight- a) wake up before 6: 30 and try skipping. B) sleep before 10 pm and take night meals before 7 pm. C) avoid potato, rice, fast foods in your diet and increase food like daliya, oats, sattu, etc. D) avoid excess intake of water and tea. E) do not sleep in day time, and walk atleast 100 yards after meals or perform vajrasan.

Warm mustard oil or sesame oil (1 teaspoon) with 3-4 cloves of crushed garlic and 1 tsp of ajwain (carom) seeds until it roasts to a reddish brown colour. Ensure that it does not get burned. Massage this oil on your affected areas. After that do hot fomentation with salt potli (bag). take 1 tsf triphala churna daily....n practice yoga daily twice. Go for fasting once a week. You can go for absolute fasting or rely on a liquid diet to digest ama (toxin). Fasting should be followed by hot fomentation or by taking a bath with lukewarm water or steam bath. After fasting and fomentation, mix powdered long pepper, black pepper and dried ginger in equal quantities and take 1 teaspoon of this powdered mix with lukewarm water twice a day. This will help you restore your digestive fire.

Hello, Gaining weight is a slow process which requires patience and dedication! The food what and how you eat, makes the difference! For increasing your weight, concentrate on the below points ( if you don’t have any medical condition) which helps in gaining weight in a right way without harming your body. - Consume more healthy fats. Foods containing healthy fats are full of nutrients and also high in calories, making them a great option for weight gain. Foods containing plant fats should be your first option - this includes items such as nuts, seeds, peanut butter, avocados and olive oil. Foods containing healthy animals fats include lean meats and full fat dairy products - although if you have high cholesterol, you should probably stick to low-fat options. -Eat more protein. Good sources of protein include lean meat, fish and poultry, in addition to eggs, whole grains, dairy products and legumes. -Drink more calories. Try drinking a large glass of orange juice in the mornings (along with your normal breakfast).
