She maybe a prostitute and even if I have sex with her without safety, there is no risk of any kind of thing like AIDS or HIV right.

MBBS, D.P.H
General Physician, Gurgaon
Mr. lybrate-user you should not be under impression that HIV transmission will not happen with unprotected sex it is 99.9% chances of HIV infection and sexually transmitted disease with unprotected sex if done with HIV positive partner by any route anal, oral, vaginal, homosexual heterosexual, even protected sex with condom is also possible if condom tears or some contact of vaginal fluid with precum. So it is my sincere advice for you that for sexual pleasure of short time do not ruin your whole life because aids symptoms appear after 8 to 10 years of exposure and antibody detected in blood after 90 days. When CD 4 count comes below 500 symptoms of AIDS appears and body immunity is decreases and expose you a no. Of opportunist infection which further deteriorate your health and you have to take art for whole life with no. Of complication even infection will be transmitted to your kids if married your age is 22 years which is for gaining education, good job, happy married life, excellent social life. There are certain country which even do not allow visa for study and tour, means your future will be dark and you will start loosing your immunity by the age of 30-32 years so decide what you want to do.

What is the reason of stomach pain during periods and what can we do for pain relief.
At time of menstruation, while trying to remove endometrium and blood , uterus contracts so you get pain. Pain killer antispasmodic is answer.. But if severe then one has to meet Gynecologist to rule out some pathology.

Can be uti or leucorrhoea. Empty your bladder frequently as soon as you feel the need to go; don't rush, and be sure you've emptied your bladder completely. Wipe from front to back. Drink lots of water. Cleanse your genital area before sex. Urinate after sex to flush away any bacteria that may have entered your urethra. Keep your genital area dry by wearing cotton underwear and loose-fitting clothes. Avoid tight jeans and nylon underwear -- they can trap moisture, creating the perfect environment for bacteria growth. Try using (homeo) r 87. And bio combination number 13, consult me in private for detailed treatment in biochemic system of medicine without any side effects.

Cause of blighted ovum is abnormal chromosomes and defective sperms in few cases. And female body rejects it and does not allow the fertilized ovum to grow. And no there are no bad effects of sonography in early fetal life even. It is the most safest non invasive test.

Dear Vanita, keep your weight under normal range and avoid foods made from white sugar and maida. Also start taking folic acid tablets when you want to conceive. Do not worry about getting out of PCOD. Majority of women with PCOD have no problems in conceiving.

Medication Abortion: Up to ten weeks from the first day of your last period. Aspiration Abortion: Up to 12 weeks from the first day of your last period. Medication Abortion: Generally, the abortion pill (mifepristone) is taken in person at the clinic or at a doctor’s office. Most women feel fine after taking mifepristone, though some experience nausea. At home, 6 to 72 hours later, a second pill, misoprostol, is taken bucally (placed in your cheek to dissolve) or vaginally, as instructed by your healthcare provider. The abortion starts one to four hours after taking the misoprostol. Heavy bleeding and cramps last for a couple of hours. You will have a follow-up appointment about a week later to be sure the abortion is complete. Aspiration Abortion: The abortion takes place in the clinic or office. The actual abortion procedure takes five to 10 minutes. A physician uses medical instruments in your vagina and uterus to remove the pregnancy. A return visit is required only if you experience problems, or if you would like to see a healthcare provider.

Compulsive Indecisiveness - Ways That Can Help You get Over It!

MBBS, MD - Psychiatry
Psychiatrist, Bhopal
Compulsive Indecisiveness - Ways That Can Help You get Over It!

Do you find it too hard to figure out what to wear? Does taking some important decision leave you feeling paralyzed? These indicate that you suffer from compulsive indecisiveness. Struggling with this problem leaves you stuck in one place and causes you distress. Fear of taking the wrong decision is the primary reason, which makes people indecisive. It is also likely for you to bother too much about what other people think of you.

Here are five important steps, which you should take for overcoming compulsive indecisiveness:

  1. Forget your fear: Fear of something often causes indecisiveness. You need to figure out and write down your fears and what you would do if these occur. If you are indecisive about a job change or whether the new job will be paying you less, you should analyze how the reduced income will affect your life and how you can deal with it.
  2. Tune into your emotions: Maximum people who suffer from compulsive indecisiveness and struggle at making major decisions tend to over analyze situations a bit too much. In some cases, you cannot create an easy perception or a suitable side for a situation in spite of stressing over it from various angles. The situation will remain the same, no matter how much you think. Write down your options, think about them, rate them, and choose the top rated option.
  3. Practice on small things: For improving upon your indecisiveness, you should start practicing by taking small decisions every day. Aim at taking 10 major decisions everyday such as where to go for lunch, which route to take to work and more. Slowly, practice taking decisions quickly instead of pondering over a situation. Try to make instant decisions in various spheres of life.
  4. Learn to trust yourself: You need to list all your strengths. Write down whether you think if you are smart, creative or funny. Ask yourself whether you can infuse your strengths into your process of decision making. Try to test your strengths in all kinds of matters. Once you are sure of your strengths, you will be able to achieve your goals without hesitation.
  5. Pick one thing at a time: You should pick things and matters one at a time to focus on. If there are several things which bother you and add to your indecisiveness, try to handle them one by one. This way you will be able to give all your focus to one matter, and overcome your fears related to it. After that, move on to another fear.

It is important for you to let go and refrain yourself from analyzing whether a decision which you had taken is right or wrong. Instead, focus on activities which matter to you and do not ponder over old decisions. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a Psychiatrist.

Once she misses her periods you can do the pregnancy test after about four or five days but symptoms you are indicating are more of pregnancy it is better to confirm it early with ultrasound lower abdomen to find the status of uterus if you don't want to continue the pregnancy.
