Body and mind need rest for recovery and repair of routine wear and tear. And sleep is the means of giving time to body and mind to heal and be ready for work. So take proper 6-8 hrs sound sleep at night. Results of work / study will be much better.

Hi lybrate-user, One way to help yourself get over your fear of the dark is to make sure to give yourself enough time to wind down before you go to bed. You’ll need to work on shutting off all electronic devices at least half an hour before bed, avoiding caffeine after noon or so, and doing something nice and relaxing, whether you read for a little while or listen to some soft music. Getting yourself in the most restful mindset possible can help you ease the anxiety you feel when the lights turn out. Try 10 minutes of meditation. Just sit down and focus on the breath rising in and out of your body as you relax your body parts, one at a time. Focus on thinking about your body and breath only and banishing all anxious thoughts from your mind. Find a groove that works for you. It can be drinking chamomile tea, listening to classical music, or cuddling with your cat. Avoid doing anything that will make you more afraid or anxious, such as watching the nightly news or a violent television show. You should also avoid anything that will be likely to stress you out and make you more worried at night in general, such as last-minute homework or a serious conversation. You don’t need to shut off all of your lights at once to get over your fear of the dark. First, you should know that sleeping in darkness leads to a deeper, more restful sleep than sleeping with the lights on. Use this as a jumping off point to encourage yourself to sleep in darkness. If you sleep with all the lights on because of your fear, you can start off by dimming the lights a little before you go to bed, or even shutting off some of the lights if you wake up in the middle of the night. This can help you slowly get used to sleeping in darkness. You can set a goal for yourself, like deciding that you’d be okay with sleeping with just a nightlight, or only with having another light on in the other room. When you get into bed at night, ask yourself what you’re really afraid of. If you think there’s someone in your closet, under your bed, or even hiding behind a chair in the corner of your room, then you should go and check that place. Show yourself that there’s absolutely nothing to see and nothing to be worried about. If you do this, you’ll be proud of yourself for facing your fears and will be able to sleep more at ease. If you wake up with this fear in the middle of the night, tell yourself that the sooner you check on it, the sooner you’ll feel better. Don’t spend all night worrying about the unknown. Change your ideas of darkness. One of the reasons you may be afraid of the dark is because you feel that darkness is evil, awful, darkly mysterious, chaotic, or any other number of negative things. However, if you want to start embracing the darkness, you have to work on forming positive associations with it. You can think of it as calming, cleansing, or even comforting like a thick, velvet blanket. Work on changing your perception of the dark, and you’ll soon be able to embrace it. Write down all of the things you associate with darkness. As silly as it may sound, you should cross them out or tear up this piece of paper. Then, you should write down new, more positive associations. If this feels too corny, you can say it aloud instead. When you are feeling scared try to see the funny things that happen in your life or about something you saw or read, like if someone runs in to a glass door and they get back up look around and walk into it again and then opens the door. If you're scared, try to think of funny things that happen in your day or during the week. Remember: the room is the exact same thing in the dark as it is in the light, so there's nothing to be afraid of. It's just your imagination! If you hear a noise, try to come up with a pleasant reason for that noise happening. Such as if you hear creaking, tell yourself it's your pet looking for a late night snack. If you're afraid of the dark and are wide awake try not to let your eyes dart around the room looking for anything that might get you but instead, just focus on your breathing with your eyes closed. Make sure that you don't have any scary posters or something in your room at can trigger your fears. Sleep with a pet if you need to. Have something to think about so you can talk to yourself at night in your head. Try to think positive. Perhaps you saw an amusing cartoon earlier in the day, you could think of that. Distract yourself when you have your eyes closed. For example, plan out what you're going to do tomorrow. If you play relaxing music all night, be sure not to put the volume up too high. Play your music loud enough for you to hear it, but not so loud that it will bother your sleeping family. Remember sometimes anxiety is helpful and required for your survival. Your fear may be the only thing that is keeping you out of danger. Keep a journal about your fears. If you want to you can share your journal with your family so that they can help and support you. Consult psychologist.

Naturopathy believes that Mother Nature has every remedy for our problems, it believes in preventing the problem instead of just curing it. I am suggesting you some simple lifestyle changing tips that will not just make your body proportionate and give you a desired shape but will also help you obtain a healthy body. You can come over it very easily due to your determination. 1.Make sure you are walking at least 5000 steps every day 2.You should avoid late night dinners at any cost and make sure you are following a routine while having 3 main course foods of the day. 3.Try having your dinner (proper food) before sunset and not eat anything heavy after sunset this will surely help you in your stomach problem. 4.Try to sleep before 11: 00 P. M. And sleep for minimum 7 to 8 hours. Lack of sleep is also a leading factor of weight gain. 5.Avoid processed food, sugar and its products as well as refined oil/double refined oil. Use pure oil of mustard (sarso), peanut, coconut, cow ghee, sesame. 6.In the morning start consuming lukewarm water right after you wake up & sitting in sukhasaan (chaukdi) it is advisable to even do rinsing with the lukewarm water in your mouth and drink sip by sip instead of drinking quickly. This process is done for the detoxification and cleaning of your stomach/intestines that has everything to with your weight issues. After this your stomach condition will remain intact at pH7 (which is not alkaline or acidic in nature but normal). 7.Another advice is that don’t drink water after your meals (lunch, dinner, breakfast, or any mini meal). Drink water after 90 minutes. Drinking water after your meals reduces your digestion, and as you know if food is not digested it will produce acid, which in turn will increase your weight. Drinking water during or after meals can bring almost 103 types of disease in your body. I can suggest you one magic machine which you can use, its a machine which every Indian mother used from thousands of years and every one had a normal delivery. That machine is" atta peesne ki chakki" Through this machine your uterus will be flexible and you will avoid cesarean delivery, use it for 15 minutes everyday and you may also use to eat fresh flour. You can also start eating methi dane k ladoo to avoid cesarean deliver. Thirdly if you do not have kidney or gall stone problem you can eat one gram choona (lime stone) with curd for 3 months. This will help not only in giving normal deliver but will also give birth to a intelligent baby, that calcium will reach your baby through mothers milk. Choona is a magic natural medicine, do not bring doubt in your mind, for any query you can contact me or check the benefits of lime stone. For pain during pregnancy drink hot cow milk at night and add 1 table spoon cow ghee and half table spoon haldi, this will give instant relief and is the best medicine for pregnant mothers.

Your skin will be healthy, dark circkles will not appear and the face will be bright once you maintain healthy life style and disciplined habits. *.Take nutritious and timely food. *.Avoid fried foods and eat fruits, nuts, pulses, greens, milk and whole grains *.Drinking lots of water is good. Keep hydrated by drinking water and preferring juicy fruits.. *.Have timely and adequate sleep. Masturbation is a natural process and as such it doesn't decrease our growth it's a normal human phenomena to masturbate you should eat adequate diet and drink lots of water for energy for everything you can masturbate 3to4 times in a week. I presume that you were tested for Malaria and it came positive ( initially ). I need to know what exactly the report said because there are different types of malaria for example Falciparum / vivax. Treatment differs for these . Also let me know what medications you are on . There are certain medications of malaria for which resistance have come , if you are on those medications you need to be changed to newer medications .

There are several things you can do to prevent a cold. they are all easy. -Always wash your hands after coughing or sneezing into your hands, blowing your nose, after touching someone who is sick, or when using public restrooms or telephones. -Cover your mouth and nose when you sneeze or cough. -Get plenty of rest/sleep.staying at home will keep you from spreading germs.Avoid people who have a cold or cold symptoms. -Drink plenty of fluids(veg/tomato soups,dal water/coconut water/herbal tea etc), and eat nutritious food(like sprouts/boiled eggs without yolk with milk). Avoid foods or drinks with caffeine which can impair your sleep -Treatment:A cold usually lasts for a week or two. Unless you develop complications, you shouldn't need medical treatment. -Complications like infections of the ears, throat, sinuses or lungs must be treated with antibiotics. -Gargle to keep from getting a sore throat. -Use saline nasal sprays or nasal irrigation. -Tablet nasorest-p once/twice daily may ease breathing. -Do steam inhalation once or twice daily -Cough- For dry cough.Take syrup Alex-D for a dry cough.(1 tsp thrice daily) -Productive cough:it brings up mucus from behind the throat or the lungs.These coughs should not be suppressed to the point that they no longer bring up mucus. Use syrup Alex. -Get chest xray done if cough lasts for more than a week and consult doctor immediately.

Hi I am 41 now, diabetic since age 32, I take Jalra-50mg 1 morn + 1 TRIGORYL2 and evening only 1 TRIGORYL, with this I have seen my fasting diabetes levels are around 144~162 I have qry. Cracks on your penis skin is due to sugar going out through urine and so we need to first check your hba1c levels and we need to make even sugar absent in urine by altering the drug.

Hello, there can be many reasons behind it like mental worries, nutritional deficiency, hereditary and anaemia. *Make a habit of 8-10 glasses of water daily. *Eat healthy and balanced food like pulses, green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits and nuts etc. *Eggs as it is loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, vitamin b12, iron, zinc and omega 6 fatty acids in large amount. *Add more vitamin rich food to your diet. *Avoid stress and anger. *Cut down the use of hair spray, hair gel. *Take a sound sleep. Take homoeopathic medicine Weisbaden 30 (4 drops in little water) every morning empty stomach only one dose in a day 15 days and update with the feedback. Use Arnica hair oil and Arnica shampoo.

Use a broad spectrum sunscreen 30 mins before moving out of the house and every 4 hours. Also take an antioxidant which will help in decreasing the free oxygen radicals and detoxification.
