7 mm calculi and 5 mm calculi are small sized only you need to follow diet chart and plenty of fluids. If you are having severe pain. Get ncct kub scan.

You can tab vit d if you are having its deficiency and you have kidney stone. It will also decrease chances of recurrent stone formation.

It is normal. Any psa below 4 ng/ml is normal. Fall may be due to resolution of prostatic infection.
