We’ve all had the experience of feeling anxious about something, to the degree that it keeps us up and makes it hard to fall asleep. If you’re a worrier by nature, your fears and concerns may regularly cause you to lie awake in bed for hours, tossing and turning. When this happens frequently, one naturally begins to feel anxious about bedtime as night approaches, making it even harder to wind down. The good news is that anxiety can be successfully treated. Often through simple things you can do yourself, the vicious cycle can be broken. 1) Take deep, relaxing breaths Taking deep, relaxing breaths can calm the nervous system and decrease general tension. When you notice yourself starting to worry or tense up, take several slow deep breaths in a row (breathe in through your nose, and exhale your fears and worries out your mouth). I also use this technique whenever I have a difficult time falling asleep. 2) Avoid caffeine If you’re a worrier, stay away from caffeine, particularly in the latter half of the day. If you must have something in the morning, choose green tea as it contains an amino acid, L-theanine, which promotes serenity and calm. 3) Try guided relaxation techniques Find a guided, relaxation recording that you like and use it daily. Learn to shift from tension to relaxation by listening to the recording when you’re stressed, or in bed at night to help you relax and fall asleep. 4) Write down your worries When your fears run around familiar tracks in your mind all day, it can be hard to gain control of them. Stop the cycle of chronic worrying by writing your fears in a journal. What is the worst that could happen? What is more likely to happen, optimistically? What can you do to improve the situation? When you examine your fears, they usually lose their power. 5) Exercise to blow off steam If you’re feeling really keyed up, try going for a run, a brisk walk or go to the gym. Consciously work off and shake off your fears and worries as you do it. Physical activity releases stress and also improves depth of sleep at night. 6) Try Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) Anxiety is often a result of poor thought habits such as fearing the worst, focusing on the negative, inaccurate assumptions and negative self-talk. CBT techniques can change your habitual ways of seeing the world. If your anxiety is significant, consider seeing a professional therapist trained in CBT. Alternatively, there are CBT self-help tools and worksheets available online that can help you work through your worries. 7) Get enough sleep Ironically, the less sleep you get, the more anxious you’re likely to be. It’s also harder to manage stress. If you’ve been feeling anxious, the last thing you want to do is cut corners on sleep. Get to bed earlier, to give yourself the best chance at a solid night’s rest. Finally, if you’ve been feeling anxious for a long time and it’s affecting your sleep significantly, it’s important to let your doctor know about it, in addition to trying these tips.

Use tea tree face wash and toner twice daily. Use aha glow face wash daily use sunscreen with spf 30 daily. Use natural face pack of multani mitti and lemon 2 times a week. You can also use apple cider vinegar with mother for 5 mins after washing your face and splash it clean with water. Most important is diet- do not eat junk, eat more vegetables and fruits especially with vitamin c.

Due to excessive thinking of financial status. You are getting stress it leads to depression. Do not think about financial problems. I have also so many financial problems. But I never think about it excessively. If we think it may solve then we think. It will not solved. Our mood disturbed. We are not working properly for further aspects. So do not think seriously about it. It may solve slowly up to that wait. Till date comes. We are normal human beings we do mistakes it is common. Based on mistakes we do take further steps but we do not think about it seriously. Like me do not think. Do not use any medicines. It may give further problems and side effects. Take rest. Hello, Take homoeopathic medicine which will help you in preventing first and reducing the power of your eyes. Take Physostigma 6/ thrice daily for 1 month. Thereafter, revert back for further guidance. Management: Include the following for getting better vision: Vitamins A, C, E, and minerals like copper and zinc are essential to eyesight. Get the antioxidants from dark leafy greens, egg yolks, yellow peppers, pumpkin, sweet potatoes, and carrots. Include garlic and onions. Blueberries, grapes as they have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties that can help improve your vision. DHA is a fatty acid found in coldwater fish like salmon, sardines and mackerel. Exercises for eyes: Warm your eyes. Rub your palms together to create heat, and then place them against your eyes for five seconds. Repeat this three times. Roll your eyes. Start by looking up and then slowly circle 10 times clockwise and 10 times counterclockwise. Focus. Hold a pen at arm's length, focus your eyes on it, and slowly bring the pen closer until it's about 6 inches away from your nose. Then slowly move it back, keeping your eyes focused on the pen, 10 times in all. Massage your temples. Using your thumb knuckles, massage your temples in small circles, 20 times in one direction and 20 in the other. Repeat the same actions above the mid-point of the eyebrows at the forehead, then below the eyes on both sides of the bridge of the nose. Take a mini-nap. Put your head back, close your eyes, and relax for 3 minutes. Insufficient sleep may weaken your vision, so shoot for 8 hours of sound sleep a night. Rest your eyes 10 minutes for every 50 minutes spent reading or in front of the computer. If your eyes feel overly tired, lie down and place cooling cucumber slices over your eyelids.

Hi, Inadequate sleep, untimely intake of food, intake of very hot and spicy food, sour or fermented food, mental worries and tensions, excessive usage of pain killers and antibiotics are all causes of acidity which either increases the acid production or irritate the gastric mucosa resulting in hyperacidity causing pain and bloating of the stomach and burning in the chest. Take cap. Acinil 1-1-1 after food for 2-3 weeks and Himcocid syrup 2tsf 3 times daily before food to control burning sensation in the stomach and chest Take. Madiphala Rasayana 2tsf 3 times a day to stop vomitting.

These are the methods to treat pimples fastly - • Do not take stress and do exercise daily such as running, jogging and long breathing exercises. • Do YOGASANA daily. Especially do SINHASANA & SARVANGASANA daily. • Use oil free face wash and drink 7 -8 glass of water daily. • Do not touch your pimple because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse. If you touch it then clean your face with water. • Mix black pepper powder in some water to make paste & apply on the pimples three times a week. • Take cucumber and papaya pulp. Mix it well and add 1 tablespoon Turmeric. Make a paste and apply it on face and leave it for 15 minutes. • Steam your face to open the pores, which in turn clear the skin.
