No. Both are similar medicines  Don't worry. Blood pressure Keeps fluctuating in everyone depending upon our physical & psychological stress levels.(BP sabh mein upar neeche hote rehta hai. Stress mein jyada aur rest mein Kam hota hai ).   you need to take a digital BP machine & keep a BP record (Digital BP machine le lo.(see my video on how to use it properly. Aur khud ka BP check karo.   .check it daily for at least one week & Every time you need to measure BP twice or thrice with a gap of 15 mins rest & note down the lowest reading. We need to know how low your blood pressure can go by just resting. If your blood pressure does not become normal by resting then you will need for the revaluation and medication. (Har 15 -15 min k Baad. Aur note karo BP aaram karne se kamm hota hai ya nhi. Ager aaram karne se BP normal ho jata hai to apko BP ki bimari nhi hai. Sirf stress hai. Aur.jinka BP continuously lagatar high rehta hai unko dawa chalu karne ya badhane aur tests ki jaroorat Hoti hai.) You need to first understand few things about blood pressure. Normal range of blood pressure is between 90/60 to 140/90 & blood pressure keeps fluctuating in every one. In stress it rises & while resting it decreases. If it is constantly higher then 140/90 & does not decrease by resting it's then called hypertension.  Many factors can affect blood pressure, including: 1) The amount of water and salt you have in your body 2) The condition of your kidneys, nervous system, or blood vessels 3) Your hormone levels 4) your lifestyle - smoking, drinking, exercise  Stress, less sleep, smoking, alcohol, overweight, heart, kidney problems, lack of physical exercise. All of these can cause High blood pressure. You are more likely to be told your blood pressure is too high as you get older. This is because your blood vessels become stiffer as you age. When that happens, your blood pressure goes up.  Highblood pressure increases your chance of having a stroke, heart attack, heart failure, kidney disease, or early death. So my advice to you would be 1) Basic tests should be one to rule out cardiac / kidney issues & find if there is any treatable cause of High blood pressure 2) unless any recent evaluation has been done I would advice these test ECG ECHO Lipid Profile TSH KFT  Renal doppler Fundoscopy Vit D Vit B12 Get back to me with a detailed history and  old / new records For Now Keep taking the same medicines which you are taking (if you are taking ).plus Start lifestyle changes & diet changes Emphasizes vegetables, fruits, and fat-free or low-fat dairy products. Includes whole grains, fish, poultry, beans, seeds, nuts, and vegetable oils. Limits sodium, sweets, sugary beverages, and red meats. Along with this, other lifestyle changes can help lower your blood pressure. They include staying at a healthy weight, exercising, and not smoking.

1. For increasing weight. First we have to work on your digestive system. It will do aam pachan and will increase your digestive power and appetite. 2. Mix 1 teaspoon each of cinnamon, ginger and cumin powder with honey to make a paste. Take 1 teaspoon 3 times a day. 3. Take small meals 4-5 times a day. 4. Eat healthy n light food. 5. Drink plenty of fluids. 6. Avoid constipation. 7. Walk 1km daily in evening. 8. Follow up after a week.

Hi, From what i see, you may be suffering from Depression. It may or not be followed by any stressor. You may need to take medication and be on psychiatric treatment. You can take psychotherapy with me. Start some exercise yoga/meditation and deep breathing. Distract yourself and call up your husband whenever you get thought of suicide. You will soon be better. Eat lots of fruits like banana's, green leafy vegetables and flax seeds. If non vegetarian have fish. Recovering from depression requires action, but taking action when you’re depressed is hard. In fact, just thinking about the things you should do to feel better, like going for a walk or spending time with friends, can be exhausting. It’s the Catch-22 of depression recovery: The things that help the most are the things that are the most difficult to do. There’s a difference, however, between something that's difficult and something that's impossible. Start small and stay focused The key to depression recovery is to start with a few small goals and slowly build from there. Draw upon whatever resources you have. You may not have much energy, but you probably have enough to take a short walk around the block or pick up the phone to call a loved one. Take things one day at a time and reward yourself for each accomplishment. The steps may seem small, but they’ll quickly add up. And for all the energy you put into your depression recovery, you’ll get back much more in return. consult me for any query or counseling.

Knee Ligament laxity if you have problem in your legs then it might be due to ligament laxity where your legs would become very weak due to the old ligament injury and that should be treated immediately. Wear knee cap so that you will feel firm while walking or climbing stairs. This is a general strain and for this you can follow these measures: one keep a pillow right under the knee while sleeping, next is you can keep ice in the painful area for about 5--10 minutes, if pain still persists you can stretch your body by twisting the waist on both sides how we used to do in the school drill similarly you can try! One time you can do hot water fermentation that would help to reduce the muscle strain. You have to do knee strengthening exercises, ie. Knee rehabilitation exercises which will strengthen your knee. Exercises will give you permanent cure than the surgery.

Hello, I have read your concern about pores on your face. There are various reasons that can cause pores to appear larger: oil, dirt, and skin cells can clog them and expand their diameter (and once the clutter has oxidized and darkened, create blackheads); and while they're generally most noticeable on congestion-prone oily skin, they can also flatten out and look bigger If you have oily skin, you are more likely to have pronounced pores. Overactive sebaceous glands (or simply, oil glands) cause oil to constantly pass through the pores, and in some cases, clog them. This may lead to skin's loss of elasticity, which result in enlarged-looking pores. You can apply coconut oil to make skin regularly/ evenly oily instead of the irregular/uneven oiliness which damages look and gets clogged The unproven myth is that pores open and close. While the truth is despite what people believe is that you cannot steam your pores open. 'Pores do not have muscles around their opening to allow them to open and close, However, steaming the skin can help loosen up underlying debris, making blackheads easier to extract. Homemade sugar scrubs can be of great help in reducing large pores as they exfoliate the skin and remove excess oil and impurities. Mix two tablespoons of sugar, one tablespoon of olive oil and a few drops of lemon juice. Gently rub it on your skin for 20 to 30 seconds, and then wash it off with cool water. 1.Method-2 Prepare a scrub by combining grounded almonds powder and orange peel powder. Apply it on your face rubbing in a circular motion. It's the best cure for opened skin pores. 2.Mash a banana. Add two teaspoons of sweet almond oil to it. Apply it. Rinse off after 20 minutes.

Avoid fatty and spices food and skip lunch with mild breakfast and dinner take warm water with lemon and honey 2 glass daily empty stomach walk for at least 4-5 km daily with mild exercise and diet control avoid fast food.
