Hi Apply pranacharya restopain oil or prasarini oil on your affected part then give hot fomentation. Take maha rasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. Take pranacharya vatari syrup and capsule twice a day. And agni tundi vati and maha yograj guggul 1-1 tab twice a day.

Hand exercise dear you can do it easyly 1, Pinch Strengthener This exercise helps strengthen the muscles of your fingers and thumb. It can help you turn keys, open food packages, and use the gas pump more easily. •Pinch a soft foam ball or some putty between the tips of your fingers and your thumb. •Hold for 30 to 60 seconds. •Repeat 10 to 15 times on both hands. Do this exercise two to three times a week, but rest your hands for 48 hours in between sessions. Don't do this exercise if your thumb joint is damage Finger Lift Use this exercise to help increase the range of motion and flexibility in your fingers. •Place your hand flat, palm down, on a table or other surface. •Gently lift one finger at a time off of the table and then lower it. •You can also lift all your fingers and thumb at once, and then lower. •Repeat eight to 12 times on each han Thumb Extension Strengthening the muscles of your thumbs can help you grab and lift heavy things like cans and bottles. •Put your hand flat on a table. Wrap a rubber band around your hand at the base of your finger joints. •Gently move your thumb away from your fingers as far as you can. •Hold for 30 to 60 seconds and release. •Repeat 10 to 15 times with both hands. You can do this exercise two to three times a week, but rest your hands for 48 hours in between sessions. Thumb Touch This exercise helps increase the range of motion in your thumbs, which helps with activities like picking up your toothbrush, fork and spoon, and pens when you write. •Hold your hand out in front of you, with your wrist straight. •Gently touch your thumb to each of your four fingertips, one at a time, making the shape of an" O. •Hold each stretch for 30 to 60 seconds. Hi I am 68 years old and lost my 34 years old son in a accident on 2 sep, 2013. Due to this loss I could not go well as I was before that. Now from the last one month I am feeling pain in my knees. Kindly advise some suitable and affordable medicine/suggestion.

We have sympathy with you. God bless. Please take tab rumalya ds 2 bd with 1. 5 to 2 glasses of lukewarm water. Apply rumalya oil over knee preferably after hot fomentation. Take tarunikusumakar chooran 1 tsp at bedtime every other day with lukewarm water. Please continue for 2 months initially. No heavy / vatkarak food please. Walk regularly please. Avoid curd.

I've lumber back pain since last month and take homeopath medicine but it can't help full what should I do.
Avoid sitting for long hours!! Take breaks in between. Do sit straight. Move your chair close to desk so that you can sit straight. Drink lots of water. Apply ice on affected area 2/3 times in a day! Avoid bending and lifting heavy weights. Do extension exercises.

I am a 38 years old married working woman. I have been experiencing severe pain in my butts since last 8-10 months. It starts 2-3 days before my periods and lasts till 7-8 days post my periods. Effectively it is there 15 days in a month. Had shown it to a doctor earlier who gave me medicines for 3 months. Till the time I was on medication the pain was under control. However, it is back again. What's the reason for this pain and what is the remedy for it?

Kindly show me a photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem. Kindly consult a lady doctor as well.

When leg pain occurs after strenuous physical activity, you can simply apply cold compresses. This will help reduce the pain by numbing the affected area and control swelling and inflammation. Wrap a few ice cubes (or a bag of frozen peas) in a thin towel. Apply this pack on the affected area for 10 to 15 minutes, while keeping the leg(s) elevated. Do this a few times a day. Note: Do not apply ice directly on the skin, as it may cause frostbite. 2. Massage Massage promotes faster recovery from muscle damage that causes leg pain. 10 minutes of massage therapy attenuates inflammatory signaling after exercise-induced muscle damage. In addition, massage improves blood circulation and helps relieve stress and anxiety. Rub some warm olive, coconut or mustard oil on the affected area. Using gentle yet firm strokes, massage your legs for about 10 minutes. Do this 2 or 3 times daily as needed. You can also use a self-massage device or apply pressure to sore muscles using a tennis ball. Also take Mag phos 12x - twice daily for next 7 days and get back to me

Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

Hi single ear is blocked means I suppose you are not able to hear properly from that side and other thing you have is giddiness ,both these symptoms require to be dealt seriously. U might require to do a MRI to rule out acoustic neuroma which is rare but still with given symptoms you have to. Get a proper consultation from an ENT SPECIALIST or neurootologist and get proper help. Regards.

Hello! Get a Xray done of the painful ankle first. There are many reasons for ankle pain. In general cases, it could be because of weight of the patient, prolonged standing ,weak joint or muscle weakness. Take the Xray report to a Physiotherapist and start with the relative treatment. Medications will give you just temporary relief and so, better to avoid frequent use of them. Choose a footwear which is soft and v comfortable in wearing. A heel sole will provide good relief. Avoid prolonged standing and prolonged walking.

Based upon your symptoms, you may be experiencing some tightness in your muscles. Since it hurts with certain movements it is most likely mechanical and will respond to physiotherapy treatment. A physiotherapist can examine you and make sure that it is mechanical and your upper right back pain is not being caused by something else that needs medical attention. To get some temporary relief applying ice can help relieve pain. It is important to use ice as soon as any pain symptoms appear. Ice should only be used at 20-minute intervals. Anti-inflammatory medications can also alleviate pain and inflammation.

Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times.

Take rest in supine laying ;and pillow under your knees makes you feel more comfortable. Laying to sitting and sitting to laying in side laying. Laying-Sitting for While-Stand -than walking. Take moist heat more effective than dry heat. And go for a good physiotherapist. Get Well Soon.
