Hi. Please do not use ear buds to clean your ears. Its more harmful than helpful. If you hav hard n impacted wax, you need to consult an ent doc to get it removed. Ear buds actually push the ear wax furthure inside in the ear.

Hello, You need to. Monitor your weight, please. You might be suffering from sinusitis facing present complaint of yours. Drink lukewarm water. Gargle with hot saline water. Inhale steam, twice. Avoid, junkfood, cold intake,  alcohol, nicotine & dust. Your, diet be easily digestible on time. Go for meditation to nourish your body to clear  your  air passage. Hello sir, my age is 29 yrs. Two months ago I was suffering from BPPV, I consult an ENT specialist, he gave me medicine & I was OK. But last 3 days I am coughing with chest pain, ribs pain & back side neck pain. When I am looking to sky above of my neck something triggering & I am feeling unbalanced, my feet is tumbling, feeling very much dizzy. What is happening to me please help.

Pain on coughing is minor illness. Unbalanced is mild attack vertigo, similar to previous BPPV. Should be fine in few days. Paracetamol, rest, and discuss with ENT or physician if worsening.

I am suffering from very bad cough with lots of phlegm/mucus (yellow colour) from throat and some times mucus coming from nose from last month. I have used antibiotics for 1 week but no use. I am feeling a wheezing from chest when coughing. What is the reason for this type of cough? How can I receive from this cough.

Cold, cough and throat problem can happen due to weather changes, exposure to cold air or rain, dust and pollen allergy and certain sour food. *. Mix some salt in warm water and do gargling early in the mornings. * Steam inhalation will relieve your congestion *. Keep a clove (lavang) in your mouth and slowly chew it. *. Drinking water frequently will eliminate toxins From the body and reduce congestion if any *. Avoid fried and oily foods. This can be treated by homoeopathy without adverse effects. Take Belladonna 200 –once in the morning and once in the evening.

Just like there are exercises to lose weight, there are simple exercises, which you can do to stop your snoring completely. Snoring is a common condition and it generally takes place more in men than women. It mostly affects individuals who are overweight and the condition gets worsened with age. Though it is not a serious condition, it has to be dealt as it affects the sleep of your sleeping partner. The main cause of snoring is an improper flow of air through the mouth or nose. 

The airflow to the nose is obstructed by factors like:
