Dear user, You must be able to understand Concentration, attention span, recollection and distraction. If you are able to watch a movie for two hours continuously, if you are able to play a game for an hour, then you do not have any concentration problems. You can't be attentive towards your studies because you are not interested in it. You are able to watch movie and play game because you are interested in it. Human cannot be attentive towards anything for more than 10 minutes. Then you should study in such a way that your attention is continued and make the subjects are interesting to you. Effective learning techniques should help you. Recollection depends on anxiety, stress and other physical and circumstantial factors. Distractions while studying are plentiful. You should be able to overcome distractions or avoid distractions. Please understand the above. Change your study style and attitude accordingly. Please post a private question to me and I will help you with "effective learning" techniques. Avocados, Beetroots, Blueberries, Broccoli. Celery, Coconut Oil, Dark Chocolate etc are good for improving concentration. Take care.

hi srinu I think u need mental support.and. To lose weight we need to focus upon some basic food plan like cutting down on grains and sugar. This helps immediately .we should avoid processed food.you can take lipolizer tummy tablet after lunch and dinner.and lipolizer protein powder.

Cataract have only one solution which is surgery, though that surgery will be of 5 minutes and does not need hospitalization.

After going through your symptoms and history, you might be suffering from Computer Vision Syndrome (CVS). It is commonly seen in software engineers or those who use computers/ mobiles/ tabs constantly for a long duration. Here are a certain tips I suggest which you bring relief to your symptoms. 1. Minimize the glare from the screen to an optimum level or use an antiglare coated screens on iPad/ laptops/ desktops. 2. Blink frequently. We invariably tend to blink less when focussing on the screen. Make sure you blink frequently so that there is adequate tear secretion and lubrication to the eyes which will prevent dryness and the problems associated with it. 3. To reduce your risk of tiring your eyes by constantly focusing on your screen, look away from your computer/ mobile at least every 20 minutes and gaze at a distant object (at least 20 feet away) for at least 20 seconds. 4.Use cooling glasses to protect your eyes from the radiation from your system. 5. These symptoms tend to aggravate during summer. So you can use lubricating eye drops such as Refrest tears eye drops or Tears naturale forte eye drops which will be available over the counter. Hi lybrate-user, I can understand your worries. In India divorce is not an easy thing to come over. The effects it produces on mental health is tremendous. Things becomes easy if you accept them. Again it is not easy to accept especially when your husband is seeking the divorce not you. But if it is unavoidable then the sooner you accept the better it will be for your health. Keep yourself busy and immersed in some productive work so that your mind gets diverted and also you get some confidence. You may go for a job or start studying. Don't just sit idle and think over the divorce thing the whole day. Pay attention to your physical health as well. Eat well. Go for a brisk walk daily. Complete some hobby. End of One relationship doesn't mean that the world is ending for you. What is stored for you in future, who knows? Believe in yourself and think that whatever happens, happens for good. Take pranacharya medohar rasayn twice a day. Medohar guggul 2-2 twice a day. And pranacharya slim capsule 1-1 twice a day. .avoid junk food. Oily food. Fermented food. Alcohol consumption. Sugar.milk products and sweets. Take oats and cereals more. And do pranayama early in the morning and walk for atleast 45 minutes a day. And do exercises. Do not sleep immediately after taking meal.

Lybrate-user, what you are going through is greaving. Loosing loved one is not easy to deal with emotionally. I am sorry for your loss. There are few things I would like you to try. 1. When you feel sad. Feel the feeling of sadness fully. You may close your eyes and let that sadness flow through your mind and body. If tears flow let them flow. Cry it out. Feeling what you feel fully and totally is healing. Once you feel your sadness fully. You might feel the lightness in your heart. Feel that too and say out loud. How wonderful! and engage your mind remembering some good qualities and good times you spent with the person you are missing. 2. Regular simple breath awareness meditation also help manage your loss. 3. You may also l write daily 3 to 5 things you are grateful to every morning. These things could be as simple as having a bed to sleep and food to eat. Affirm what you write and add new thing in your list for 7 to10 days. If you are not feeling any change over next 2 weeks or if you lack motivation to initiate and maintain above activities feel free revert and we could work together for few weeks to months to reverse your cycle and help you appreciate what you have.
