Sex is not the reason for pelvic inflammatory disease. This is due to infection, due to reduce immunity. I advise you to take proper balanced vegetarian diet. Take plenty of water daily. Take fruits and vegetables in daily diet. Take milk and milk products daily. Get treatment from good gynaecomastia for PID.

No, the average size of the erect/aroused penis ranges from 3.2 inches to 6.5 inches, but even lower sizes don't make a difference to the ability to have sex, please one's partner or have children. The aroused female vagina only extends between 3 to 4 inches, and even here, the most sensitive parts are towards the outside. Girth is a little more important, but most important is how you use it. So please focus on the person you are with and make sure your partner enjoys the experience - there is really nothing more important than that in sex. Anyone who tells you that size is important doesn't really know what he is talking about. The only way to increase penis size or girth (thickness) is through surgery, but this is painful and risky. None of the medicines marketed to increase penis size work and they are a waste of money.

First of all you should follow some basic thing 1. Avoid=hot and cold at time 2. Less the sugar as much as possible if you want to eat sweet take juggery which is black 3. Do not drink water after meal drink at the time of meal sip by sip up to 150 ml 4. Avoid late night sleep 5. Sarswatarishta 4 tsp after lunch and dinner 6. Sarivadi vati before lunch and dinne.

My left leg was getting swelling so much then right leg. What could be the reason ?

Hi thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. I am Dr. Akshay from fortis hospital, new delhi. Swelling in legs is a very non-specific complaint and there are various causes for it. Please see your thyroid status, lft, kft with serum electrolytes etc to see if everything is normal or not. So we will need to have certain tests and clinically evaluate you ( maybe a general physician opinion will be helpful to rule out medical causes of swelling) to see what is the cause of this swelling and then we can advise you accordingly.
