Hello of course it can be cured. There are many reasons of pain you should go through proper investigation. Physiotherapy is the best treatment for this condition. There are many reasons for this type of pain- 1. Overuse of muscles, 2. Deficiency of vitamin d3 or calcium, or lack of water in the body, 3. Postural stress, 4. Muscle strain, etc. Please send me all investigation reports if available. I can help you by providing correct ergonomic and physio-therapeutic tips. Till then you can follow these advises:- 1. Take calcium supplements and sun bath daily to prevent further damage to your joints. 2. Avoid heavy lifting. 3. Perform some gentle exercises and stretching of your all joints. 4. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain.

Fracture In Upper Limb Bones - 4 Things That Can Cause It

A broken bone or a crack in the commonly known as a fracture. Any bone in the arm can be broken, but common areas for fractures in the arm is wrist, specifically the distal radius, forearm bones (radius and ulna), elbow, humerus and shoulder.

What causes fracture in bones?

  1. Fall: Falling an outstretched hand or elbow is the most common cause of a broken arm.
  2. Sports injuries: Direct blows and injuries on the field or court are a common cause of all types of arm fractures.
  3. Significant trauma: Any of your arm bones can break during a car accident, bike accident or other direct trauma.
  4. Abuse: In children, a broken arm may be the result of child abuse.

How to identify?

An audible snap or cracking sound may be your first indication you've broken an arm.

Signs and symptoms include:

  1. Severe pain, which may increase with movement
  2. Swelling
  3. Bruising
  4. Deformity, such as a bent arm or wrist
  5. Inability to turn your arm from palm up to palm down or vice versa

When to see a doctor?

If you have enough pain in your arm that you can't use it normally, see a doctor right away and do the same for your child. Delay in diagnosis and treatment of a broken arm, especially for children who heal faster than adults do, can lead to poor healing and deformity.

Hi thanks for your query. Low back pain is usually not a result of delivery(whether normal or by a operation). It is due to weakness of back muscles, discogenic and sometimes deficiency of calcium/vitamin d levels. Please tell me her complaints elaborately with all attached investigations and I should be able to revert back to you with some solution for it. Injuries inflicted to the upper hip or waist area can cause pain and are possible symptoms of a dislocation or fracture of the hip, an inguinal hernia, a sprain or strain, pinched nerves, or tendinitis. Patients with a herniated disk, spinal stenosis, types of bone cancer and leukemia may also experience pain in the waist and upper hip area. Forms of arthritis, such as osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis and juvenile rheumatoid arthritis situated near the waist and upper hip, can be a common culprit of discomfort. Pain that stems from the abdominal or waist region and travels to the hip area could be caused by minor digestive problems or pulled muscles. In more severe cases, this pain could be a symptom of appendicitis, irritable bowel syndrome, lead poisoning, intestinal obstruction, Crohn's disease, pelvic inflammatory disease or sickle cell anemia. High levels of ketones in the blood could also contribute to upper hip or waist area pain.

Chronic Shoulder & Neck Pain - Ways It Can Be Diagnosed!

The neck and shoulder have a huge range of movement and thus they are more prone to injury. The ball and socket joint at the upper arm is the shoulder and both the neck and the shoulder are made up of soft tissues, muscles and ligaments.

Reasons behind pain Injured rotator cuffs: 

Rotator cuffs are the tendons supporting the shoulder. If they are injured it might lead to a chronic loss of the range of movement. This is more commonly known as a frozen shoulder. 

  1. Dislocation: Dislocated disc of the neck or shoulder due to an accident would cause severe pain in the affected area. 
  2. Fractures: Fractured collarbone or the upper arm bone may result in chronic pain. 
  3. Tendonitis: This occurs due to the over usage of the arms or neck or strains due to over exertion like in sports. 
  4. An unstable shoulder joint: If there is instability in the ball and socket joint of the upper arm, chances of having a chronic pain is high. Others: Degenerative arthritis, herniated disc, and even heart attacks can be the other possible causes of chronic neck and shoulder pain. 

When to go to the doctor? 

When the patient experiences a pain due to a severe blow or injury, the neck pain radiates down the legs and arms, a feeling of numbness and tingling sensation, or has a stiff neck with fever or vomiting, it is essential to seek the advice of a Doctor. 

Diagnosis for shoulder and neck pain X-ray: 

The main form of diagnosing a pain is an x-ray. It helps to reveal diseases from arthritis, tumour, slipped disc, narrowing spinal cord, fractures and spinal cord instability. 

  1. MRI: Magnetic Resonance Imaging or simply the MRI reveals the detail of nerve-related issues along with the problems in the ligaments and tendons. 
  2. CT scan: There may be instances when the injuries are difficult to be diagnosed. And, in the case of a fracture, a CT Scan is advised for more details. It is also an alternative to MRI. 
  3. ECG: An Electrocardiogram is a way of diagnosis if shoulder and neck pain continues along with chest pain or shortness of breath. If there is a risk of an individual having a heart attack, then an ECG is recommended. 
  4. Electro Diagnosis: Electromyography referred to as EMG and Nerve Conduction Velocity (NCV) are used to diagnose pain in the arm, neck, shoulder followed by a numb feeling on the affected areas. 

Treatment for chronic shoulder and neck pain 
A simple sprain on the neck and shoulder would demand a rest for a few days along with pain medication. If the pain is due to muscle spasms application of dry or moist heat may provide relief. In the case of a swelling due to injuries, a cold ice pack 4 to 8 times a day will provide immense relief. Patients might be advised a cast or sling for the shoulder pain. The soft tissues in the neck and shoulder can be treated with pain relievers taken for a few days. Muscle relaxants are also prescribed depending on the severity of the pain. Local corticosteroid injections are helpful for shoulder arthritis. Platelet rich plasma injection is another modern treatment for arthritis or tendinopathy. In some situation, radio frequency procedures are very helpful. Exercises are very effective for both neck and shoulder pain movement. Surgery might be an option if nerve roots are affected.

Hand exercise dear you can do it easly. 1, Pinch Strengthener This exercise helps strengthen the muscles of your fingers and thumb. It can help you turn keys, open food packages, and use the gas pump more easily. •Pinch a soft foam ball or some putty between the tips of your fingers and your thumb. •Hold for 30 to 60 seconds. •Repeat 10 to 15 times on both hands. Do this exercise two to three times a week, but rest your hands for 48 hours in between sessions. Don't do this exercise if your thumb joint is damage Finger Lift Use this exercise to help increase the range of motion and flexibility in your fingers. •Place your hand flat, palm down, on a table or other surface. •Gently lift one finger at a time off of the table and then lower it. •You can also lift all your fingers and thumb at once, and then lower. •Repeat eight to 12 times on each han Thumb Extension Strengthening the muscles of your thumbs can help you grab and lift heavy things like cans and bottles. •Put your hand flat on a table. Hello dear hard work never short cut so you have to do heavy cardiac exercise like walk, jogging, running, swimming, cycling etc and also deight control. Its a long term program so increase it gradually but continue you found results after a year. So keep patience and start up from today. Best wishes.

Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day.
