Apply pranacharya restopain oil or prasarini oil on your affected part then give hot fomentation. Take maha rasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. And agni tundi vati and maha yograj guggul 1-1 tab twice a day. Avoid junk food. Spicy food. Fermented food. Tea. Alcohol. Avoid alcohol consumption. Do pranayama early morning.

The conservative management would be to keep ice in that inflamed area during one time in a day and also to sit in a hot water bowl where the penetration of the heat would help to reduce the inflammation. To break that fatigue it is advisable to drink or eat protein and mineral food which would be a reservoir for you to store the energy. . And also you can check with your calcium & vitamin levels in your body by consulting a general physician. You can also improve the protein diet in your body. If the leg is longer than the other leg then the footwear can be modified with the heel length which will definitely resolve the current problem

Good Evening Do regular exercises, and take proper nutrition. Actually according to research cardiac vascular system takes 75 years to get damage. But it's getting damage in our early 30 because of our negligence. Basic structural and functional unit of life is cell. We are not providing proper nutrition to our cells. That's the reason we are suffering from hypertension, coronary artery diseases, diabetes etc. We need to provide proper nutrition to our cells as cell is the structural and functional unit of life. All the cells compact together and form tissue, tissue compact together to form an organ, organs connected to form system. Cell ⬇ Tissue ⬇ Organ ⬇ System. If we take proper nutrition to cells by taking health diet. And what ever is getting absorb in our digestive system will be taken by our blood and we have to send that nutritive blood to our cellular level. By working out daily. If the cell is strong ⬇ Tissue strong, if the tissue is strong ⬇ Organ strong, if the organ is strong ⬇ System strong, if the system strong, ⬇ Where will be the diseases. If we workout daily it will help to consume more amount of oxygen and nutrition to our cells. Hence their will not be any disease. By this you can prevent yourself from many diseases. For further exercises to cure hypertension, coronary artery diseases, cardiac rehabilitation, and preventive exercise for many diseases you can consult me.

Massage with warm sesam oil. It its relief from pain & strenghten your joints, back too. Its sign of osteoporosis so better to start some calcium suppliment. Improve your diet -start a glass of milk with 2 spoon cow ghee.

Chiropractic adjustment will help. Avoid Squatting- Avoid sitting Cross legged. Contrast Fomentation (Hot and Cold).

Bhujang Asana -- Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily.

Two weeks before I feel off from my bike and hit my ribs, I have pain on my ribs now (not severe pain but still. I went to a physiotherapist, He told if a bone had broken then you would not have been able to breathe, He said there is nothing much to worry, he applied ice pack and then did heat therapy two times but I still have pain. I did keep the ice pack few times a day but I do not find any relief? Can some one whether I should visit a general doctor or orthopedic or orthopedic physiotherapist?

Good. Check whether you have swelling and vomitting. I feel ice will definitely be help ful to reduce the inflammation. Since it is an acute injury do not apply hot water fermentation, instead you can keep Infra Red Radiation which will be helpful to reduce the inflammation or the acute pain. I hope you should become better with IRR (infrared radiation). Keep ice pack do not keep ice directly on the skin which will damage the skin surface.

Hi. Is there any history of injury or hurt to the area? any underlying medical condition? the pain in legs can be because of - muscle cramps (due to tiredness or dehydration), shin splints (doing activity over and over on hard surfaces can bring this on. You may also be more likely to get shin splints if you have flat feet or your feet turn outward. Rest your legs to feel better. Ice helps), tendinitis (you can get it from overworking the calf muscle or climbing the stairs, apply ice to get some relief), sprains (do rest, ice, compression & elevation). Other causes are varicose veins, arterial disease, sciatica, diabetic neuropathy. Medication: meantime, take homoeopathic medicines - arnica 200 and rhus tox. 200 - take both of them thrice daily for 1 week. Also, apply schwabe's topi-arnica and topi mp gel on the affected area in circular motions gently thrice a day. And wrap crepe bandage over it. Get back to me thereafter.
