Summers have started. There is a lot of importance given to dincharya and rutucharya in ayurveda. In summers exercise should be done early morning around 5 to 6 am as your energy levels r very good.A light exercise like walking, pranayam is preferred. Then have milk, fruits or almonds n black raisins to start your day. Gulkand with praval is a good option to keep yourself cool in summers.Drinking khush water,kokum sarbat,lemonade, thandai,is preferred for tea n coffee in summers. Eat seasonal fruits like watermelons, muskmelons, n mangoes which r rich in minerals n water content.Drink coconut water also 2 to 3 times a week. Eat lots of cucumber n radishes in salads .Don't drink chilled water n drinks as it may hamper your digestion.
while going out in sun protect yourself from sun by applying good sunscreen of SPF 50 n goggles to protect your eyes.Always drink clean n lots of water to keep yourself hydrated. Happy summer.

  1. A good oral hygiene routine practiced for a few minutes twice a day can help reduce your risk of developing periodontal diseases and tooth decay. I am 30 years female, I am married, I don't know about me, but my hubby got so many pimples on his penis after getting intimate with me it burns like anything it's been 1 year those pimples are not going. Hi Lybrate user …. You have to follow some basic things, so that you get better results in a short period of time …. 1) take solid diet two times in a day and liquid diet two times in a day …2) try to take liquid diet as per your body strength for 1-3 days only…. 3) drink only 100-150 ml of lukewarm water during meals …. 4) don’t drink water before meal for one hour and one hour after meal…5) avoid oily, spicy, junk, fermented and stale foods…. 6) avoid late night sleeping habits …. 7) do exercise regularly in form of walking, jogging, running, cycling, aerobics. For 15-30 minutes as per your strength…. A) take 50 ml of paripathadi kadha along with 50 ml of lukewarm water and 20 ml of honey early in the morning and at night before sleep. B) apply paste of black cumin along with fresh lemon juice or paste of black cumin along with milk, two times in a day. C) take 500 mg 0f rasamanikya bhasma and 1 gm of turmeric powder along with paripathadi kadha. Do all these things for 15 days. It gives you good result. Consult to me for further suggestions. One day we make physical relation without protection. I gave her unwanted 72 pill withing 24 hr first time. Now it is 16 day from that day and her periods getting late 2 days. Hello, If she has not had her withdrawal bleed then she needs to get a serum beta hcg test done to rule out pregnancy first.

I am looking for family planning, 3 years since married but started family planning from Jan 2017. Till now I am not pregnant. I am taking folvite 5 mg from 55 days. My periods are regular 25 days Cycle, no health issue. Since it's long time after marriage so everyone is pressurizing us for baby. I am very much depressed now. No need of feeling depressed. U started thinking abt baby in Jan only and it is not too long from jan. So relax and have a tension free and good quality life. What precautions you were taking before jan 2017? Understand the the concept of fertile period - for 25 days cycle have intercourse on between 10th and 14 day of period. 1 st day of bleeding is counted as day one no sex for 7 days before 10 th day do 1.no alcohol 3. No smoking/ tobacco 4. Diet - no ghee/ butter, have mix of vegetable oils - mustard, til, ground nut, olive oil, have more green vegetables and fruits, have whole grain atta, no fried. Fast. Spicy / processed/ junk food. Less sugar, potato, rice 5. 30 mts brisk walk daily 6. Deep breathing exercise for 10 mts daily 7. Meditation daily for 10 mts. 6-8 hrs of sleep at night 8. Expose your body to sun for 15-20 mts daily after some oil massage to get vit d. 9. Take more water for medicine contact on private chat.

You will need to do a few blood tests to check your hb, thyroid, and hormonal status along witha xray to check your tubes. Also your husbands semen needs to be analysed. I would suggest you go to a gynaecologist so that these tests can be arranged.

There are some problems involved with interpretation of amh hormone levels. Because the test has not been in routine use for many years, the levels considered to be" normal" are not yet clarified and agreed on by all experts. Although amh level of 0.4 is suggestive of very low chance to conceive but I will recommend you a homoeopathic medicine nd I have a strong belief that while taking this medicine for 3-6 months your wife can conceive any time in between.

Vitamin A - 10 Facts About it!

Vitamin A is essential for various body functions, the most important are vision, immunity, skin and hair health and correct genetic transcription. Signs of vitamin A toxicity include bone pain, brittle nails, hair loss, fatigue, dry and fissured skin and abnormal liver function. Deficiency of Vitamin A leads to night blindness.

Some interesting fatcs about vitamin A: 

  1. Vitamin A is a fat soluble vitamin, thus requires fat for effective absorption.
  2. Normal level of vitamin A required for proper body functioning is about 3000 mg per day. A person could also end up eating more of Vitamin A on a regular basis, which could lead to vitamin A toxicity. If it is consumed from natural sources, it is not harmful; however, if synthetic vitamin A is consumed, it may end up as a toxin in the body. 
  3. Every 100 g of sweet potato contains about 19200 IU of vitamin A. Sweet potato can be consumed in cooked, baked, cubed, raw or frozen form. It can be used in multiple ways and is one of the most vitamin A rich foods.
  4. Carrots is the most popular rich source of vitamin A. Every child knows that carrots are good for vision and eye health. Carrots can also be consumed in baked, cooked, raw or frozen form. Every 100 g of carrot contains about 17000 IU of carrot, which more than takes care of daily requirements.
  5. Green leafy vegetables are another rich source of vitamin A. This could be spinach, lettuce, beet greens, turnip greens, collards, kale, or other greens. Each of them contains sufficient amounts of vitamin A, and including about 100 g provides about 14000 IU of vitamin A. These can be used as salad dressings or cooked with lentils to make variety of dishes.
  6. The liver from any animal is the most effective nonvegetarian source of vitamin A. Consuming liver 2 to 3 times per day gives sufficient amounts vitamin A for men, women and children. Cod liver oil, which are available widely in the market are also a good source, if meat is not available.
  7. Dry fruits, such as apricots, which are sundried and used when there is no season for apricots, are another rich source of vitamin A. Dried peaches and prunes are also good sources for this vitamin.
  8. Consuming about 2 egg yolks per day provides all the required vitamin A for your body. It does contain cholesterol, but the body does need small amount of cholesterol too for various functions.
  9. Dairy products, such butter and cream from cow's milk which are especially fed on grass are again great sources of vitamin A.
  10. Small amounts of vitamin A are also present in cantaloupe melons, pumpkins, squash fruits, beetroot, bell peppers and most importantly in seasonal fruits.
