Hi its because of decay in your tooth. You have a infection in your tooth that can only go away if you get it treated otherwise the infection will increase. You can take ketorol dt one in the morning and one in the night. But its just for temporary relief. Medications dont solve the problem in dental pains. Only procedures and treatment can help you out. Go see a dentist right away.

I am on a mild anti hypertensive- Telma 20. I feel my ED is connected to this med. When I stop taking it ED goes away in 2 to 3 days. When I restart , ED comes back. Pl suggest some other med so that erectile dysfunction goes away. My bp remains 120/80 when I take this med. And clims to 145/100 when I do not.

Telma 20 is not usually related to ed. But if you feel sure that telma 20 causes ed, then you can shift to another drug for your hypertension. Please consult for prescription.

You are overweight. Your body has to work more for taking care of self along with demands of a growing baby within you. Cut down on empty calories of sugar & sweets but do take simple proteins like toned milk, curd, boiled eggs (if you eat non veg) clear soups minus cream, lots of seasonal vegetables & fruits, some carbs like wheat & rice & only good fats like a spoon of desi ghee and butter but no fried stuff or street food. Take some assorted nuts for good fats + proteins. Drink lots of water + ors. Get checked for cbc (hb) blood sugar, bp, urine test-routine & microscopic, ultrasound abdomen to assess growth of baby. Get back here with reports for more guidance. Remember to take iron+ folic acid tablets & calcium supplements.

There are many theories regarding drinking water... However I suggest to drink water according to your thirst only - as this depends on the kind of job you perform/what enviroment you reside etc. Drink a glass of water after each meals this is a must......thereafter whenever you feel thirsty take a sip or two.

Hi lybrate-user Everyone wants to reduce fat from some or other part of the body. And the most common problem area is the tummy. Here are 6 tips to keep in mind while you’re worrying about your belly fat: 1. Before you target your tummy fat, try to lose the extra fat around your abs by doing cardiovascular exercises that engage multiple muscles. Try circuit training that burns higher amount of calories in a shorter period. 2. There is no such thing as spot reduction when you have a lot of weight to lose. Instead, try to lose some weight, and once you are thin enough, focus on particular areas to get better results. 3. Get more sleep. If you’re not getting enough sleep and only concentrating on the exercises, you’ll end up over-exhausting yourself. This will do more harm than good. You will end up eating more to fight the lethargic feeling. Try to get at least 6-8 hours of sleep per night in order to win in the fight against belly fat. 4. Eat less sugar and calories. Belly fat is easily reduced with a controlled diet. Try to include more protein and fiber rich vegetables that will keep you full for longer, resulting in less snacking between meals. 5. Drink more water as this will keep you satiated and will prevent you from mistaking thirst for hunger. 6. Eat more fat to burn more fat. ��� Apply or rub one teaspoon of honey on your face and leave it for 30 minutes, and then wash off it. Honey is best moisturiser. ��� You can use two teaspoons of milk with two teaspoons of honey and a pinch of sugar mix it and apply it for 10 minutes on your face and then wash off it. ��� Drink 8 to 10 glass of water daily. ��� You can apply aloevera gel on your face. It will smooth your skin. ��� Use moisturizer contain Vitamin E Or take two capsules of vitamin E (cap Evion, open it and squeeze out their liquid on your palm or directly mix it with cream or moisturizer you have and apply daily on it on your face at night daily.

Hye, Thanks for the query. Firstly understand that weight gain is very dependent on genetics and metabolism along with your daily diet and exercise routine. It is important to know that just eating just two heavy meals a day will not help. Weight gain is all about taking more calories than you burn. Eating the right foods at the right time is very important. There is no one food that helps weight gain. Eat meals at frequent intervals. You need to eat at least 6 main and mid meals a day. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy, eggs, nuts, fruits, dry fruits, starchy vegetables, rice, bread, whole grain cereals, smoothies, masala milk, ghee, cream in your meals. Just eating sugary, sweet foods is not good. Try to have healthy deserts like kheer, chikki or lassi. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least thrice a week. It helps development of muscle mass and improves appetite.  Even if you were to take just medicines or supplements they will not work in isolation. You need to have a calorie and nutrient dense meal and good exercise routine, it's crucial.

She must become functional and being idle is the 'devil's workshop' I believe there may be some genetic predisposition or there has been some childhood issue, related to anger, that needs urgent attention. You must go and meet with a counselor immediately and if that person advises that you meet with a doctor you must do so and cooperate to your utmost. Please visit these professionals along with your parents. In the meantime please do the following sincerely because you could resolve the problem better with good cooperation: Have a good night’s sleep, have a good breakfast of more proteins, meditate often, remain free of stress, eat a lot of fiber, nuts, avocado, exercise regularly, eat dark chocolate, do Yoga meditation exercises, etc. I suggest you do the opposite of what this depression makes you feel like doing (actually, not doing): you will need to fight this condition. You must become active; stay upright during the daylight time; meet people; never sleep during the day, wake up by 6 am every day, play some active games, especially contact games, do physical exercises, talk to people and join some social clubs, attend Yoga classes etc. Watch sitcoms on TV or comedies and cheer yourself up. Go for excursions in groups, for outings, camps, conferences, and religious conventions. Get a pet dog and spend time training it, exercising it and relating to it. Expose yourself to some sunlight every day, at least, 30 minutes but not in the scorching heat. Whatever happens, please incorporate these three important adaptations in your life: always be responsible, be respectful, and be functional. If you did these three, lots of things will go well in life. Please pray and have faith in God to alleviate your sufferings. Don’t wait for others to help. Use your own motivation, which might be at its lowest, but persevere and win this battle. Above all to be really happy, you need to live in love and for love. Learn all about emotions and how to handle them and that will get you out of the depression rather easily and quickly. A counselor is there only to facilitate you, all the hard word must come from you, and your cooperation with that person is very critical for your success. Be positive every day and learn to be contented with what you have. Do some left brain exercises: it is the happy brain. Here are a few suggestions: shut your left nostril and breathe, move your eyes from right to left and vice versa for at least half a minute at a time, and do callisthenic exercises with some form of counting, regularly. Whatever happens please cooperate with the therapy and do not discontinue until the condition is completely resolved.

Hello. Hair loss is due to dietary deficiency, hormonal imbalance, stress, strong chemical effects, styling tools, dandruff. Remove these causes first and also follow these steps:- for hair growth eat healthy diet. Include protein rich diet. Soya food, protein shakes, beans, pulses are good for hair. Nuts are good source of omega 3 and fiber. Its also good for hair. Drink lots of water. Start herbal tea or green tea. Its good for hair growth. If you are non veg them its also good for hair. Take all dairy products. You can apply curd on hair before head bath. After that wash hair with normal shampoo and apply conditioner. You can use homoeopathic oil arsenic hair oil. A good head massage is also helpful. Avoid using strong chemicals and heating tools. For medicine or any other advice consult me. Please be in touch if you have more query.

Dear lybrate user, *do not take more stress. *practice yoga, breathing exercise, meditation to relax and detoxification. *do proper sleep of 6-7 hours. * add protein containing items in your foods for healthy hair growth such as take a bowl of cereal daily and a glass of milk or 100 gm cheese or 1-2 eggs. *apply and massage your scalp with mahabringaraj taila for 10-15 minutes/day, it increases blood circulation and enhance hair growth. *avoid hair colors. * take vitamin-e rich foods like dry fruits (almonds, pista etc) daily. * take 1/2 teaspoon of amla powder with water once a day. *avoid more salt, dry, maida related junk foods.

Hello, you have dark circles below eyes. Take healthy balanced diet including whole grains, green leafy vegetables, fruits and nuts. Drink 10 to 12 glasses of water daily. Take a sound sleep of 8 hours minimum. Apply bakson's under eye cream on the dark circles. Apply ramdev's aloe vera gel on the whole face at night. Home remedy:-1. Cucumbers have skin-lightening and mild astringent properties that help fix those raccoon eyes naturally. Plus, they have a soothing and refreshing effect. Cut a fresh cucumber into thick slices and chill them in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Put the slices onto the affected skin area for about 10 minutes. Wash the area with water. Repeat twice daily for about a week or more. Another option is to mix cucumber juice with lemon juice in equal amounts. Use a cotton ball to apply the mixture on the affected skin. Leave it on for 15 minutes and then wash it off with water. Follow this remedy daily for at least one week.

To boost protein intake, choose nuts over oil and wheat over rice. To increase iron absorption, include Vitamin C rich foods like oranges, peppers, broccoli and cauliflower.

Dear, follow methods by which you can gain your desired height. 1. Follow these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. You can privately consult me for understanding more exercises. 2. Take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Sit in sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes in morning of evenings when the sun rays are not so strong. It will help you by getting adequate quantity of vitamin-d. 4. The growth and height iscontrolled by growth hormone whichis secreted by pituitary gland situated in the brain. So take meditation and have a stressfree lifestyle. Take 6-8 hours of sleep daily. Meditation makes your pituitatry gland healthy and working properly.

As you are suffering with fever since 2 wks and have used paracetamol, best is for you to consult a physician, so that you will be physically examined and appropriate treatment. Because fever could be because of bacteria and virus causingin infection in the throat, lungs etc., which need to be seen for the treatment. It could be due parasits like Mlaria, so all these can be assessed after physical exam only. Donot delay further and suffer and complicate things.
