Hello learn posture care/ spine exercise with skilled physiotherapist. Meanwhile take few precautions. 1) sleep on hard bed with soft bedding on it 2) take hot water fomentation for 20 min. At every 3hrs. Interval 3) do not lift heavy weights do not ignore your back pain and do reply for private consultation and detailed treatment plan. Best wishes.

Hi, can you share his x rays n if other investigation did before for any reason or for preventive check up. His joints demands toning of ligaments n muscles though some age wise degeneration may be there. Apply warm castor oil at night before bed, 50-50 up down leg movements by seating on chair in morning n have almond oil 5-10 ml in early morning tea/milk for 5-7 days n share the escalation so that I can add value to your n his life.

I am 28 years old and having pain in my neck since 4 to 5 months. Sometimes I feel dizzy. I think its spondylosis. What should I do?

1. Take one tablet of crocin pain relief sos after food upto a maximum of 3 tablets daily 2. Apply volini gel twice daily 3. Give warm compress locally 4. Take rest if you have recurrent attack of neck pain a) take x ray/mri cervical spine to exclude spondylitis and consult orthopedic specialist b) sometimes it could be due to bad sitting posture while reading or working on computer. Adopt proper sitting posture, put neck rest, use soft pillow while sleeping c) do physio therapy and neck exercise d) consult me for further advice.

Apply hot fomentation twice daily. \navoid bending in front. \npostural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang asana? lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core strengthening exercises- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a da.

Identify the dipping portion on the back of your knee folding. Press this dip with both middle fingers and hold your knee with your thumbs for support. Please swing 20 times morning and evenings. This will relieve your problem. Press the point on the web between 2nd and 3rd finger from toe in the foot 20 times by pressing and releasing with a blunt edge of a pen. Further rotate your foot clockwise and anticlockwise 10 times. Massage your leg with both hands. Consult after 5 days.

Hi! you might have sustained a small twist in your ankle apply crepe bandage take rest for a week avoid putting pressure for a weak. You will be fine. Don't take painkillers cause if you feel better you put pressure again, injury won't comediwn. Thank you.
