Homoeopathic medicine BERBERIS VULGARIS Q ( Dr Reckeweg) HYDRANGEA Q ( Dr Reckeweg) Drink 10 drops in 20 ml fresh water 3 times daily at a minimum difference of 20 minutes from each other and eating. For Kidney pain start taking below given homoeopathic medicine in between DIOSCOREA Q ( Dr Reckeweg) Drink 10 drops every 1-2 hrly in 10 ml luke warm water depending on severity of pain Start drinking atleast 3-4 bottles of soda water daily. Shoulder Impingement - Did You Know Stretching Can Actually Help?

Shoulder impingement is a serious condition leading to severe pain in the shoulder blades of a person. Such kind of shoulder pain may affect anybody anytime. It basically affects the area of your shoulder facing stress due to any sort of overhead action. An impactful pressure on the tendons of bones constituting your shoulder gives rise to this disorder. This syndrome can affect a person who paints, swims, lifts or plays tennis on a regular basis. Once caused, persistent rendering of similar activities can worsen the case. If you are suffering from shoulder impingement syndrome, treatment under an experienced medical practitioner is indeed necessary as otherwise, you may have to suffer from tendinitis or bursitis.

Take a keen look at the symptoms of shoulder impingement
1. Disabling pain in and around the shoulders

2. Stretching your arms above your head while holding your body in an erect posture can be of great help. This stretching exercise should be tried out in a warm shower for better results.
3. Other exercises under the supervision of a physiotherapist can come to your rescue as well. You should try to move your thumb up your back to recuperate from shoulder impingement.

Can be solved through acupressure/ acupuncture easily. Try this for 3 days. Massage with your thumbs from the mid points of the shoulder blades on both sides towards the lower back of your head up to lower level of the ears. Use oil or water for massage. Rotate your head clockwise and anticlockwise, forward and down, left and right a few times. Do for 5 to 10 times morning and evening. For headache press 10 times your thumb sideways and front and back. Inhale while pressing and exhale while releasing this can be done on both thumbs consult me after 5 days for further treatment.

I am 22 years boy I have pain in my joints near neck area and In neck once I removed x ray also doctor said it's just a muscular pain my pain is near neck area in joints once right side pain of neck and joint stop left one side of neck joint start paining my one friend has a machine in which all figure of our body are shown that machine should my weight 51 water level 57.3 muscle 42.9 and bone 1.8 I am afraid that why bone density is shown 1.8 as it's less and I also have continuous pain from years in joint near neck soo now what to do please suggest me.

Hello Standard method for checking bone density is getting the DEXA scan done. Less likely you will have reduced bone density at the age of 22. For neck pain, avoid lifting heavy weights for few days, use hot water fomentation 2- 3 times a day. After 1 week if pain still continues visit a board certified Orthopedic/ Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist.

Hunching over a desk is a leading reason why people end up with crippling back pain at some point in their lives, specially for those who has desk job. But a few simple changes in the way you work can make your pain go away. 1-Keep your head up; Focus on aligning your head and neck right above your shoulders; avoid straining forward. 2-Be choosy with your chair: Pick one that allows your lower back to rest against a lumbar support. Then tilt the back of the chair so it’s very slightly reclined. 3-Plant your feet: Keep them flat on the floor and shoulder-width apart to quiet tension in your knees and ankles. 4-Take breaks: Getting up at least once an hour— just do some shoulder rolls—reduces pressure on spinal disks and boosts circulation. If your back pain is severe please go to a Physiotherapist for detail assessment and management of your pain. Best wishes.

Consult your orthopedician. May be you have osteoporosis. My recommendation is take calcium and vit d sup. And rich diet with these.
