Dear Lybrateuser, - Your problem could be due to inflammation of the tail bone - use a cushion or a pillow while sitting, avoid sitting on a hard surface as it will aggravate the problem - apply a pain relief gel three times a day - take a pain relief tablet three times a day after meals - consult a physiotherapist for spinal exercises which will help in reducing the pain - consult a orthopedician as you will require investigations like an x- ray & MRI & also injectible medication if pain is not controlled by oral medication.

Low back ache and for this you can follow these measures: one keep a pillow right under the knee while sleeping, next is you can keep ice in the painful area for about 5--10 minutes, if pain still persists you can stretch your body by twisting the waist on both sides how we used to do in the school drill similarly you can try which will help you relax as well will reduce the pain. Ice can be kept in the low back where you have back pain. It is suggestible to wear Lumbo sacral belt which would help you to build the abdominal muscle tone which itself would make you feel better. You can also wear MCR Chappals which would help you to have less weight falling in the painful back. Can be solved through acupressure/ acupuncture easily. Try this for 3 days. Massage with your thumbs from the mid points of the shoulder blades on both sides towards the lower back of your head up to lower level of the ears. Use oil or water for massage. Rotate your head clockwise and anticlockwise, forward and down, left and right a few times. Do for 5 to 10 times morning and evening.

Low back pain is certainly related to your deficiency of vit d. But don't take it lightly consult a pain physician or orthopedic surgeon. Frozen shoulder is manageable with a good physiotherapist. Treat it vigorously.

I also advise you to use knee cap which would help to prevent the knee from damaging further and also to maintain the quadriceps muscle tone. Knee pain more than 2 weeks:if your knee is paining since 2 weeks, then you have to rethink whether you had any injury in the previous years. I also advise you to use knee cap which would help to prevent the knee from damaging further and also to maintain the quadriceps muscle tone. As arthritis is very common if anyone would've neglected any injury in the previous years. You can take Ultrasonic therapy in one of the nearby physiotherapy clinics which would help to heal the damaged cartilages along with shortwave diathermy which would help to improve the blood circulation. Ice therapy would definitely help to reduce the inflammation.
