Requires examination and investigation in detail. Presently investigations suggested: hb, tlc, dlc, esr, blood sugar fasting & pp, uric acid vit d xray of the affected part. Anyway you may try sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick mattress are harmful use no pillow under the head do hot fomentation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Do not ignore it. you may be having headache because of stress/ refractory problems/ any ENT problem or may be Migraine Headache You can take(If No drug allergy) : 1. I am assuming that your mother is being treated by your local physician with anti-glycemic medicines. However, in comprehensive management of diabetics, it is equally important to optimize metabolic parameters such as thyroids, vit d, b12, etc. Nutritional supplements must be well chosen and taken in adequate doses. She may also need to be investigated for other causes of malaise and fatigue and treated appropriately. It is important to have a structured diet and exercise program. My advice is to keep the program simple and realistic.

She needs a CBC, Thyroid function test, Clotting screen as well as a USG done if possible. Treatment has to be tailored accordingly. Usually the first few periods after menarche are anovulatory and can be heavy/ prolonged. These usually settle down with medicines.

I have some skin Problem. My skin became Red and hot and itching in Some areas like hands and legs and backside of head and neck. When I take, cetrizine it become normal. After three or four days it come back and after taking cetrizine it goes normal. Please give me any suggestion.

Chronic stress is a byproduct of our busy life style these days, which at times leads to feeling of burnout and depression. Building your resilience will help you manage your stress and help in depression. Try following things to learn relaxation response which leads to better coping mechanism on a daily basis. If possible buddy up wits some one. That could be your friend or a family member. When you exercise or trying to change or modify your life style having someone's support and company always helps. To begin with doing guided progressive muscular relaxation before sleeping will help you relax. You could google and download an audio file. I would also suggest you to take a multiple small break to take 3 nice and deep breath while keeping your eyes closed. You could do this while sitting or standing or while even walking or climbing stairs (keep your eyes open in that case). When you take a nice and deep break there is actual physiological change in your body. This will help you to activate parasympathetic nervous system which promotes relaxation and helps you calm down and think more clearly. This will also actually improve your performance in your work. Along with this exercise is one of the best way to relive stress and stay fit. Engage in any kind of physical activity at least 4 times a week. This also helps in stress reduction. Along with this some relaxation exercises as well as engaging in joyful activities such as music, singing, dancing, reading, being in nature, gardening, talking with friends or anything which you enjoy will help reducing stress and rejuvenation of your mind and body. Dear, the bone, occupying upper half of nose usually does not increase or decrease after 18 yrs. Rarely in some diseases, there can be increase, due to sinus or turbinates (air moisteners in nose) problem, which is better decided by a good ent surgeon. Make sure you really have increase of bone size recently or not before proceeding to them.
