Whey protein is food. It is taken after a weight training session because of its capability to recover muscles very fast. Whey protein helps in building immunity and can also be had in place of other proteins like eggs, fish, chicken and paneer in any meal. There are no side effects if you stop taking proteins, it is just that you will lose out on your muscles which are the most metabolically active tissue of your body.

I need to gain my muscle and body by gyming which should I take or which diet should I take.
1. Start exercising. Start working out if you are not active. Begin with body weight exercises like push up, pull up and squats. Weight training proves to be really helpful if you want to gain good quality weight. Train each body part twice a week. For example: Monday/Thursday: Chest + Triceps Tuesday/Friday: Back + Biceps Wednesday/Saturday: Legs + Shoulders Don't forget to warm up for at least 10 - 15 minutes. Warm up includes jumping, rope skipping, treadmill, cycling, stair climbing, etc. 2. Eat Healthy. Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food and any form of sugar. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 2 - 3 hours. Some of the recommended food items are boiled chicken and eggs, brown rice, brown bread, peanut butter, olive oil (extra virgin), green tea, dry fruits etc. 3. Consume good amount of fruits and vegetables. Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. 4. Eat whole grains. Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats are best sources of healthy carbohydrates but do not include these items in your dinner. 5. Increase protein intake. Protein proves to be the most essential nutrient when it comes down to gaining strength or building muscle. Therefore, consume all types of protein from both veg and non veg food items. Boiled chicken and eggs are the best sources of fat free protein. Sprouts are also rich in protein. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain.

Hi for reduced weight you should work out as per you consume calories and it will take time just continue work out. Take following remedies for loosing weight 1. Hello Ragula, U can start with some simple eye exercises. You have a trust problem. You do not have enough confidence with others’ driving and because of that you may be a controlling kind of person, where permissible. There is nothing to be so unhappy about this really. You can live with this problem quite comfortably if you ride the bike yourself all the time. If you want to resolve this then you have to learn to trust and know that others will drive safely too. You must realize that their lives are at stake too and surely they will not jeopardize their own lives as well, would they? To do so you will need to have someone ride you along and after repeated attempts you will build confidence in their abilities. Of course it helps to find a good driver all the time and then reposing confidence in a good driver is a lot easier for sure. Additionally you could work with a counselor on trust issues and resolve that to be able to deal with the driving part too rather effectively. That is some of the reason that there are so many people who do a lot of what is called, 'Back-seat driving'.: they cannot trust others but themselves only.

You are suffering from Obsessive Compulsive Disorder or commonly called OCD. You need to meet with a counselor first and a psychiatrist to deal with this issue: do visit one as soon as possible. This is a fear-based condition and for some reason you have not been dealing with this childhood fear which has now developed unto these repetitive adaptations to seem to need it for normal functioning. The behavior will then become based on magical thinking and certain rituals will become necessary to do normal things making you believe that either the frequency or the ritual is important to its success. This of course is a fallacy but there will come a time that even if told the truth, your belief will defy any logic and you will continue behaving like that even if it cripples you in your daily routines. It only appears as though some other force is behind these behaviors and that you are compelled to act in this fashion. That is obviously not true but no one can convince you of anything different. The obsession is a repeating thought pattern with no meaningful outcome; and the compulsiveness is the need to act on those obsessions also in a repeated behavior pattern as though you just cannot help yourself, like the repeated washing and tidying up. There are certain behavioral techniques to be implemented and if they work you may get out of this condition rather easily. If that does not work as desired, then medication has to be introduced, and in combination with counseling much work can be achieved.

A. Causes-: Improper metabolism, Suppression of natural urges, anger, jealousy, grief, poor elimination, intake of dry, pungent and salty food, intake of polluted food, mental and physical stress, viewing of TV for long periods, reading with insufficient light, sleeplessness etc. B. Origin of migraine headache-: Due to the causative factors, Pitta Dosha obstructs the flow of Vata dosha in brain, causing throbbing pain. C. Pain Management-: 1. Avoiding the cause and trigger factors. 2. Keeping a diary record of specific foods eaten, environmental exposure, sleep patterns may help to identify personal trigger factors. 3. Sneha nasya therapy at home-: Sneha nasya, instillation of medicated oils to the nostrils by Shadbindu tailam or Anu tailam yield significant benefits. 4. Apply a paste of freshly ground clay or freshly ground sandalwood to the forehead, let dry, rub off by hand and wash. 5. Mix ¼ teaspoon of clove powder with 1 teaspoon of cinnamon oil. Apply this paste on the affected area for 20-30 minutes. 6. Add chamomile powder to 1 cup of boiling water. Transfer the liquid to a cup. Drink when hot. It gives fast relief from migraine. 7. Take ½ glass of carrot juice. Add ½ glass of spinach juice. Mix well. Drink this juice twice daily. 8. Grind 10-12 grains of black pepper and 10-12 grains of rice with water to make it a paste. Apply this paste on affected area of the head for 15-20 minutes. 9. Sugar powder 16 parts, Vamshalochana 8 parts, Pippali (long pepper) 4 parts, Ela (Cardamom) 2 parts, Cinnamon – 1 part. Make fine powder and mix it, keep in tight moisture free container. Take half teaspoon thrice daily with honey. 10. Aromatherapy- Pitta calming aromas typically flower fragnances like Lily, Cloves, Lotus, Lavender, Peppermint, Rose, Sandalwood are beneficial. 11. According to ayurveda Virechan (Laxative therapy) is an effective way to reduce excess pitta. Castor oil or warm milk with ghee or triphla at bedtime is helpful. 12. Practicing meditation is highly recommended. 13. Morning and Evening walk followed by brisk exercise is recommended. 14. Avoid hard physical exertional exercises and aggresive sports competitions. 15. Avoid working for long hours continuously; take short breaks. Have a good night’s sleep (8hrs) in a dark room. D. Diet: ~~Apple, mango, papaya, cheeku, guava. ~~Salad 1hr before lunch, 1hr before dinner. ~~Buttermilk, boiled rice sauted with cinnamon, cumin seeds and garlic or asfoetida are good in the daytime. ~~Have warm and easily digestible foods, boiled and steamed vegetables, soups, vegetable juices, porridge, brown rice and whole-wheat flour. ~~Avoid yogurt, especially at night. ~~Avoid refined, oily, spicy, cold, sour foods (fermented, pickled) and stale food, aerated drinks. ~~Avoid coffee, tea, alcohol, smoking. ~~Avoid cheese, chocolate and wine. E. Yogasanas and Pranayama: Hastapadasana, Setu Bandhasana, Marjariasana, Paschimottanasana, Bhastrika and Anulom-Vilom Pranayama. NOTE: When suffering from a migraine attack: ~Lie down in a dark, quiet place & get some sleep. ~~Avoid eating. ~~Drink only water. ~~Apply hot or cold compresses. ~~ Consult doctor.
