Hi, use the following methods: 1 - Include plenty of fluids (at least 8-10 glasses of water daily) and restrict salt intake in the diet. 2 - Drinking curry leaves (curry patta) juice 1-2times a day for 1-2 months on an empty stomach is found beneficial. For preparing the juice grind washed curry leaves in a mixer with about ½ - 3/4 glass water. Sieve and add ½ - 1 lemon juice and drink fresh. 3 - Include fresh garlic cloves or garlic pearls or 1/4 tsp garlic powder daily in the diet. 4 - Methi seeds taken regularly are found to help in stabilising blood pressure. 5 - Mix 1 tsp honey, 1 tsp ginger (adrak) juice and 1 tsp cumin (jeera) powder. Have twice a day. 6 - Include apples in the diet for a few days. It has a diuretic effect and thus brings down the B. P. 7 - Fruits such as mosambi, orange, peaches (aaru), plum (aloo bukhara), watermelon (tarbooz) are also beneficial. 8 - Consumption of brown rice is found very beneficial as it has very low sodium content and low cholesterol. 9 - Consumption of natural diuretics like coconut water, butter milk is very effective in regulating blood pressure. 10-Drink coriander (dhania) juice made from fresh dhania (same way as curry leaves juices) 3 times a day. If this is not effective, start having fenugreek (methi) juice instead (made from fresh methi) and if this is also not effective, move to curry leaves juice. Drink each juice for 10-12 days at least before you decide. If it is not working and then move to the next one. 11 - Last but not the least, rest, relaxation and good sleep are effective in keeping Blood pressure under control.

Fluctuation between 136 AND 150 Systolic is not much. Diastolic suggests higher level . Wider Diastolic fluctuations are not seen normally . Hence you must strictly follow life style measures like ideal weight 63 Kg max in your case. No fried food, daily moderate exercise , regular time table , no personal habits like alcohol or Tobacco. Get your BP checked regularly on Mercury BP Apparatus by a doctor every week at specific same time in rest . Keep a diary of records. Show the diary to your doctor every 2 months to fix your average reading and then draw the strategy. Above BP recordings do not cause any severe complaints Hence there may be anxiety . Proceed as per advice of the doctor

Hello sir in their report shows, 'mild pericardial effusion RV side, Please advise.

MD - Homeopathy, BHMS
Homeopath, Kolkata
Hello sir in their report shows, 'mild pericardial effusion RV side, Please advise.
Hello, Mild Pericardial effusion RV side is associated with tubercular diathesis which is treatable by Homoeopathy by providing proper Characterized Homeopathic case recording for your individualized treatment else your problem will persist. However the related discussion is as under: Assessment of Pericardial diseases Although the purpose of the pericardium is mainly to protect the heart and provide lubrication, it also has important hemodynamic effects on the cardiac chambers. The nondistensible pericardium limits the acute distension of the ventricles and contributes to ventricular coupling: the distension of one ventricle alters the filling of the other, an effect that is important in the pathophysiology of cardiac tamponade and constrictive pericarditis. The pericardium is not seen normally on an echocardiogram neither is pericardial fluid. Therefore the visualization of either of these is pathological. Pericardial effusion Filling of the potential pericardial space with fluid or blood results in a pericardial effusion. When the volume of fluid is small, it can be seen as a black echo-free space present only posterior to the heart in the parasternal short and long axis view, and may be present only in the systolic phase (fig. 1 and 2). When the volume of fluid is more than 25 ml, an echo free space exists all around the heart throughout the cardiac cycle. When the amount of fluid is massive, the heart may have a swinging motion in the pericardial cavity.

Do your pregnancy test if it is negative, and repeatedly wkly negative for 3 consecutive testing, then no eorries of complication of molar pregnancy. It is small cyst .it does not have relation with chest pain. For chest pain just go to physician.

I think its better to focus on following all the healthy habits and relax a bit. The basic functioning of the body and mind is dependent on how we manage are daily life. So eat healthy , exercise every day and sleep on time for 7-8 hrs. Keep the body hydrated and avoid all bad habits. (The general guidelines : avoid excessive tea, coffee, junk food, processed and preserved food, alcohol, tobacco , any other stimulant etc .) Keep the regular follow up with the doctor at least once a year to check the health and do some investigations.

Hi, this is a normal situation that you need not worry about. You cannot expect your body to remain as young as it was during adolescence. This has mostly happened due to anxiety surrounding the performance and marriage. Keep your mind clear and focused, and drink 1 glass of milk daily to prevent this problem and you will surely do well. Take care.

high cholesterol can cause atherosclerotic heart disease or narrowed coronary arteries in the heart can cause the symptoms of angina, when theheart muscle is not provided with enough oxygen to function. Decreased blood supply to the brain may be due to narrowed small arteries in the brain or because the larger carotidarteries in the neck may become blocked. This can result in a transient ischmic attack or stroke. Peripheral artery disease describes gradual narrowing of the arteries that supply the legs. During exercise , if the legs do not get enough blood supply, they can develop pain , called claudication . Other arteries in the body may also be affected by plaque buildup causing them to narrow, including the mesenteric arteries to the intestine and the renal arteries to the kidney. Avoid fast foods, oily foods, junk foods, alcohol, smoking, fatty foods, non-veg.,avoid stress, take green veg., whole grain. Take anti cholesterol medicines .
