First, apply heat to your eyes by rubbing your palms together and then placing them over your eyes. Hold your hands over your eyes for five to 10 seconds, and then repeat. Do this before performing any eye exercises in order to prepare your eyes! Start exercising by rolling your eyes. Eating a healthy diet with plenty of fruits and vegetables will seriously help improve your eyesight and keep it from deteriorating. It is also important to eat the right vitamins to support eye health. Vitamins and minerals, such as Vitamin A, C, and E, are all important to eye health. Anti-oxidants (remember eating carrots for your eyes?) are also a great source of nutrients for healthy eyes. Our Rebuild Your Vision Program actually recommends 17 different vitamins you should take to support your eyesight Supporting your eye health is just one of the many benefits of getting enough sleep and taking breaks during the work day. If you work on a computer all day, your eyes are probably under a lot of strain. Do yourself (and your eyes) a favor by taking a break for about 10 minutes for every 50 minutes spent in front of the screen. Simply close your eyes for a minute or get up and walk around the office. Focus on something that isn’t a screen. You can also rest your eyes by following the 10-10-10 rule. This means you should look at something 10 feet away for 10 seconds for every 10 minutes you spend working on the computer! One of the fastest ways to improve your vision naturally is to perform daily eye exercises. Eye exercises are meant to strengthen the eyes and improve vision. Using eye exercises can even eliminate your need for contacts or glasses. Get a regular schedule of eye exercises and try to do them daily – this will help you get in the habit of performing exercises and also help you achieve better vision fast Start exercising by rolling your eyes. Rolling is one of the easiest eye exercises! Without straining your eyes (remember to stop if it hurts), look up as far as you can. Then, look down. Repeat this 10 times. Now look to each side, repeating 10 times. After that, look in each diagonal direction. Finally, roll your eyes in a counter-clockwise motion about 10 times, then reverse the movement and roll them clockwise. Grab a pen and hold it at arm’s length, making sure the pen is at eye level. Focus on the tip of the pen as you move it closer to your eyes. Stop when you get about six inches away from your face, and focus on the tip as you move it back to arm’s length. Remember to do this slowly and focus on the tip of the pen. Repeat about 10 times. Massage your eyes after exercising. First, massage your temples with your fingertips or one of your knuckles. Move in a clockwise motion several times, and then switch to a counter-clockwise motion. Massage over your eyebrows and under your eyes as well. When you’re done exercising and massaging, apply heat to your eyes once more by rubbing your palms together. If your eyes are really tired, close them and rest for a few moments. Resting your eyes frequently, as described in the previous section, is very important to preserving the health of your eyes!

Eat green veg. More fiber foods. Avoid fatty foods, junk foods, oily meal, drink plenty of water. Take digestive meal. Syp. Aristozyme 10 ml thrice a day. Take tab. Charcol at night. Syp. Livoluk 10 ml at night. Tests for constipation. Stool c/s, examination of the rectum and lower, or sigmoid, colon (sigmoidoscopy) examination of the rectum and entire colon (colonoscopy). An x-ray of the rectum during defecation (defecography). Avoid smoking/alcohol if you take.

Dear Lybrate user It may be an opening of a sebaceous cyst. The secretions of this cyst are foul smelling. The cyst needs to be removed totally along with the lining so that it does not recur. U can show a dermatologist or a plastic surgeon.

Hello, please donot use any type of scrub or pumice stone or loofah to rub your skin during bath since it gives reverse pigmentation. Apply kojivit gel on the dark areas at night very little amount for a month. Use moisturiser and sunscreen during the day.

Hello Deepak ji It's nothing to worry for it. Maybe your metabolism is not worthy that's why you have gaseous discomforts with which create problems with your BP and tiredness as well as irresistible sleeping. You may use light diets and soups of carrots and Beetroots and green vegetables and moong daal soups fried with cumin seeds and ghee and garlic. Hot water sipping boiled with ginger, Saumph and Ajwayan every one hour for whole day. Try to walk in the morning and some exercise and yoga every day. Avoid oily or junk food and alcohol or vinegar and sour products e.g. pickles etc or nonveg .

You should have 83 kg.Eat food extra more frequently.Take lots of dense fruits,vegetables.More protein will help in both cases.Add extra oil in cooking.No smoking,alcohol.No water during meals.Use nutritional supplement.These common things will help you to get healthy hair and to gain weight. To boost energy level use honey and tulsi on an empty stomach in the morning and evening.Do exercise like yoga. Do push ups,weight lifting and other muscle building exercise to gain weight.

Flat tummy tips 1. Change lifestyle In order to get your body flat life style should be changed. Long term sitting like watching TV, Video gaming should be changed. You should do your work in time intervals instead of working in same position for long intervals. 2. Zero Calories Take the things that are of Zero Calories. Water will be the best choice. Take abundant intake of water in a day with regular interval. It has no calories and it helps in burning calories. Extra deposition of fat will dissolve by abundant water intake. Make it your habit and see the results. 3. Drink Water Before Meal It is highly recommended you that don’t drink water after meal. Water should be drink before meal. Make it your habit. Because drinking after meal will slow down the digestion and cause increase in fat. 4. Walking Habit Walking is necessary for your better health and in reducing fat. Early morning walk is very effective. It gives a healthy effect on your skin and helps to loose your belly fat. Make habit of daily walk of 20 minutes and gradually increase it. A) Have a proper sleep schedule-Get up and go to bed at same time everyda y (body’s natural clock –cicardian rhythm will be accordingly activated) B) Good sleeping environment (Quiet, cool, dark, comfortable bed room without noise, light), C) Avoid caffeine/alcohol/nicotine 4-6 hours before bed time, D) Avoid day time sleep, daily exercise, light reading for 15 minutes daily before going to bed E. Avoid anxiety/stress/depression/fear/boredom/lack of motivation F) check your hemoglobin, BP, do a thyroid function test to rule out hypothyroidism G) consult physician for advice and treatment.
