I had slipped in the bathroom few years back. Since then I get very bad pain in the hip joint going down to the knees n whole leg. Mostly left side. Mri of lower back & hip joint had shown inflammation of hip joint after suffering for one month. Neurologist had prescribed several blood tests which showed that its not even arthritis. This pain has been coming and going through the years. At times it went with painkiller like indocap. When in pain i'm unable to walk, stand, sit or lie down comfortably. Feels as if one leg is shorter than the other. Please help me as nothing has been diagnosed in so many years despite tests. Right now in severe pain since a month and a half.

Kindly show me a photograph & digital x rays of pelvis with hips. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days. Bio d3 max 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. Do reply back for detailed treatment plan. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Back exercises. Many people go to physiotherapists with back pain. Here are two exercises that help to relieve pain and reduce stiffness in the back: •Dear, 1. Lie on your back with both of your legs straight. In this position, bring your left knee up close to your chest. Hold this position for 10 seconds. Return your leg to the straight position. Repeat with the right leg. •2. Stand up with your arms on your side. Bend to the left side while slowly sliding your left hand down your left leg. Come back up slowly and relax. Repeat with the right side of your body.

I am a 50 year old man. For the past 1 month, I have pain in my right shoulder which gradually stretches in the right hand and even till d fingers. What is it? is it something worrisome. 3months back I had pneumonia also but now its totally cured. My sugar is- fasting 104, after eating 144. Bp is in control as I regularly take medicine. Hi you need to do exercises for your back. Meet a physiotherapist and he will be able to teach you proper exercises for your back pain. Continue taking hot water fomentation twice or thrice daily. Wishing you good health.

I am 49 years female weight 61 kg, height 5 feet. Suffering fron right knee pain for 8 years approximately. I am taking 1 tablet shelcal os and 1 tablet revital women daily after dinner on my own. I consulted doctor few years back he did xray and it is alright. Previously I feel pain when climbing stairs but now I am feeling pain when I go to evening walk too. Hi, you are over weight by 17 kg approx. Please, reduce your wet to over come your problem. Go for a wall in d morning. Take, plenty of water to eliminate toxins. Cut your meal by 10%, add salad, sprouts & fruits in lunch. Take, ots, green tea, in d breakfast. Split your meal into 4 parts. Tak, 3 cups of green tea. Hi start applying kottamchukkadi taila after heating upon hot water apply once a day apply and leave it for 45 mins and wash it in hot water continue for 40 days. Pain will gradually reduce.

Hello lybrate user, - from how long she is suffering from the pain need to know? - apply mahanarayana taila and give hot fomentation or keep hot water bag for 15min. - take yogaraja guggulu 2-0-2 - weight lifting/ bending or twisting works to be avoided. - she need ayurveda panchakarma treatment like kati basti and basti karma. Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang asana? lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core strengthening exercises- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.
