For eye irritation pl go for triphala kwath eye wash and other uses of triphala such as triphala ghrit. Back pain will be addressed by triphala ghrit and other vatnashak choorna such as hingwastak if used as per directions. Ten herbal roots kwath will eradicate it.

Back Pain . Advice…. Hot Fomentation x twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction. Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily Bhujang Asana x 15 timesx twice daily Core Strengthening Exercises. Sports Taping. Back Stretching

Walk on toes for some steps after getting up from bed. May be your ankle muscles are tight. Wear sports shoes. And keep your ankle in hot water for 15 mins, if does not recover than visit for physiotherapy.

U can wait fr sometime and give homoeopathic medicine a try. We hv sm wonderful medicines fr backache. Alongwid this you need to do few strengthening exercises fr your back regularly. This is going to help you in a big way. Al d best.

I have knee's pain when I wake up in the morning. I started sleep in A.C so what is cause and treatment for this?
Specific knee exercises will also help ie. Keeping ball underneath the knee and keep pressing it. That's the simple exercise which will help you to strengthen the knee Ice therapy would definitely help to reduce the inflammation. We also advise you to use knee cap which would help to prevent the knee from damaging further and also to maintain the quadriceps muscle tone.
