Hello- yes wearing tight clothes presses the testicles more towards the skin and due to slightly increased temperature of skin (body) the sperm production process of testicles gets affected leading towards infertility. Testicle need a temperature less thn the body temperature that is the reason why it is situated away from the body in sac called as scrotum.

If you have good salary. She listens your words. Now you are low. She is high. You have two sides are important. Better to talk to her in a pleasing manner. Tell the importance of your parents and your responsibilities. Give excessive priority to her in all aspects. Request to stay with my parents. Express your better loving words and impress her. I have an habit of doing Masturbation since 16 years. And I tried a lot to stop this but I could not control on this. Some times I can control 1 day or some time a week. But could not go beyond that. This usually happens at sleeping time. And now a days I am getting pain in my legs and my hands shakes lot. And tried to involve a lot in exercises, meditation. It did not help. If you did not find relief with exercises, meditation etc. That suggest that masturbation has almost become a compulsion for you to get rid of anxiety arising out of stress, at times due to sexual stimulation. Insomnia is mainly due to anxiety or mental disturbances and you need to practise good sleep hygiene. 1.It is important to maintain the same sleep schedule every single day. This helps to naturalize your body clock and get the best quality sleep. 2.Switch off all mobile phones, laptops and other electronic devices. Their artificial glow not only hampers your eyesight, but also prolongs the amount of time your body takes to relax and fall off to sleep. 3.If your back pain causes you to continually wake up in the middle of the night in discomfort, then sleep with a pillow or cushion between your legs so as to straighten out your back and relieve pent up stress. 4.The importance of your pillow can never be stressed upon enough. Your pillow should be not too fat, hard or soft. It should just about support the natural curve of your neck, so that it is perfectly aligned with the centre of your body. Correct sleeping postures are extremely important. 5.Make sure your room is nice and dark so as to stimulate the secretion of a hormone called melatonin that is regulated by light exposure. Darker the room, greater melatonin, making you more sleepy. 6.Those who exercise regularly and well are known to be fitful sleepers. Exercise well before bedtime. If required, do some light yoga or stretching exercises that promote sleep. 7.What you eat throughout the day makes a difference to the quality of your sleep. Stay away from too much caffeine, alcohol, or a heavy meal just before sleeping. They only make you stay awake for longer and may cause heartburn or stomach trouble. Don't drink too much water, or else you will be making more midnight trips to the bathroom than clocking those sleep hours. 8.Try to keep your head clear of all worries and stress when in bed. Regular meditation and deep breathing can help. There is no end to all the things you can do to sleep well and comfortably. It is important to be self-disciplined to sleep well and hence be a healthy individual. Resting at night plays an important role in regulating your daily health and your level of energy throughout a day. Also, not only the quantity but the quality of sleep is also important for a healthy lifestyle. Bedtime habits do play a vital role in shaping up your lifestyle and personality as a whole. Here are many lifestyle habits that can help you to get sound sleep. Premature Ejaculation - Causes, Symptoms and Ayurvedic Treatment!!

Uncontrolled and involuntary ejaculation that occurs either before or after sexual intercourse is known as premature ejaculation. Medically, the most persistent form of PE (primary or lifelong PE) is defined by the presence of the following three problems:

  • Ejaculation always, or nearly always, happening before sexual penetration has been achieved, or within about a minute of penetration
  • The man finding an inability to delay his ejaculation every time, or nearly every time, he does achieve penetration
  • Negative personal consequences, such as distress and frustration, or avoidance of sexual intimacy

PE can cause a lot of embarrassment in boys and men, with a significant degree of stigma often attached to male sexual performance. It can be very distressing and frustrating for the individual as it can hamper his sex life drastically. However, unless it occurs regularly, it cannot be regarded as a cause of concern.

Causes:

Below we will discuss some of the potential causes of PE:

Psychological factors:

Most cases of PE are not related to any disease and are instead due to psychological factors, including:

  • Sexual inexperience
  • Novelty of a relationship
  • Overexcitement or too much stimulation
  • Relationship stress
  • Anxiety
  • Guilty feelings
  • Depression
  • Issues related to control and intimacy

Medical causes of premature ejaculation:

The following are also possible medical causes of PE (doctors will focus on diagnosis and management of the underlying condition first and monitor for improvement in sexual function):

  • Diabetes
  • Multiple sclerosis
  • Prostate disease
  • High blood pressure (hypertension)
  • Thyroid problems
  • Illicit drug use
  • Excessive alcohol consumption

Symptoms:

The ejaculation of semen occurs just after penetration, within a very short period of time, or even before penetration happens during a sexual intercourse. Due to this reason, both the partners might feel that they have had unsatisfactory sex. It is one of the most common forms of sexual dysfunction in males.

Ayurvedic View:

According to Ayurvedic perspective, premature ejaculation is caused by aggravation of Vata (air) and Pitta Dosha at the commencement of physical mating. These doshas can be aggravated by anxiety or nervousness before the sexual act. Vata is characterized by its qualities of quickness and heightened sensitivity to the sense of touch. This gives a predisposition towards quicker ejaculation. Pitta plays a role in thinning of the semen, thereby supporting its early ejaculation. Secondly, these aggravated doshas cause hyperactivity of muscles in the male organ, thus increasing sensitivity to vibration and hence leading to early ejaculation.

Ayurvedic treatment of premature ejaculation is aimed at keeping the Vata and Pitta in balance by eating a balanced diet. Problems of stress and anxiety during sexual intercourse can be effectively dealt with rejuvenating herbs, yoga, meditation and counseling.

Diet & Lifestyle Advice

  1. Avoid intake of pitta-aggravating foods like hot, penetrating, or excessively salty and spicy foods, as well as chilies, garlic, pickles, fermented and preserved foods.
  2. Increase intake of foods that are sweet and have a cooling effect on the body, like milk, butter, purified butter, almonds, raisins, black gram, licorice and asparagus.

Hello. I think you have allergic conjunctivitis. 1. Eye allergies, called allergic conjunctivitis, are a common condition that occurs when the eyes react to something that irritates them (called an allergen). 2. The eyes produce a substance called histamine to fight off the allergen. As a result, the eyelids and conjunctiva (the thin, filmy membrane that covers the inside of your eyelids) become red, swollen and itchy, with tearing and burning. Benefit. Its harmless act. It brings in momentary tiredness but no weakness. It helps you to purge your sexual drive if you can't have a partner available for sex. Etc. There is no measuring scale how much daily is good. But overindulgence onto the act will ruin your daily routine. Must focus more important works. Once your focus is shifted you will see the frequency will come down.
