In my complete blood test following deficiency or efficiency was observed. Apolipoprotien - a1 - 92 mg/dl hscrp 5.54 mg/l homocysteine. - 38.8 umol/l uric acid 7.5 mg/dl chloride 106.6 mmol/l hdl cholestrol direct 28 mg/dl tc/hdl cholestrol ratio 5.5 sgot 83.2 u/i sgpt 134.6 u/i ggt 80.4 u/i serum globulin 2.4 gm/dl tsh 6.87 vit d 6.79 ng/ml monocytes absolute. 18 basophils absolute. 01 mchc 30.5 rdw sd 47.9 rdw cv 14.1 my doc told me stay away from protien and fat. Please help me. I am not able to stay away from fat. I can manage to stay away from protein and milk products. Please explain me what is going on in my body and if any medicine I should take. I am taking thyroxin 50 mg. Thanks.

IN HYPOTHYROIDISM:--- where there is deficiency of thyroxine hormone leading to sluggishness, tired feeling, weight increase, slow heart beats, intolerance to cold, swelling of legs, feet and face, difficulty in concentrating and at times in speech. Treatment for hypothyroidism is giving thyroxine tablets. And dose are according to level of thyroid for life time. Avoid bad habits . Avoid stress. Some Relax during work. Go for walk, Take plenty of water, high-carbohydrate foods such as potatoes, rice, pasta and bread. Nutrient-rich foods that improve your health may also benefit your thyroid gland, antioxidant-rich fruits and vegetables more plenty of water: Blueberries, tomatoes, bell peppers, and other foods rich in antioxidants can improve overall health and benefit the thyroid gland. Eating foods high in B vitamins, like whole grains, may also help. flax oil, Selenium: Tiny amounts of selenium are needed for enzymes that make thyroid hormones to work properly. Eating selenium-rich foods, such as sunflower seeds or Brazil nuts, can be beneficial. Tyrosine: This amino acid is used by the thyroid gland to produce T3 and T4. Taking a supplement may help, avoid oily foods,junk foods, go for walk. Do Tests every 3 to 6 months. And consult doctor on time.

take tab. glimstar pm 2 before meal in morning. and other same. and you can take diet for diabetes. low sugar breakfast cereal oats., low sugar bran flakes,peas or leafy green. brown rice .whole grain foods. whole grain pasta. Avoid stress. Alcohol, sweet foods, oily and spicy foods, fast foods, cold drinks, Go for walk. You can join zym. By meditation and medication You can control diabetes / sugar level. DO tests HBA1C every 6 months. and You can control cholesterol / hdl / ldl/t.g. and obesity by using following flax oil, omega-3 fatty meal or cap., take . green veg., whole grain foods, spicy foods, Use GARLIC in foods daily ,. Cod liver oil. Low sugar foods, low calories foods. Change own life style . do meditation,yoga, Go walk daily in morning and evening, do any one physically activity daily i.e. play any game., Avoid fast foods, oily foods, alcohol,smoking, fatty foods, non-veg., avoid stress, take plenty of water in day time. one important that is take 1 glass of water before bed at night. This is normal in summer. So dont worry. Eat green vegetables. Healthy food. Fruits. Drink plenty of water. Do pranayama early in the morning. Walk minimum for 30 minutes per day.

Reduce carbs, general belief is that daal are rich in proteins only but they have calories due to carbs also. Take lots of seasonal vegetables and fruits plus eating according to constitution. Take more proteins like milk and curds. At 23 you can do more exercise, simple walks or weights. If you are a rice eater, continue and don't remove the rice water fearing that it increases calories but do try coarse grains like wheat, maize and other types of atta available in markets, that has additional fiber and soy type of nutrients added to it. Do reduce weight @5 kg per month and don't become calories or weight obsessed. Do write back after a month.

Please maintain your weight Avoid standing for long time If you work standing for long time please wear crepe bandage alway, while standing Avoid oily spicy and fast food Take Vegetable juices and soups more After 6 wks Start doing morning walk, yoga and pranayam.

According to your question, it seems like a pain in your temporo mandibular joint and there are many reasons for this pain but first we should reach to a diagnosis that whether it is the same tmj pian or not and for that a physical examination is required-----------so please consult an ent specialist physically to rule out any ear pain/infection----------------

Take up the following steps to make your sexually stronger . 1- leave masturbation if do 2- do not watch pron movies. 3- take nutritious and healthy diet 4- avoid fast food, spicy , and oily food. 5- may take ayurvedic medicine for strengthening your sexual strength to a grater level. 6- do abdominal crunches, leg raises ,push ups 20 nos each and yoga . 7- add up salad as staple in your food.

Quadriceps strengthening exercises- Quad Clenches: Lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, Hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Short Arcs: Lie flat on your back or sit upright with your leg placed horizontally on a flat surface like a chair or bed. Place a rolled up towel under the knee. Pull your toes towards you and clench you thigh muscles. Slowly lift your foot up off the bed until your knee is straight (keep your knee resting on the towel). Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower them on the chair. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Straight Leg Raise: Lie flat on your back. One leg and knee will be straight and other leg should be bent. Pull your toes towards you and tighten/clench the muscle on the front of the thigh, locking your knee straight. Lift your foot up in the air, about 6 inches off the bed. Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower the leg. The knee must remain straight the whole time you are doing this exercise.

Constipation affects your anus and rectum. It does not affect vagina. Precautions against constipation- Have regular food habits as well as habit of going for motion. Don’t avoid when you have an urge for going to toilet. Take 2 to 3 glasses of warm water in the morning. This will help in reducing acidity as well as hardness of stool and you don’t have to strain your pelvic muscles. Keep hydrated by drinking lots of water and having fruits and vegetable juices Avoid sitting for long time at one place. Sedentary habit causes constipation. Driving bike or cycle for long duration at a time may be avoided. Travelling in a car or bus for long journey is also not good. Train is better as you can change positions. Avoid chillies, masalas and such hot foods. Take easily digestible foods including curds and fruits. We have very good treatment in homoeopathy. Take Nux vom 200 twice daily morning and evening and give feedback after 7 days.

Take plenty of water, liquid diet, dalia, green veg., orange. avoid cold things, cold drinks. Oily foods. If symptoms are from more days or again persist then do few tests for confirm causes of it.. cbc, x-ray chest. X-ray P.N.S. ..after tests consult again for best advice.

Hello, kindly tell me name of cough syrup you are taking 1. Is cough associated with throat pain ? 2. Is sputum is also coming ? 3. Do you have fever also? 4, Do you having running nose/ sneezing also? and kindly follow advises given below Take proper rest lot of fluids and proper home made diet. warm Saline gargles twice a day for 2-3 days.
