Dear , what are your complains? for how long? what is your urine report? please post your scan report along with pictures of the scan. It is o. K. If you have cystitis but it is very imperative to find out its cause. If urine report shows pus cells more than 5 then you need antibiotics like ofloxacin 200 mg twice a day 1 hour before meals for 15 days and check urine again for pus cells.

Hi!

I am Dr. Punnam Gupta.

Today I will explain about incontinence of urine. Basically Incontinence, what is incontinence of urine? You can’t control your urine, that is called incontinence of urine. Basically urine, urinary muscles are whatever muscles is there that is actually work in vaulterily, than we need to control it. There is stress in incontinence, over loaded bladder and infectious diseases. Stress in incontinence is basically person with stress. Any kind of stress can be there. That is called incontinence stress, of urine. In person who is in stress, like any kind of stress, you can say, he has to go to toilet but he doesn’t get the right place to go. That is also stress.

And person who is working, long hour working, they have, don’t have time to go there if he cured the urinary bladder then that is also incontinence, stress in urinary. In fact this is the very common in the young generation, who is working in the multinational companies and all, but sometimes it’s a disease but the disease is neuropathy disease hogya. And then diabetes, high blood pressure and any cardiac and third is overloaded bladder. Always bladder full, you, person keeps always full bladder because all the time he is on work or any kind of thinking, that is also called overloaded, overloaded bladder and it’s also incontinence of urine. And second is infectious bladder, infectious bladder can’t control the urine.

Second is age factor. Age factor is also very important because after 60s or 50s or menopause bladder, female organ become very loose and weak that can’t control the urine. Then we have, we have, we can rehabilitate the person if, you know about the what is incontinence and it is treatable and manageable. You can rehabilitate your urinary bladder that is called kegel exercises you can improve your urinary bladder with the kegel exercises, but everybody says kegel exercises, kegal exercises, everybody do kegel exercises but you need to learn the right way of kegel exercises that for that you have to consult the physiotherapist to learn all this things and a part of this, some people have perhaps to uterus that is also, is incontinence, cause of incontinence of the urine.

So for these things you need to know how you improve these things, so have to do bit of exercises and reduce your stress. Improve your lifestyle, and exercise should important for the person who has these kind of problem. And then you, if you know, if you have in, if you have doubt about key I have these kind of symptoms then you need to consult physiotherapist or you can make a urinary diary, so that we can check out with the urinary diary you will get the book from Google, you will get download this diary and try to fill that, follow that procedure, how to fill that diary and if you feel k there is some symptoms which is match with me, you must consult the physiotherapist who work with the pelvic floor muscles, and it is treatable if you are a person is above 60, that time I can say it’s a very difficult to improve the muscles power but, I can say that you can rehabilitate yourself, you can manage yourself.

So you must consult to physio who works with the pelvic floor exercises, pelvic floor anatomy and everything. If you need any consultation you can contact to the Lybrate.

I am facing problems with kidney stones and I get the pain on my back once in 3 to 4 months but it's a severe pain so...
You should follow these very important and simple things to prevent stone formation & to get sure treatment of kidney stones: 1. First take a lot of fluid daily. The more you drink water and fluid, the less amount of deposit accumulate in kidney. So you have to make your kidneys healthy just only by drinking 2-3 liters (10-12 glasses) of water. 2. Stones are mainly formed of calcium and oxalate. So take very low quantity of milk, cheese, cream and dairy products. 3. Do not take strawberry, plum, spinach and tomatoes. These fruits and vegetables are rich in oxalate. So avoid them to prevent from kidney stones. 3. Stop taking supplementary vitamin d and calcium medication. 4. Avoid animal protein diet- eggs, red meat, fish in diet. 5. Take less amount of salt, pickle and western foods. They have high amount of sodium. So avoid it. 6. Urinary infection are also one of the cause of stone. So take proper antibiotic treatment of urinary infection on time. Even when you feelburning sensation or pain during urination, don't avoid it. Take medication as soon as possible. I hope you follow them in your life andstay healthy. 7. You can take gokshur tablets of himalaya for 3 months. It definitely get relief from kidney stones.

I am suffering from Anal fissure from last 3 days. Their is swelling in one side of area from where the stool pass, that is too much pain full I am not able to sleep properly. So I am using pain killer Aceforce sp and antibiotic oneclav 625. A small amount of blood is coming during bowell moment because I am taking creamafinn at night. How to cure it fast?

MBBS
General Physician, Fatehabad
Hi lybrate-user, You need to control your symptoms as well as treat the main cause such as constipation. Here are some home remedies to give you relief: 1. Exercise adequately: Leading an active life is another important step of treating anal fissures. You must exercise moderately for atleast 30 minutes every day. This will help in strengthening the muscles and also avoid constipation. In addition to exercising, you should also practice yoga and deep breathing. Yoga which is especially targetted at the pelvic organs help in maintaining a proper bowel system. Deep breathing and meditation help in reducing stress, which in turn help in solving stomach related problems and constipation. All this helps in curing anal fissures and also prevent re-occurence. 2. Fruits and Vegetables: Eating the proper food is very important to cure anal fissures. A diet consisting of fresh fruits and vegetables should be followed for atleast two weeks after the problem is completely solved. Fruits like oranges, papayas, apples, bananas and guavas should be consumed which aren’t heavy for the stomach to digest and easily pass in stools without causing any trouble. You can also opt to have fresh fruit juice or vegetable juice, as these also help in cleansing the system. 3. Olive Oil: This is useful if you directly apply to the rectum skin. Apply some olive oil to the skin around the anus before passage of stools. This will help soften the stools as they are being excreted and the patient will feel less of pain and no discomfort at all. 4. Warm Water Tub: Use a tub filled with warm water and sit inside for atleast 20 minutes in the morning. This will help in healing the torn skin and tissues. Warm water also helps in relaxing the internal anal sphincter. Repeat this in the evening and night as well. You can also have a warm shower, but this will not help directly. Remember never to separate the buttocks as this will slow the process of healing. 5. Drink Water: Water helps to cleanse the system as well as provide a good functioning capability to the digestive system. Keeping yourself hydrated can help you soften your stools and that won’t cause you any discomfort during passage of stools. Hope this helps. Good Luck.
