Hello, eosinophils are a type of wbc which protect from allergic/parasitic diseases. In eosinophilic enteritis, these cells damage the intestines. 3 types of involvement is seen -mucosal, muscular and serosal. Steroids are prescribed as treatment.

Take soft diet eg khichdi, dali ya, buttermilk, curd, coconut water. Probiotics will be helpful. Drink plenty of liquids to maintain hydration. Hope this helps u.

First get you self checked thoroughly. Low blood pressure can suggest some heart disease. In diet, add 3 litres of water, 600 ml of lemon water with salt, 200 g. of fruits and some 20 g of chocolates ( yes, chocolates for magnesium).

No. Never. I will give positive effect. Warm water increase digestion. Clears vaata. Helpful in all dosha. So continue it. If you have gastritis, add this; * take ajvayan & jeera 1 tsp each after each meal * take ginger & turmeric before food * quantity is much important, assume 4 part of your appetite & take food only 3 part of it * avoid day sleep, stress, night awaking * start excersice.

Mr. lybrate-user. I think you are having acute anal fissure main cause of this is passing hard stools. I suggest you to improve your eating habits take three full meals with plenty of water and vegetables fruits and add soft stool softener in your diet. Sit in warm water 5-6mints. 2 times a day. Gastritis - How Ayurvedic Remedies are Helpful?

Your stomach is lined with a mucosal membrane known as the mucosa and due to a variety of factors, it may become inflamed. This inflammation may cause a lot of problems and complications which are grouped under gastritis.
Symptoms of gastritis

  1. Upper abdominal pain,
  2. Hiccups
  3. Diarrhea,
  4. Nausea
  5. Heartburn
  6. Constipation
  7. Reduction of appetite
  8. Blood in the stool amongst the others

Gastritis can be quite debilitating and limiting for the people affected by it.

The Ayurveda approach
Ayurveda is a holistic form of medicine which takes into account many factors rather than just the physical disposition and symptoms that strives to cure the patients of the illness in a well-rounded manner. To this effect, Ayurveda helps you treat this problem with multiple angles of attack such as herbal medications and special cleansing therapies among many others. Let’s take a look at some of the methods usually employed in various combinations among the patients.

  1. Changes in diet: Consuming any diet which has a lot of spicy and rich foods over prolonged periods may result in gastritis and other problems. If you already have gastritis, then certain other types of food also need to be excluded such as tea, coffee, sour foods, chilies and buffalo milk among others. These food groups are excluded as they may increase the acidity of the stomach which may cause an escalation of the problems. Some of the foods that may help with gastritis are grapes, pumpkins, bitter gourd, pomegranate, melons and cucumber, etc.
  2. Natural remedies: Some natural remedies that can be very effective in dealing with the symptoms of gastritis are mentioned below
    • Ajwain and rock salt have been an age old remedy in treating multiple gastrointestinal disorders and can be effective in this case as well.
    • Lemon juice is also very effective in treating symptoms or gastritis and also reducing inflammation.
    • Take amla, ginger, and licorice either in a raw form or as a dried option or mixed with other things such as milk or honey. These help in regulating and reducing the acidity within the stomach.
  3. Ayurvedic medications: There are many specialized Ayurvedic medications which can be used to treat gastritis such as:
    • Amalaki choorna
    • Avipattikara choorna
    • Sootashekhara rasa
    • Sukumara Ghrita
    • Dhatri Lauha

However, you should consult a specialist Ayurveda doctor as they can prescribe the correct medications for you after studying your specific symptoms.

Salmon: omega-3 fatty acids are very important for your heart to function optimally. Fishes such as salmon and sardines are rich in omega-3 fatty acids which lower the risk of heart diseases such as arrhythmia (irregular heartbeat) and atherosclerosis (accumulation of plaque in the arterial walls).

Oats: like oats and milk for breakfast? congratulations! you are in luck; oatmeal has soluble fibers which help in lowering bad cholesterol levels. Just make sure that there is no added sugar in your oatmeal, as it will defeat the entire purpose.

Blueberries: blueberries are rich in antioxidants that reduce the risks of heart attack and also decrease your blood pressure. So go ahead! toss some blueberries in your oatmeal to get your daily dose of antioxidants which are such pre-requisites for supreme health.

Dark chocolate: this will probably bring a smile to your lips. Dark chocolates contain polyphenols, a type of flavonoid, which is very good for your heart. Dark chocolate is known to reduce the risks of strokes and heart attacks. Watch the portion size as no matter what its benefits are, dark chocolates are still rich in calories.

Citrus fruits: citrus fruits such as lemons and indian gooseberry are rich in compounds that lower cholesterol levels in the body. Tip start your day with a lemon juice and warm water. This betters your metabolism and also keeps your heart in fine shape.

Soy: lo behold vegetarians! (and non-vegetarians as well). Soy is a protein rich food that is so good for your heart. It also contains heart-healthy fats and fibers that help bring down and normalize cholesterol levels.

Tomatoes: tomatoes are rich in an antioxidant called lycopene, which is very effective in getting rid of bad cholesterol. It thus helps in keeping your arteries healthy and reduces the risks of heart attacks.

Nuts: nuts such as almonds and walnuts are rich in vitamin e which helps in lowering bad cholesterol in the body. Avoid nuts that come with added salt.

Hello, this may be due to acidity/ gas/ indigestion. I am giving you general health advices for proper digestion: 1. Take small frequent meal kindly take 5-6 small meal in whole day 2. Take 6-8 glass of water in a day 3. Moderate physical activity regularly 4. Avoid excessive tea, coffee 5. Do not postpone breakfast 6. Avoid food from outside, junk, fried, spicy fatty food 7. Take home made light food like moong dal, dalia, chapatti also tell me associated symptoms like vomiting sensation, loose motion/ burning sensation in chest or any other symptoms are present or not? so that we can reach diagnosis. Kindly see physician for further management.

What kind of diet changes can help acid reflux?

One thing you can do to reduce your risk for heartburn and acid reflux disease is to eat low-fat, high-protein meals. Also, eat smaller meals more frequently; stop eating before you get too full.

Pay attention to foods that seem to trigger your heartburn and avoid them as much as possible.

Beverages that commonly trigger heartburn or make it worse, include:

Coffee or tea (both regular and decaffeinated)
Other beverages that contain caffeine
Carbonated beverages
Alcohol

Foods that commonly trigger heartburn or make it worse, include:
Citrus fruits, such as oranges and lemons
Tomatoes and products that contain tomatoes, such as tomato sauce and salsa
Chocolate
Mint or peppermint

If you're overweight or obese, take steps to lose weight with exercise and diet changes.

Respected lybrate-user hi take more liquids green leafy veg fiber curd fruits etc. Avoid oily spicy stuffs, nonveg. Sit in leuk warm water filled tub for 10-10 min mor & eve. Isabgul 3 teaspoonful at night with 2 glasses of leuk warm water for 5 days. Consult later dear if problem thanks regards.
