hello you need to take a healthy balanced diet along with regular exercise regime for 5 days a week like brisk walking, cycling and stretching exercises. drink plenty of water. take small and frequent meals at regular intervals. start your day with 5 almonds soaked overnight with apple and green tea. include seasonal fruits and vegetables and sprouts. take fruits as mid meal. avoid sweets, junk food and aerated drinks. for detailed diet plan you can consult for migraine avoid meal gaps, as gapping creates acidity which in turn causes migraine. thank you

Migraine episodes need to be controlled with different strategies like avoiding stressors and precipitating factors like prolonged sunlight exposure, sleep deprivation, simple pain killers as symptomatic therapy for infrequent episodes and triptans for severe attacks. Besides prophylactic therapy for few months may be needed.

Hello, main causes of sleeping disorders are as follows:- significant life stress (job loss or change, death of a loved one, divorce, moving) illness. Emotional or physical discomfort. Environmental factors like noise, light, or extreme temperatures (hot or cold) that interfere with sleep. Do meditation every morning. Take kali phos 6x, 5 tabs every night. Take avena sativa q, 10 drops and passiflora q, 30 drops, mix them in half cup of water and drink it, half an hour before your bed time, daily for a month. This will definitely help you. Thanks.

I am 25 years old male and I take medicines for epilepsy since 2015 (when I was diagnosed with neurocysticercosis (levipil 500)). Since then nothing going right in my life for eg. Career, property etc I feel low most of the times. I have developed a tendency to get angry instantly upon anyone without even thinking of the consequences ,after that I feel guilty/depressed. My anger on little things have caused problems and this thing I feel like I developed after I have started taking the anticonvulsant. Please guide me a way out of it.

DM - Neurology, MBBS Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery, Md
Neurologist, Hyderabad
U can taper off the medicine and start other anti epileptics for focal seizures like oxcarbamazepine. Get fresh MRI brain with contrast and EEG. Plant to stop the medicines over the days after consultation with neurophysician.
