Hi Doc, I have been having some red colored pimples over my body (especially chest, thighs and buttocks) which are very irritating. They itch a lot and are painful on pressing. Hello, apply topi azadirachta ointment over these pimples. Take blood purifier r 60, 15 drops with water twice daily. Revert after 7 days.

Firstly weight gain is majorly dependent on your metabolism and genetics play a definite role too. You have to be patient and give your body time to gain a healthy body weight. Eat meals at frequent intervals. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy, eggs, sprouts, fruits in your meals. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least thrice a week. Even if you were to take medicines or supplements. They will not work in isolation. You have to have a calorie and nutrient dense meal.

Being a homoeopath,I will suggest you a natural way to glow your lips along with a lip balm. Lemon, Sugar Lip Scrub: In a small bowl, mix in 1 teaspoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice and coconut oil. Add in and stir thoroughly 2 teaspoons of granulated sugar, a bit at a time to make thick paste of uniform consistency. If needed, you can add in more sugar. After mixing it well, you can transfer the scrub into a suitable storage container. It can be safely kept in fridge for about one week.Apply a little bit of the scrub to your lips, and scrub it in circular motion. To effectively exfoliate your lips, use a small toothbrush. Rinse your lips with warm water, and apply a LIP balm( BAKSON) on your choice.

Avoid tight undergarments. Wear loose cotton underclothes. Keep the private parts dry. Remove any form of moisture that accumulates. Change underclothes regularly. Reduce weight. Tinea is due to a fungal infection which grows in hot, humid, wet environments. You need to use antifungals.

Don’t worry. You can lose weight easily if you are patient and determined to shed those extra kilos. You just have to alter your daily routine, watch what you eat and be physically active. This requires you to be on your weight loss commitment for quiet long. As soon as you start seeing the results, you will be surprised as well as motivated to go beyond your weight loss and adopt and a lifelong healthy attitude. For a start please follow: 1.Watch what you eat – Are you eating too much junk, drink excessive alcohol and eating too much white food and sugar? Please cut it down to as low as you can from tomorrow. Cut down tea/coffee if you are too addicted to it. It is creating havoc inside your body. 2.Lifestyle – Are you a late sleeper and late riser? You can’t imagine what this schedule of yours is doing to your metabolism. It is degrading your digestive system from inside and your looks from outside. 3.Physically active – If you are a couch potato who loves to watch tv whole day then throw that couch of yours in the street and get yourself a treadmill tomorrow. Yes it is as simple as that. Who is stopping you? You have to be physically active all day long if you want to burn those extra calories. Do daily brisk walk, Pranayam, atleast 20 surayanamaskar everyday to start seeing the results. Take break between office work to walk a little or rather just climb some stairs to get that food you ate in lunch have space and heat to digest and absorb. What’s the harm in using your washroom to do a little middle of the day squats. Do that – No one is watching you. The key is to stay physically active all day long, no matter what. 4.Eat healthy and eat on time: Not only eating healthy is important but eating at right time is equally imp too. Have an early breakfast and early dinner and have 4 small meals between breakfast and dinner. To guide you a bit, here you go: A.Breakfast (Between 8-10 a. M) – Have oats/porridge or brown bread with milk and nuts. B.At 11 a. M - Cup of Green Tea c.Mid day meal (around 12 p. M) – Have a bowl of fruits. Citrus fruits are best taken during this hour and absorb well in the body. Have oranges, amla, pineapple etc during this hour. D.Lunch (between 2-3 p. M) – Daal, roti, mix veg, buttermilk and salad. You can also take brown rice with daal in lunch. Try to get your food cooked in olive oil. Lace your salad with apple cider vinegar, black pepper and seeds like flaxseeds or chia seeds to make it nutrition packed lunch. E.Between 4 p. M – 5 p. M – Cup of Green Tea F.Evening (4-6 p. M) – Have some nice sprouts with tomatoes and cucumber. G.Dinner (2 hours before sleeping, preferably before 9 p. M) – Paneer & veggies salad with olive oil, Roti or brown rice with Daal. H.Have a glass of warm milk. Weight loss is 80% about what you eat and 20% about exercises. That said, both the things go hand in hand. If you want to lose weight in a more healthy way than be patient and just follow the regimen everyday. Slow and steady wins the race.

Hello. Use fash or facecare facewash twice a day. Use nadoxin gel on the pimple very little amount or one pea size drop for full face once a day for 15 days. Pimples if come very frequently, a long course of tablets is required so see a local dermatologist for further assessment if no satisfactory response.

I have red acne around my lower part of cheek. Was recommended tablet aquavit-xt, facegaurd 50 gel, peroduo gel to apply in night and minolox100 .is it ok? I do have trust in my dermatologist but I read many side effects of peroduo gel .should I use it now?

Once you stop using the gel, all the pimples might come back. There is no guarantee that they will cure your acne completely. You can try using cinnamon powder mixed in honey. Apply the paste on your face for 15 minutes and then wash it off. Do this once in a week.

Dear lybrate user, *take about 6 figs and about 30 grams of raisin and soak them in water for about 12-16 hours. Next day eat them at two different periods of the day. This will help in gaining a balanced body weight. *avoid more tea, coffee, salty, dry foods, junk foods. *chyawanprash: this is one thing which is not only popular for weight gain but also for whole body build up. It helps to increase the immunity against fighting diseases. The best part is it can be taken by any sex or age.

Height will increase till 25 years only after that all bone get epiphysis so stop growing height if you are below 25 then take following remedies 1. Flaxseed powder 1 tsp after lunch and dinner 2. Hi, exercise is the best way to gain muscle mass. Daily requirement of protein in a boy is around 52 gms. This amount you can easily get from your daily serving of food like: 1) eggs, 2) legumes-peas, beans and pulses 3) soyabean (nutrella) 4) fish, chicken, meat 5) nuts-peanuts, almonds 6) low fat milk and curd we've all heard the myth that extra protein builds more mujscle. In fact, the only way to build muscle is through exercise. Bodies need a modest amount of protein to function well. Let me explain. For active, working-out individuals one has to consume around 2 grams protein per kilogram of body weight. Ie. If your weight is 70 kg, then you require 140 gms protein daily if you are into gymming. But if you are a sedentary persons, your daily requirement is just 0.8 gms per kg body weight ie. 56 gms which we easily get from our daily food. I hope this answers your query.

Sir, apply masoor dal chiroungi powder wth raw milk on face every morning and night and apply vitamine serum at night and in the day apply mixture of lemon juice with rose water and weekly give steam to face and later apply tomato juice over it. Rub ice cubes before sleeping as well. You can even go for chemical peeling, it will help a lot.
