Dear, Shoulder pain Physiotherapy uses a number of different physical methods to promote healing. If you are referred to a physiotherapist, they should explain to you what treatment they will use and how it will work. Possible treatments include: •specific shoulder exercises – for example, if you have shoulder instability, you may be given exercises to strengthen your shoulder •massage – where the physiotherapist uses their hands to manipulate your shoulder Read more about some of the different techniques used inphysiotherapy. Shoulder exercises If you have shoulder pain, it's important to keep your shoulder joint mobile with light and gentle movement. Not using your shoulder can cause your muscles to waste away and may make any stiffness worse. Therefore, if possible, you should continue using your shoulder as normal. If your shoulder is very stiff, exercise may be painful. Your GP or physiotherapist can give you exercises to do without further damaging your shoulder. You may be given exercises to do on your own, or you may complete the exercises with supervision from your GP or physiotherapist. You may also have manual therapy, where the healthcare professional moves your arm for you. Manual therapy uses special techniques to move the joints and soft tissues in your shoulder. One review of a number of studies found that long-term physiotherapy was as effective as surgery for impingement syndrome (any type of damage to the tendons in the rotator cuff). Hi . You are very young to actually have persistent back pains. If you have localized back pain with no other symptoms like radiating leg pain, neurological symptoms like numbness, weakness, paresthesias etc, then you can start with following recommendations for initial period of 2-3 weeks: - to maintain proper posture of your back while working and sleeping - if pain is more then you can take a short course of an anti-inflammatory medication like tab etoshine or paracetamol or one which suits you - physical therapy initially under supervision of a trained physiotherapist and then to continue at home - adequate calcium & vitamin d intake if levels are low in body - ice packs can applied if your pain is acute, then hot fomentation can be done at home - analgesic spray for local application can be used and is easily available. - avoid lifting heavyweight/ acute forward bending in mornings etc we will observe you for next 2-3 weeks how you respond to this conservative management protocol. If you are not feeling better, then we will have to get some investigations like, dynamic x rays of lower back and few blood tests for evaluation.

Lower Back pain due to disc prolapse can be initially treated with back muscle exercise. Kindly visit a physiotherapy unit. But if MRI shows severe problem then other treatment may be required.

Core strengthening exercises- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day.

First of all check your posture when you are lifting any material like heavy bucket . And try to lift the heavy bucket without bending your back . you may lift the bucket after bending your knees only. This will definitely help you. * Gentle massage with lukewarm mustard oil of your waist area will also give you relief. * Surya Namaskar is only exercise which you need to do. * In diet vegetable protein of cereal , B complex supplements and half teaspoon of haldi in a cup of milk for seven days will give you enough relief. These are Symptoms of flu : • Fever with shivering • bodyache • dry cough • lack of desire to eat • nausea • feeling of uneasiness or discomfort

Weight reduction is the prime condition for your ailment. Walks and light food, some routine changes in food and of course some medicines. Please mind that pain killers is no remedy to knee pain. Most common cause of both knee pain in old age is osteoarthritis (age related wear and tear of joints). She should avoid sitting on floor or squatting. Get a physiotherapy help to reduce pain and teach relevant exercises. But, it is better to get her checked up by an orthopaedician first to rule out other possibilities.

Back pain can happen due to numerous reasons. It can happen due to muscle spasm, disc prolapse, degenerative disc disease. However, most common cause of back pain is muscle spasm or due to wrong posture. You can try doing hot fomentation and some basic exercises like cat and camel, back stretch, hams stretch and bhujangasana and see if it helps you. I would suggest you to visit an ortho or a physiotherapist nearby if the above said exercises doesn't help in reducing pain. Physiotherapy treatment might help you in getting relief and it doesn't have any side effects too.

Hot Fomentation. Gentle Shoulder Stretching. Core Strengthening Exercises. Gentle Neck Exercises. Avoid sleeping on affected side. Warm up and cool down is a must.

From last month my right shoulder is paining a lot when I lift any load why it is paining any issue is there?
Gentle massage over the affected part with lukewarm herbal pain relieving oil for 20 minutes followed by hot fomentation. It will relax the muscles and the veins of your affected part improving the blood supply to the organ and giving strength to it. Please avoid over-use of the part affected i. E. Lifting weight - pushing or pulling heavy objects. Give proper rest to the part - let it heal with the time. This will greatly help.

Pain is more likely in muscles. Had there been bony pain. You could not hv moved at all. Cud be a sudden muscle strain. Try dry heating fr 15 mins both sides twice a day fr 3 days. Should subside.

Advice. Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).

Usually eating food should not lead to back pain, if you are not maintaining correct posture while eating- like sitting on floor etc, can lead to back pain so avoid sitting on floor, sitting crosslegged do not bend forward to lift any heavy weight do regular exercises for general well being and back strengthening exercises take vitamin d supplement.
