Sir my aunt struggling from a problem with 9 years. Firstly she was attacked by the chickengunia. That pains are still paining to my aunt. She was so trouble from that pains. Pains are becoming heavily. My aunt was crying every day. So please help us doctor. Please. How can my aunt cure from this pains. How can relief form pains.

These pain usually lasts from 6 to 12 months. So pain continuing for more then 9 years could be because of multiple joint pain or arthralgia, Exercise involving range of motion for all joint would be helpful, icing can reduce inflammation and pain. Mild pain killers etc can be recommended once meeting a oethopedican.

I am a regular gymer. I have pain in my knees and ankle joint while jumping. May be its either related to air condition (cooling side effect) or legs workouts. What can I do to resolve it. Is glucosamine and msm works for improve joint health. thank you.

If you have leg pain then you have to rule out the casues for having leg pain. First of all check your weight and your haemoglobin levels, as Anaemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired and also having leg pain though there are no issues with the knee joint or back pain. If not if the pain radiates down the back of thigh and legs then it might be due to sciatica. Kindly consult the nearby physiotherapist. Hope you recover soon from the leg pain.

I am 60 years old female suffering from Knee pain in both legs since 3 years. I have used all types of ailments including Dr. Ortho (Ayurvedic capsules.

Quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

I have problem in joints I can't walk property and pain in my whole body and cough also.

Quadriceps strengthening exercises- Quad Clenches: Lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, Hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day.

I am 26 male having back pain during sleeping I have consult with few doctor but not relief yet can you suggest?

Here are some tips for how to handle your back pain: -while sleeping, try lying in a curled-up, fetal position with a pillow between your legs. If you usually sleep on your back, place a pillow or rolled towel under your knees to relieve pressure. -find a mattress with back support. A good mattress should provide support for the natural curves and alignment of the spine. Medium-firm mattresses usually provide more back pain relief than firm mattresses. -do not perform activities that involve heavy lifting or twisting of your back -avoid bending forward and sitting in a place for long time -stretching and strengthening exercises are important. -a physiotherapist can tell you when to begin stretching and strengthening exercises and how to do them.

Dear I have back pain for more tha 1 month cintinously. And there is fever also and hedache too what should I do tell me thanks.

Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. SPRING BEDS, FOLDING BEDS OR THICK MATRESS ARE HARMFUL Use no pillow under the head. DO HOT FOMANTATION. Paracetamol 250mg OD & SOS x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab OD x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again.. Do not ignore .It could be beginning of a serious problem.

I twisted my knee twice while playing football. Ten days later I fell off from my scooter and hurt the knee. It got sandwiched between the road and the scooter. X-rays revealed no fractures. It's been about 2 months now. How should I deal with this knee problem? There is still some pain left of the scooter accident.

I feel restlessness in my calf muscles, particularly at bed time and during summer. It is not so in winter. Can you explain the possible cause of it and remedy for it. Thanks

when we sleep, our foot are in plantar flexion (downward) and calf muscle have shorten at that time, so you much work out for calf muscle like stretching exercise not so hardly and warm fomentation you need for thrice time a day (alternate days for 12 days). see the result

I am 73 years old. I have ligament tear problem it is proving difficult to walk because of imbalance while walking. I have really no pain and less stability in left knee joint. Some orthopedic doctors say osteoarthritis is setting in, and some say ligament tear is there and better to do ortho scopy. Key hole surgery ihave x-rays and ct scan done.

Well, for ligament injury, arthroscopy surgery is done and ligament is reconstructed. At 73, I would prefer not to do this as results in this age are not known. Usually this surgery is done in younger and more active population. For you, it would be appropriate to use donjoy knee brace for acl tear. Perform hamstring strengthening exercises and you would be good.

I have chronic eczema/psoriasis since past 7 years, recently I had joint pain and eczema flare up. Is it psoriatic arthritis. I recently could feel a small lump left side of my spine. What is it indicative of?

Hi The diagnosis is made mostly on a clinical basis and by a process of elimination. Medical history, physical examination, blood tests, and X-rays of the joints that have symptoms may be used to diagnose psoriatic arthritis. You may use arthralin ointment and beclametasone ointments. Visit an orthopedic or rheumatologist. Take accelofenac 100 mg twice a day after meals for 5 days fir pain if severe. Consult a dermatologist also. Best wishes.

I would suggest her to following home remedy Natural home remedy using cinnamon powder: 1. Boil 1 L of water 2. Let it simmer for 20 min on low flame 3. While simmering, add 3 tsp of cinnamon powder 4. Strain the mixture 5. Which tendon is torn? usually arthroscopy is required to repair torn tendon. Medicine isn't helpful.
