CHEST PAIN in your case may be due to 1.acidity. 2. severe anxiety 3. muscular problem A. You can take Tablet Pantocid 40 mg one tablet before food for 3 days B. Excess of anything is not good. It can increase the amount of protein, usually not harmful bcs it gets metabolised. But if you r having some problems needs to be evaluated.

Dear Lybrateuser, -At your age your problem could be due to acidity, anxiety or sedentary habit -do not skip meals, have meals on time, avoid fried, spicy & junk foods, avoid more than 1-2 cups of tea/coffee, chew your food well, have 4-5 small meals including snacks rather than three large meals, do not lye down for at least one hour after meals, have dinner 2-3 hrs before bedtime -have 8-10 glasses of water for proper digestion -do regular exercise like jogging, brisk walking, swimming for 20-30 min -take syrup Gelusil, 2 teaspoonful half an hour after every meal three times a day -if not much relief then consult a doctor as you will require investigations to be done to find out exact cause & its treatment.

Anxiety is a big risk factor for anxiety. So stop being anxious. Just get yourself evaluated by a cardiologist and follow the advise and let go of your unnecessary fear. Even if you have a heart problem, they are easily treatable.

You seem to have anxiety which is pretty normal for an aspiring person. Pay proper attention to what you do, don't think of outcomes, results, others approval, any other fear at the time of task. Limit caffeine intake. Avoid alcohol. Regular exercise. Continue with meditation. If you arer having weight loss, lack of sleep, do consult a physcian.

I am 35 years male and I have BP (6 years) and Diabetes (2.5 years). I am suffering from chest pain since 1 month but it is very mild. In starting I felt this mild pain continuously and then it automatically disappeared. Now I feel it when there is a hickup or belching. I visited Doctor (MD Medicine) he prescribed me Rabeprazole with Domperidone and clonazepam 0.5 mg with propranolol 20 mg BD. I got no relief then I visited heart specialist he told me that my Diastolic BP is high 100-110 and he changed my BP tablets. He done my ECG 2 times and both the times it was absolutely normal. My Lipid profile Hba1c are as follows: Serum Cholesterol: 187.5 Serum Triglycerides: 156.4 HDL Cholesterol: 47.2 LDL Cholesterol: 109.02 VLDL Cholesterol: 31.28 Hba1c: 6.2 Dr. Also prescribed me medicine to lower my LDL cholesterol as it must be 70 in my case. But I have no relief. I have hyperacidity problem for a long time and I think this is the only reason of this chest pain. Kindly help me plzzz.

Your cardiologist has advised you appropriately. Your history does not indicate any cardiac problem. You can continue taking the medicines advised by your doctor apart from maintaining healthy lifestyle. Most likely cause of your pain is musculoskeletal, or anxiety. You can check with a gastroenterologist to rule out hyperacidity. If you still want to rule out cardiac cause then you can get a TMT test done.

your pain don't seems to b due to heart disease. Cholesterol don't cause pain directly unless it involves eateries of heart. St I advice you to undergo a thorough check of sugar, blood pressure, cholesterol,ecg.

Hye. Thank you for your query. You need to understand that these spots have appeared due to hypercholestrolemia. You need to improve your diet to reduce cholesterol levels, maintain weight and reduce unwanted fats in the body. In order to lose weight, fats and cholesterol you must eat sensibly and exercise to burn off calories and fats. Eat as per the body's needs. Food that is not used to fuel the body is stored as fat. A major component of losing fats or cholesterol is to make smarter food choices. Here's how: limit non-nutritious foods, such as: sugar, honey, syrups and candy, pastries, donuts, pies, cakes and cookies, soft drinks, sweetened juices and alcoholic beverages cut down on high-fat foods by: choosing poultry, fish or lean red meat. Choosing low-fat cooking methods, such as baking, broiling, steaming, grilling and boiling. Avoiding high-fat snacks like chips and chocolate. Avoiding fried foods. Using less margarine and mayonnaise. Avoiding high-fat gravies, cream sauces and cream-based dishes. Avoid junk, processed, packaged and proprietary foods. Eat a variety of foods, including: fruit and vegetables, whole grains, breads, cereal, rice and pasta, dairy products, such as low-fat or non-fat milk or yogurt, low-fat cottage cheese and low-fat cheese, protein-rich foods like chicken, fish, dals and legumes, or beans and nuts should be included in your diet. Change your eating habits: eat three balanced meals a day to help control your hunger. Watch portion sizes and eat small servings of a variety of foods. Choose low-calorie snacks. Eat only when you are hungry and stop when you are satisfied. Eat slowly and try not to perform other tasks while eating. At least 30 minutes of regular exercise is needed to reduce cholesterol levels. Take a glass of water with a teaspoon ginger juice, a pinch of haldi, a teaspoon of lime juice and honey. Take this on waking up and at night after meals.
