I am insomniac for this reason I can't sleep at night and can't wakeup in the morning and I feel so much distrube for that reason. How can I solve the problem?

Due to lack of sleep there are many complications arise such as lack of concentration ,irritability, fatigue & digestion problem.. So these are some instructions & methods for good sleep : • Frequent oil massage of head with oil relax your mind and enhances sleep .You can also do foot massage daily it destress you . • Do not take stress . Do meditation and long breathing pranayams to relax the mind. • Do not take caffeine, tea & alcohol in excess and these are stimulant ,(activate) your brain result in lack of sleep. • Avoid drinking alcohol & smoking. • Avoid sleep during day time as it makes it harder to fall asleep at night. •Try to sleep early at night . Do not think during sleep and avoid use of laptop during night . Do exercise and long walk daily . • Avoid to take sleeping pills because these are habit forming drugs and these drugs disturb your normal sleep pattern. • Take a bowl of curd daily in afternoon and one glass of milk at night daily . Follow these best methods for treatment of hair fall • Add protein containing items in your foods for healthy hair growth such as take a bowl of cereal daily and a glass of milk or 100 gm cheese or 1-2 eggs.. • Stress is one of the main cause of hair fall. To reduce hairfall, Practice Yogasana like SHIRSHASANA and SARWANGASANA only under the guidance of Expert. • you can use MAHABHRINGRAJ TEL of BAIDYANATH COMPANY and apply it 3 times in a week massage your scalp for 10 to 15 minutes daily. It increases blood circulation in your scalp and enhances hair growth. • Avoid the excess use of products such as hair colours or shampoo as they cause destruction of hair follicles. * Take Vitamin-E rich foods like dry fruits (Almonds, Pista etc) daily. * Apply the egg yolk to the scalp atleast once a week. Hello Lybrate User, Take homeopathic treatment for intestinal gaseous distention. To get away from intestinal gaseous problem follow this tips that will help you to get rid from your problem - * Drink before meals. If you drink liquids with your meals, you lose stomach acids and can’t break down food as well. Try drinking about 30 minutes before a meal to help your stomach digest better. * Eat and drink slowly. When you eat or drink fast, you can swallow a lot of air, which can cause gas. Slow down when you eat. * Don't fill up on air. Habits like smoking, chewing gum, and drinking through a straw may cause your stomach to fill with air, leading to gas. * Avoid artificial sweeteners. Sorbitol and related sugar alcohols used in many sugar-free versions of foods can also aggravate gas. * Beans are a great source of protein and other fiber, so it can be good for some people. Soaking and/or overcooking beans may help reduce gas formation. If her excessive gas is persistent or severe, consult your primary health care provider. Take care.

Hello lybrate-user, sensitivity is sharp, shooting type of sensation in teeth on contact of extremely cold or hot food which usually lasts for a few seconds and disappears completely after that and re-occurs again on such stimulus. Treatment plan for sensitive teeth goes as follows: 1. You can use any commercially available desensitizing toothpastes such as colgate sensitive or sensodyne as first line of treatment. If it reduces your sensitivity substantially you can continue brushing with toothpaste in long run to avoid further sensitivity. 2. If you don't get any relief from desensitizing toothpastes it indicates a more severe problem which will need further treatment like layering/coating the damaged tooth surface or filling of the tooth if there is big cavity or root canal treatment in extreme cases getting proper treatment leads to permanent relief in sensitivity problem.

hello. for acne free skin u take proper hygiene . 1. wash ur face 3 times/ day with mild soap . 2. avoid direct sun exposure . use sunscreen daily . 3. most important keep ur skin hydrated . take enough water per day . atleast 10 glass / day . 4. avoid fast foods . 5. drink green tea . for glowing skin . vit c , vit .e . and b 12 is important . if u want proper diet plan for glowing skin and acne free skin . consult me in private on lybrate. take care .
