Hi doctor, I am suffering from acidity around 2 to 3 years. The burning sensation is so high in chest. So I have to take pantocid L every morning on empty stomach. By taking this medicine I got whole day relief from acidity. But if I missed to take medicine then I have to suffer from the acidity. So for this I am taking medicine on regular basis. Please suggest something like this so I got permanent relief from acidity. Thank you.

acidity can be treated by using these meds ,but it can be controlled by 1. avoiding tea/coffee 2.avoid eating spicy food 3.eat small amount of food frequently 4.dont eat heavy food in the night 5.sleep after 2 hour of having dinner 6.include curd in your diet 7.dont have stress 8.avoid smoking /drinking if you do 9.try to eat healthy food exercise everyday . Take care .

It seems that direct exposure to cold is detrimental to your health. So get yourself covered while wandering out in cold weather. You can also try thes home remedies 1. Take 1 tsp of dried watermelon seeds 2. Add 1 tsp of cuscus powder 3. Crush the mixture 4. Have this once in the morning and the evening 5. Consume for 3-4 weeks Causes: • Obesity • High salt intake • Alcohol consumption • Mental or physical stress This is very helpful.

I am jitendra and I have taken number of suggestions from here as I have already mention in my previous note that I am the patient of dextrocardia with asd and bradycardia and having a pacemaker from one year, I never had any problems with all this but last year I were facing weakness and heavy breath so I go through operation and got pacemaker, so I want to ask is there any possibility to remove pacemaker, so please give me a suggestions for good and healthy life. No pacemaker can't be removed. Learn to live with it. With time there are lots of improvements in technologies and latest pacemaker is of size of a capsule that can be fitted through a blood vessel with the help of a catheter.

get investigation done to find out the cause, at this age its very high, you must control your bp. reduce salt intake, drink 3-4 liter of water daily, avoid stress. start anti hyper tensive medicine immediately. consult local doctor. thanks

Medicine is for life but you can use pomegranade juice/ apple cider vinegar / honey and fresh lemon juice everyday -all of the above or any 1 or 2, because some studies have claimed the benefits about reducing blockages / not making fresh blockages and these are harmless home remedies.
