Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. SPRING BEDS, FOLDING BEDS OR THICK MATRESS ARE HARMFUL DO HOT FOMANTATION. Paracetamol 250mg OD & SOS x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab OD x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again.. Do not ignore .It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Hello doc. For past one month im suffering from back pain. Its not exactly back but its below my neck between two shoulders. I have consulted the doctor. He has given me some tablets and an ointment as well still i am facing the problem. Is it because sitting in the chair for a long time in the office without resting?

It might be due to improper sitting posture and long working hours in front of computer. For the time being you can apply ice packs on dat part. Change your sitting posture. Consult a physiotherapist for the same.

In the year 2011 my right leg was broken. At that time I had to do surgery and took steel implant with my leg. Now I have no difficulty for walking. My doctor suggested me not to remove the steel implant. Should I remove the steel implant? Please suggest me with your opinion.

Hi, you take acupressure therapy. Take biochemic calc. Phos 12x+mag phos 6x+ calc. Flour 6x. 4tab each thrice a day with warm water, give feedback.

Hi it is possible to prevent neuropathy in your feet. Here are some tips to help you live a healthy lifestyle and prevent damage to the nerves in your feet: +rule out diabetes, vitamin b12 +eat plenty of whole grains, vegetables, fruits, and lean protein. +exercise regularly. Avoid excessive alcohol consumption. +be aware if you are sitting or standing in a cramped position; move around or shift often. +avoid repetitive motions; if possible, change your routines. For example, swim one day and run the next. +discuss new diets and exercise programs with your doctor first. Best wishes.

For leg pain, please follow the below advise: keep your leg raised while sitting or lying quadriceps strengthening exercises- quad clenches: lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Short arcs: lie flat on your back or sit upright with your leg placed horizontally on a flat surface like a chair or bed. Place a rolled up towel under the knee. Pull your toes towards you and clench you thigh muscles. Slowly lift your foot up off the bed until your knee is straight (keep your knee resting on the towel). Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower them on the chair. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Straight leg raise: lie flat on your back. One leg and knee will be straight and other leg should be bent. Pull your toes towards you and tighten/clench the muscle on the front of the thigh, locking your knee straight. Lift your foot up in the air, about 6 inches off the bed. Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower the leg. The knee must remain straight the whole time you are doing this exercise.

Dear user, it might be due to weakness and insufficient oxygenation to your muscles leading to pain. Also due to K,Na imbalance pain / crams arises. All you can do is take warm water bath or dip your feet fully in Luke warm water for sometime and take electrolytes along with these use a remedy Rhus Tox 200 twice for 5 days and then consult back for permanent restoration.

Quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day.

I had a knee pain and hip pain on right side doctor said that i'm suffering from avn I had gone for core decompression know I had little pain better than before but had knee pain when I woke up in the morning and while little walking like 5 min it get better and when I relax and walk again pain on knee please suggest me.

Kindly show me a photograph & digital x rays of affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days. Bio d3 max 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. Do reply back for detailed treatment plan. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Although you have provided a limited information regarding your leg pain in your age but I will try to figure out few important reasons for leg pains ------------------------- 1. As you have not mentioned your weight, so overweight can be a major reason for your leg pain as legs pains in overweights can be a referred pain from your back------------------------ 2. Muscular cramps due to many reasons and the major one is dehydration due to drinking less water during the day-------- 3. Leg bone pains due to exhaustion due to vitamin-d deficiency----- 4. Dear Samshi, At an age of 42 the weight of 90+ is too high, the problem could be in the nerves or the vessels, and for both a thorough investigation is must, what you should know is that there are many times mass in the neck region which can cause compression on nerve and artery of hand coming from the neck and cause such symptoms. You should see a doctor urgently.
