U dont sitting mostly & counting when you work & long time sitting then you half n hour little break then do your work, you use hot pack in back & do rest some days.

Apply pranacharya restopain oil or prasarini oil on your affected part then massage it and give hot fomentation. Take maharasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. And mahayograj guggul 1-1 tab twice a day. Avoid tea coffee. Fermented food. Junk food. Spicy food. Do exercises and pranayama early morning. Avoil alcohol consumption.

Most leg pain results from wear and tear, overuse, or injuries in joints or bones or in muscles, ligaments, tendons or other soft tissues. Leg pain can also be caused by blood clots, varicose veins or poor circulation. To relieve mild pain: stay off your leg as much as possible apply an ice pack or bag of frozen peas to the affected area for 15 to 20 minutes three times a day elevate your leg whenever you sit or lie down please go to a physiotherapist if: you have pain during or after walking you have swelling in both legs your pain gets worse your symptoms don't improve after a few days of home treatment you have painful varicose veins if you feel the pain is from muscle cramp then you need to drink a lot of water because poor fluid intake (dehydration) may predispose to cramps also low blood levels of either calcium or magnesium directly cause cramps.

Hi I can understand your problem 1) avoid activities that make your symptoms worse 2) apply ice packs 3) start physiotherapy treatment as electrotherapy will reduce pain inflammation 4) exercise and mannual therapy will help in painfree movement. I am 56 years old and I have back pain and also pain on my right leg mainly below the knee till the angle sometimes. I have done Mri and the diagnosis is degeneration of lumbar or lumbosacral intervertebral disc. Is there any cure without operation.

Hi thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. I am Dr. Akshay from fortis hospital, new delhi. It is not good that you are having multiple joint pains at such a young age. Also you will have to bring your alcohol levels down as your uric acid levels are high. There are ways to keep your uric acid value in body to low levels. General recommendations are: - decreasing intake of red meat, alcohol, rice in your diet and other purine rich sources - also increase your water intake so that uric acid is excreted from body well. - keeping your weight to normal levels will also help you. - intake of fresh fruits, citrus fruits and cherries has been implicated in reducing uric acid values in the body as well. Nowadays there is a medication by the name of febuxostat which helps in lowering uric acid levels in body but kindly check out that it suits your body. Flat foot at times causes pain. But we must rule out other causes as well rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Physiotherapy usually helps any way take paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days you will need other supportive medicines also. It may have to be further investigated do reply back for private consultation and detailed treatment plan. Don? t ignore. You must have x rays of your feet done. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take.

Hello you may have plantar fasciitis. Stretching is the best treatment for plantar fasciitis. It may help to try to keep weight off your foot until the initial inflammation goes away. Apply ice to the sore area for 20 minutes three or four times a day to relieve your symptoms. Do following exercises- in one exercise, you lean forward against a wall with one knee straight and heel on the ground. Your other knee is bent. Your heel cord and foot arch stretch as you lean. Hold for 10 seconds, relax and straighten up. Repeat 20 times for each sore heel. It is important to keep the knee fully extended on the side being stretched. Another exercise, you lean forward onto a countertop, spreading your feet apart with one foot in front of the other. Flex your knees and squat down, keeping your heels on the ground as long as possible. Your heel cords and foot arches will stretch as the heels come up in the stretch. Hold for 10 seconds, relax and straighten up. Repeat 20 times. Revert me after 7 days. Thanks.

I am a 46 year old male and my height is 5'9" and weight is 84 kg. Whenever I want to exercise, I have a feeling that crystals are stored in my joints and they give pain. I had two bad experiences of Kidney stones, which I got away with by drinking onion soup. Most of the time my Uric acid levels are high, about 7.5 which is alarming. uric acid is heterocyclic compounds of carbon , nitrogen, oxygen, and hydrogen. which cause gout. In high uric acid avoid few diets i.e. high purine-rich foods, milk products, protein foods, meat, dried beans, dried peas, mushrooms, whey proteins which are used in zym, alcohol, diuretic medicines. Hello, I am 27 years old male, I went for 22km trekking expedition. Next day while sneezing I felt a sudden pain wave through my left lower back. I took it casually and went to play soccer next day now I'm feeling it for past 3 days although the intensity is low-mild. I had similar back pain with high intensity around3 months back while picking up something from the floor. You have possibly sprained a ligament or joint capsule or a miscle strain in your back. First step is to take full rest for 2 to 3 days and get some pain killers from your local physician. Apply ice packs to painful area. If pain is not significantly better by then, you need to see a spine specialist for clinical evaluation.
