Height cannot be increased beyond 21 yrs of age. For gaining weight you may follow these tips: 1. Drink 3 litres water daily (but not with or just before a meal) 2. Have small frequent meals rich in nutrient & energy density but low in volume- ex: paneer paratha, cheese-potato sandwich, malt with buffalo milk & sugar, mango lassi, dates milkshake, til chikki, peanut chikki, dry fruits, banana kheer, premix with soup/fruit juice/milk, sugarcane/bel juice, egg, chicken, fish, soyabean cutlet, rice with ghee + potato curry, thicker roti with ghee, peanut butter, jam/jelly, cow/buffalo milk with skim milk powder. 3. Practice strength exercises like squats, bench press, push ups 4. Avoid skipping meals, junk & empty calorie foods

Coconut oil and cholesterol

About 70% of the fats in coconut oil are saturated fatty acids known to raise cholesterol. Another 14% or so are shorter chain fats called mcts, whose effects on cholesterol appear to be neutral. About 3% of the fat is stearic acid, which also doesn't affect cholesterol. Coconut oil also contains small amounts of mono- and poly-unsaturated fats, which are not thought to raise cholesterol


 Mustard oil and cholesterol

Fats, oilseeds, and nuts play an important role in our diets. Mustard oil is a type of fat, which is extracted from mustard seeds through pressing of seeds and is filtered using the distillation process. Mustard oil has got a typical pungent and sharp flavor that is because of the presence of a compound called allyl isothiocyanate. This oil has about 60% monounsaturated fatty acids (mufa), 21% polyunsaturated fats (pufa) and about 12% saturated fats. A higher amount of mufa and pufa distinguishes it from other types of fats. These fatty acids are also called 'good fats' as they do not get deposited on arterial walls. Mustard oil contains glucosinolate, which basically works against microbes and adds on to the oil's health benefits.

1. Acceptance towards change: It is important for all of us to accept a simple fact that life is dynamic in nature. Nothing in our lives is permanent. Depends on your tolerance people have been seen to take 10-12 if size normal .Antibiotic .allicin is result after chew which smells terrible.

Best thing for you is papaya and pomegranates. If you need to win over the situation, pl see that kapha vitiation is balanced and antiallergenic herbal combos are taken for se time. For the time being pl take turmeric pure and dry ginger in equal ratio and take with water till you decide for proper treatment in ayurveda.

Hi for reduced weight you should work out as per you consume calories and it will take time just continue work out. Take following remedies for loosing weight 1.arogya vardhini vati 2 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Abhayarishta 4 tsp before lunch nad dinner 3. Morning break fast=mung dal green soup 1 boul and if feel hunger have pomegranate or apple 4.lunch 2 chaati + fruit vegetable + if you like rice 1 bowl and dal + barley soup 5. Evening 4-5 pm have some milk with sunth or any fruit you like 6. Dinner barley soup 2 bowl and one fruit follow this diet you will get reduced weight.

For increasing your weight Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong, chana,Dal, rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit.

U r most probably suffering from pcod, which can be diagnosed with ultrasound and hormonal tests like fsh and lh, tsh and prolactin. Mainstay of your treatment would be weight control which is achieved by diet and exercise. 3 months course of medicine will bring your menses back to normal.

I am in a very strange situation. I am getting lot of love from my bf but we have trust issues. My bf doubts that I am in relation with my friend and calls me my ex. He keeps blaming me about him. He says that my friend comes online only when I am not talking to my bf. I got vexed up with this an d broke all contacts with my friend for my bf. I never tried to contact my friend again. I thought that issues gets settled after this. But my bf still blames that I am in contact with my friend. whenever we are not in contact, he always doubts that I am with my friend. I tried to make him clear on this many times but he is not believing me. I thought to check my friends online status and saved his number on my mobile just to check his online status. One day his number is not getting deleted, So I had to uninstall whats app before my bf came to my place. When I asked my friend to send whats app app to me, my bf heard that and starts doubting me more. I thought that it is nt possible for my friend to come online every time when I am not talking to my bf. But that app is just killing me. whenever my bf is not talking with me. He is getting notification that my friend is online and according to my bf. I message my bf only when my friend goes offline. Things have gone worsened day by day. So I contacted my friend and told him about my problem. My friend asked me to leave my bf as he does not trust me. But I did not agree to that. Later I deleted my call loggs in my fon regarding my conversation with my friend, thinking that my bf will doubt more. But My bf is too intelligent that he checked true caller and identified that I talked to my friend. At that time my friend gave another number of his classmate so that I can call him if his network was not good. My bf noted that number also. Also, my friend has a gf whose number I gave to my bf. But he says that my friend and his gf never came online together. Later my bf started saying that number is also my friend's and that he is maintaining two numbers for me. Recently his classmate created whats app and my bf started abusing me that this number is also my friend's and he is maintaining 3 numbers for me. whenever one person in those three numbers comes online when I am not in contact with my bf. He starts abusing me very badly calling me a prostitute and a bitch. When I am not working, I used to spend onm skype whole day with my bf so that he does not doubt me. Even then when I used to go for wash room or drinking water, my bf used to doubt me. Now I have started working and now it is impossible to talk to him on skype all day. He thinks that I am having another phone which I uses only to contact my friend which is not true. Because of this in stopped going out and stay on skype whole day until I sleep. Now he started abusing that my friend comes online only after I get up and talks to me. When I am talking to him on for also, my bf thinks that i am chatting with my friend. Now a days he is blaming that I am chatting with my friend even when I am chatting with my bf. Continued in next question.

I think" trust" is a huge concern here. I sense that you are not happy with this relationship. But you are thinking that you are getting lots of love from your bf. I would suggest you to think more about it, do you really feel loved" love" - is freedom, respect, and taking care. Are you getting all this? please also think, for your own benefit, that what is the reason, that you are continuing in such emotionally abusive relationship? it appears that your bf is treating you like a weakling and you are submitting yourself to his demands. Another thing is, you are aware that your bf does not like you to maintain contact with your other friend, but you are still in touch with him. You need to decide which relationship is more important for you. Also please think about how will you manage in future with your bf if he is so suspicious? please think rationally, take someone's advice and then take decision to maintain that relation, which will not harm your present and future.

Hi lybrate-user. Minimum 3lit water intake is good for health. Drink 8 ounces of water after exercise. But not more than 30 mins after exercise. If you hydrate with cherry juice, chocolate milk, will be much better.

Hair fall is due to many reasons now a day it is common due to stress and busy life check your haemoglobin level if less then take hamatinic any take proper diet (dal vegetables sprouts fruits) and do exercise minimum 15 min if possibles do yoga for 10 min increase water intake minimum 3 to 4 litres per day also take homoeo medicines phosphrus 30 (30 no glouble) 2 tds x 2 weeks and reply also comb your hair gently and 2/3 time per day wash with homoeopathic shampoo twice a week preaper oil by mixing arnica q 30 ml + any regular hair oil and apply before wash

Hello lybrate-user, well I would like to know what all shampoos and gels that you have been using, would like to know if you are having dandruff also. Based on these I can suggest you medications. As per home remedies I would suggest you to include these things in your diet so as to improve the quality of your hair, carrots, spinach, berries, strawberries foods with vit c and vit e, curd, almonds and other nuts.
