Hi lybrate-user stop eating wheat and wheat products for 1 month, avoid sugar, canned food, refined (use sarso oil only), secondly eat seasonal fruits every alternative days and other alternative days only normal dal, vegetables and rice or mostly south indian dishes. Stat eating triphla chooran in morning emty stomach with luke warm water (available in patanjali stores). And the most important thing start doing surya namaskar in morning. Try not to eat anything after sunset, this will make you slim and healthy.

Hi again. You will have to go for lip reduction if you feel conscious about your lip size being big. There is no other way you can work it. Women can cover it with heavy make up but that is not an option for you.

I am 20 years old. My penis was 10 cm when fully erect before a year, now it is 8 cm and slightly bending towards right. Is this normal? I also have a lower backache whenever I play cricket. Use Tea Tree face wash and Toner twice daily. Use AHA Glow face wash once in a day. Use Sunscreen with SPF 30 daily. Use natural face pack of Multani Mitti and lemon 2 times a week. You can also use apple cider vinegar for 5 minutes after washing your face and splash it clean with water. Most important is diet- Do not eat Junk, Eat more Vegetables and fruits especially with Vitamin C.

Dear Lybrate User, Strectch marks occur due to sudden stretching or sagging of the skin. Stretch marks also depends on the elasticity of a person’s skin and the skin elasticity depends on the vitamins like vitamin E, omega 3 & 6. Strech marks take a long time to fade, so patience is the key to deal with stretch marks. To lighten the appearance of stretch marks – 1.Scrub the area lightly once a day. Hi due to changes to weather, and exposure to dust allergens will lead to cough, no need to worry for that. You can take syp. Grinllinctus-cd, 5ml thrice a day for 5days. Dry cough comes down with this.

You have to do the following- -clean your face nicely twice a day. -wash with oil control face wash 3-4 times a day. -do not apply oil/cream/lotion on or near face. -keep skin dry -apply fresh neem and turmeric paste once a day. - apply anti acne cream in night before sleeping, put only on pimples, do not put it like a cream. Hormonal changes are a reason at this age. After sometime, they will go. For spots and acne, laser acne treatment is very effective. You can go for it.

I m a 22 year old male. I am a chain smoker and having cough problems. When I start coughing tears come out from my eyes due to cough and I face problem in breathing after co ughing. Hi 1st of all I should say stop smoking dude. And regarding cough if it is disturbing and sputum then go and check your sputum for afb, that is tb bacilli, and if negative gp fo r mantoux test, check your blood esr and hscrp level. Do a chest c x ray. Check your symptoms also like for low grade fever in evening, wt loss, anorexia and fatigue. Your symptoms don't look like tb.

My both hamstring are paining when do some bending moment what to do I cannot even lift weights while bending.

Quad clenches: lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Short arcs: lie flat on your back or sit upright with your leg placed horizontally on a flat surface like a chair or bed. Place a rolled up towel under the knee. Pull your toes towards you and clench you thigh muscles. Slowly lift your foot up off the bed until your knee is straight (keep your knee resting on the towel). Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower them on the chair. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Straight leg raise: lie flat on your back. One leg and knee will be straight and other leg should be bent. Pull your toes towards you and tighten/clench the muscle on the front of the thigh, locking your knee straight. Lift your foot up in the air, about 6 inches off the bed. Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower the leg. The knee must remain straight the whole time you are doing this exercise. Hamstring stretchingtowel hamstring stretch lie on the back, supporting the thigh with the hand or with a towel wrapped around it. Slowly straighten the knee until a stretch is felt in the back of the thigh, trying to get the bottom of the foot to face the ceiling, one leg at a time. Hold the position initially for 10 seconds, and gradually work up to 20 to 30 seconds. Seated hamstring stretch while sitting at the edge of a chair, straighten one leg in front of the body with the heel on the floor. Then, sit up straight and try pushing the navel towards the thigh without leaning the trunk of the body forwards. Hold this stretch for 30 seconds repeat 3 times for each leg.

Jelqing is the most effective way add size to your manhood. Coupled with a water based pump, it’s the fastest way to get a thicker penis hands down. Here is a basic guide for newbies who want to start using this exercise right away. Step 1: Rub down your penis with a quality lubricant. The best lubricant for Jelqing is one that will not dry out fast, allowing you to complete several strokes before needing a second application. (I suggest astroglide) Step 2: Give yourself a partial erection, 50%-70% of your full erect state. Your penis should not be erect enough to have sex, but it should be erect enough to where you can feel blood moving in and out when you Kegel. Step 3: With your dominant hand, make the “OK” gesture while wrapping your thumb and index finger around the base of your penis. You should get as close to your pubic bone as possible. Step 4: Squeeze the “OK” grip at the base, and slide your hand upwards towards the head of your penis. You want enough pressure in your grip that you feel the squeeze, and feel the blood being forced upwards into the shaft and head of your penis. If the grip is painful at all, you are squeezing to tight, or are using an improper gripping technique. Step 5: Continue to the glance of your penis, and stop just under the outer mushroom edge of your penis glance (head). You have just completed one Jelq. Each stroke should take no longer than 3 seconds, and no less than 1 second. From One Jelq to Jelqing: From here you want to alternate hands, keeping as much blood as possible in the penis while reapplying the OK grip with your other hand. Each stroke lasting no longer than three seconds, and gripping firmly enough to create pressure inside the penile shaft. If you are Uncircumsized, you need to read about the different variations of jelqing. Five Minute Sessions Once you get the hang of it, you should have no problem completing 100 Jelqs in 5 minutes. Use this simple routine for your first 30 days. You will immediately notice your erections are harder, and your penis will appear thicker and meatier. 6 must-follow do's and don'ts of using sunscreen

With summer right around the corner, it is tremendously important to stress upon the importance of using sunscreen. The right sunscreen provides protection from the spectrum of harmful rays of the sun that are known as uva and UVB, which not only create the threat of skin cancer but also fasten the process of skin aging. Taking adequate measures against these hazards is thus of prime importance.

No sunscreen provides absolute protection from the harmful rays of the sun but using the right product in the right way will take you far in shielding yourself from their harshness. These are the do's and don'ts you need to follow before you apply sunscreen the next time.

Do: choose a sunscreen that is, at least, spf 30+

That is the minimum protection that your skin requires. And if you must stay outdoors for an extended period of time, opt for a product with a higher SPF rating.

Do: apply sunscreen 15-30 minutes before going outdoors

For the product to be most effective, it needs to be fully absorbed by the skin before exposure to the sun; the reason why applying approximately 30 minutes before you step out of home is a must.

Do: test a small amount of the product on yourself before application

Apply a small amount of sunscreen on your wrist first and check for allergic reactions if you're trying it for the first time or are switching over to a new brand. In case it causes an allergic reaction, discontinue use at once and consult a dermatologist regarding, which sunscreen you should use.

Do: use sunscreen every day of the year

The sun's harmful rays persist in all seasons, whether it's summer or winter. Even on cloudy days, it's advisable to apply sunscreen to protect the skin as UV rays are still able to penetrate through thick covers of cloud, thereby harming your skin.

Don't: apply sunscreen only on the face

Make sure you apply it to every part of your body, especially the hands, forearms, thighs and ears, which are commonly exposed to the sun. Not only are these more prone to skin ageing, but the risk of melanoma (skin cancer) is also tremendously high in these portions of the body.

Don't: forget to reapply

Sunscreens rub off quite easily due to sweating or contact with water. Reapply as often as you can, ideally every 2 hours.

Keep in mind that apart from the application of sunscreen, it is also necessary to keep the skin covered as much as possible to protect yourself against skin ailments caused by exposure to the sun.

1.Apply fresh lemon juice with a cotton ball on the affected area ,leave it for 15-20 minutes wash it off with water. Repeat the process twice daily for few months 2.Massage vitamin E oil into affected area for 10 minutes twice daily for few week 3.Mix one tsf of turmeric powder and one tsf of lemon juice. Apply it on affected area, leave it for 20 minutes, rinse it off with water. Continue it daily for few weeks. 4.apply fresh Aloevera gel on affected area before going to bed, leave it over night, rinse it off in the morning. Repeat it daily for few week 5.Consult skin specialist for further advice.
