Dear, follow methods by which you can gain your desired height. 1. Follow these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. You can privately consult me for understanding more exercises. 2. Take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Sit in sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes in morning of evenings when the sun rays are not so strong. It will help you by getting adequate quantity of vitamin-d. 4. The growth and height iscontrolled by growth hormone whichis secreted by pituitary gland situated in the brain. So take meditation and have a stressfree lifestyle. Take 6-8 hours of sleep daily. Meditation makes your pituitatry gland healthy and working properly.

Dear, You can have sexual desires at any age. At your young age, you have more sexual urges and it is quite normal. Tobacco is addictive. Cancer is one among the potential diseases smoking can cause. The best method is to leave it and continue with your will power. Please let me know the birth weight and any frequent illness. Also about food. Please make sure that your baby has six meals a day, one large and one small, food must be rich in fat and protein example eggs, stop milk but may feed milk based food example kheer, barfi, shakes.

Try few things for temporary relief of your back pain: -avoid activities that require bending forward at the waist or stooping. -try to avoid lifting objects if at all possible. -sit as little as possible, and only for short periods of time (10 to 15 minutes). -sit with a back support (such as a rolled-up towel) at the curve of your back. -keep your hips and knees at a right angle. (use a foot rest or stool if necessary.) your legs should not be crossed and your feet should be flat on the floor. -Activity is often the best medicine for back pain. “Simple exercises like walking can be very helpful -Strengthen your core. Most people with chronic back pain would benefit from stronger abdominal muscles. -Apply heating pads to comfort tender trunks. Developing an individualized exercise plan is essential to managing chronic back pain. Please get help from a physiotherapist for further assessment and management of your back pain.

A few months back we thought I had hypoglycemia. Symptoms being: Headaches, eye pain, mood changes mostly pending on food, shaky with out food, chronic fatigue etc. We recently got a kit to test blood sugar levels and they are usually between 125 and 145, once it was 163. Would this be considered" impaired glucose tolerance" more close to diabetes or is this normal range? (19 years old, female, 125 pounds) I have no health insurance at this time and am looking for advice. I have a few health things going on. Others being on my period 3 weeks a month, off one week a month. I've never been one to be tired but lately I need more sleep. Mood swings. I do have to eat something every hour or everything gets worse (Shaky, head ache, mood swings, depressed, tired, weak, behind my eyes hurt, dizzy, most symptoms of hypoglycemia) Any ideas, help? Hye, You are getting into nutritional deficiency, hence showing above signs. Most often lack of stamina, energy levels etc is due to poor nutrition. It is important to know that just eating two heavy meals a day will not fulfill your nutrient needs. Most often we skip meals especially when at work or in college. We start our day on empty stomach but our work or stress or activity is never reduced. This causes weakness and lack of energy levels. Food is our source of energy and if you don't eat well as per your needs you are going to get deficient in many nutrients. So, start by eating the right foods at the right time. Eat meals at frequent intervals. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy, eggs, nuts, fruits in your meals. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Sleep well.    Exercise at least thrice a week. Get your thyroid, vitamin D and haemoglobin levels tested.

Papaya fruit contains the enzyme papain. Papain helps exfoliate the skin, making way for new skin cells to emerge. Papaya also contains vitamin c and vitamin e, so it's a dark spot fading superstar. Papain is most concentrated while the papaya is still green, but you can use riper fruit as well. Peel and remove the seeds from a papaya, and try one of the following treatments: 1. Slice a piece off of the papaya, and lay or hold it on the dark spots that you want to get rid of. Hold it there for 20-30 minutes. Repeat twice a day for best results. 2. Make a papaya facial mask. Cut the papaya into chunks, then use a blender or food processor to blend the fruit into a smooth paste. Apply the mask to your face and neck. Leave it on for about 30 minutes, then rinse well.

A healthy diet should include a wide variety of nutritious foods for sufficient intake of all nutrients, including vitamins and minerals. Foods to include are breads, pastas, lean meats, fish, fruits and vegetables. A healthy diet can help you maintain a healthy body weight and decrease your risk of many diet-related chronic diseases, such as cardiovascular disease, type 2 diabetes and some cancers. In general, we should include a range of nutritious foods and eat: plenty of breads and cereals (particularly wholegrain), fruit, vegetables and legumes (such as chickpeas, lentils and red kidney beans) low-salt foods, and use salt sparingly small amounts of foods that contain added sugars reduced-fat milk and other dairy products. It is also important to drink an adequate amount of water. A good balance between exercise and food intake is important, as this helps to maintain muscle strength and a healthy body weight. At least 30 minutes of moderate intensity physical activity, such as walking, is recommended every day. Adult diets should be low in fat, especially saturated fat. Saturated fat, which is the main fat in animal products, fried foods, chocolate, cakes and biscuits, is more easily deposited as fat tissue than unsaturated fat. Saturated fat can also be converted into cholesterol and cause blood cholesterol levels to rise. Most important do not skip breakfast. Thanku.
