Hi my self Sima Goswami & I am 35 years old. I have ovarian syst. Recently I am doing CA125 and as per report it is 41.29U/ml. Please confirm me that is it indicated Ovarian Caner & also please confirm is it early Stage or it will be quarable.

No. The level of ca125 in your blood can increase for other reasons, not just ovarian cancer. A ca125 blood test result above 35 is not in itself an ovarian cancer diagnosis. If the level of ca125 in your blood is 35 or higher, your gp should arrange for you to have an ultrasound scan of your tummy and pelvis. The ultrasound scans will create pictures of your ovaries so that they can be checked for anything unusual, and will help your gynae to gather more information.

I am suffering migraine from childhood, Dr. said that it will automatically end with age but at the age of 20yo it is not relieved.

Migraine is more of a preventable disease than curative. You have to identify the triggers of your headache and avoid them. Avoid exposure to bright light, loud sound, sunlight. Avoid stress. Avoid chocolate and coffee. Have enough sleep. Drink 3-4 litres of water daily. I can prescribe you prophylactic medicines too if you want.

increase your intake of green leafy vegetables, salad, fruits and sprouts. Include yeast, wheatgerm, soybean, whole grains and nuts in your meals. Massage the scalp gently with coconut or almond oil daily for 10 to 15 minutes.

1. Take one tablet of crocin advance as and when required upto a maximum of three tablets daily after food 2. Cold sponging sos 3. Drink plenty of water 4. Take one capsule of omez d daily 5. Take rest 6. If no relief do blood examination like esr, cbc, widal/ typhidot test, blood for mp/malaria antigen, dengue antigen (ns1) test, urine re/me after consulting physician and follow the advice and treatment.

These people who are extremely thin also tend to go with unhealthy food and junk to add extra fat to the body before going with natural process to gain weight.For all those who want to put on weight are suggested to keep distance from junk foods which are not healthy for the body, since they are surely going add weight to the body but at the same time they also are said to add bad fat to the body. Go only with the foods which are said to increase nutrient intake for the body and provide with sufficient energy, some of these foods have been listed below for simplicity: Salmon Tuna Paneer Soya beans Soya paneer-tofu Eggs Shrimps Granola bars Cheese Paneer Yoghurt Walnuts Dates Apricots Anjeer Raisins Nuts and oil seeds Peanut butter Chicken breast Gaining weight is not an excuse to get fat and schedule daily visits to all-you-can buffets. I suggest you begin implementing one principle each week and watch your body stack on more muscle to your frame each week

To gain weight you should eat more calories than you burn. Plus not only you have to eat calorie dense food but you have to keep in mind that what you are eating is healthy too. In the process of weight gain you do not want to put weight in an uneven manner and look unhealthy rather than looking bright and healthy. 1. Start with changing your lifestly. Start working out if you are not active. The biggest myth that prevails now a days is that thin people do not need to work out. This is wrong. When you challenge your body, it is forced to grow. But this growth can only be possible if you are eating enough food to let the body absorb and grow in size and muscles. 2. Eat Healthy – Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food, pepsi, sugary stuff etc. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 3 hours. This means you have to eat 6 small meals in a day. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain. Try to be patient while you are on the process of weight gain. Results take time to show. Just follow this regimen and you will soon start seeing the results.

Asparagus Roots 4 erectile dysfunction

The white musli or dried roots of asparagus are known to be an aphrodisiac and will help in getting rid of erectile dysfunction easily.

Hello lybrate-user, diabetic person has to take more protein in their diet, carbohydrates will turn into glocouse and may fluctuate the diabetic levels. But protein gives instant energy and cannot be stored in a body more than a day. So, person who has diabetics, eat wheat pulkas, egg whites.

Hi pls ,do calf exercise. And skipping is also helpful. You should go for brisk walk in the morning. Do regular exercise atleast 30 minutes daily. Include more vegetable and fruits in your diet. Need to see any stress on you. Tension at office/home/friends. Have regular oil bath on head with lots of gingelly oil.(on center of head) take warm boiled milk before sleep. Relax your mind and breath heavily for about 10 times before sleep (pranayama method)

1.Take Paracetamol 500mg one Tablet sos after food up to a maximum of three tablets daily at the time of attack 2.Drink plenty of water and take rest. 3.. Avoid stress, anxiety, depression, agitation,exposure to loud noise, bright light since it precipitates migraine attack 4.. Go for regular exercise 5. practice yoga, meditation, deep breathing exercise to calm your mind, control your emotion and relieve you from stress 6. If You have chronic migraine, you have to take migraine prophylaxis after consulting physician
