You can reduce your weight by following a healthy dietary pattern. You have to avoid fatty, fried and processed food items. Strat your day with 1 tsp of amla and 1 tsp of alovera juice mixed in a cup of water, go for physical activity, have haelthy breakfast, have fresh fruits and veg juices, cut down on your calories (chapati/rice), add more veggies and salad to your diet, follow light dinner. Drink plenty of water and you can follow jasmine tea before going to bed. Cut down on your sugar and salt intake. If you want more result then do continue with physical exercise along with diet.

Hello thanks for your query. I have seen your present status as your bmi is 19.44 as per your body wt, ht you should go up to 75 kg. Better you take a complete diet chart. You need 2800kcal/day energy. Ourt of which need to make calculation of carbohydrate, good quality animal protien & cooking oil like saffola, mastard oil. Take suffiecnt 300gm or 3 pcs differnt fruits & cerals, pules altogether.

Hello, It is very common not to have ovulation in every monthly cycle these days, so there is nothing to panic. Schedule modification like exercise early morning,consumption of green tea and certain herbs like alovera, garlic, ginger promote ovulation, so do have in your daily diet. You can also go for ayurvedic treatment if these don't work, it's not a big issue.

Hello You first need to treat the throat infection, an ENT can prescribe the necessary treatment. For speaking loudly, I would suggest you to go for speech or voice therapist who can help you reduce the loudness and speak without breaks and bring clarity in your speech. You can also start by recording your own speech and then listening to it so that you can learn to monitor the level at which you are speaking. Gradually you can try to speak at comfortable levels and record the same to monitor yourself.

1. You may be having anxiety or stress. Avoid stress. 2. You need 7-8 hours of sound sleep to remain healthy. 3. Go for regular exercise, Take part in games and sports, 4. Do yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise like pranayama to calm your mind, control your emotion, relieve anxiety and improve concentration. 5. Adhere to a specific sleep time and regular schedule 6. Take light dinner. 7. Avoid taking tea/coffee at bed time. Have a glass of warm milk at bed time. 8. Don’t go to sleep immediately after dinner. Take a small walk after dinner and if possible take hot water bath before sleep. Read a light magazine or interesting book before going to bed 9. Avoid late night. 10. Don’t sleep in day time 11. Don’t take sleeping pill 12. If no relief consult doctor.

To control & maintain Blood pressure to normal these are best methods to follow:.• Do physical exercise like jogging, running or brisk walk for atleast 20-30 minutes. • Maintain your cholesterol level to normal & eat least amount of butter, cream or fatty things. • Eat less amount of pickle, salt and fast food as they contain high sodium levels. • Avoid drinking alcohol and smoking. • Take less amount of caffine containing coffee, tea or cold drinks because caffine causes increase BP. • Drink 8 to 10 glass of water daily • Take 6 to 8 hrs of sleep daily. Do not take too much stress. • Do long breathing pranayams (Anulom- Vilom, Bhramari) daily for 10 - 15 minutes. It will reduce your stress level in your body. • Eat healthy diet such as green leafy vegetables, fruits. • Take 5 ml of GULAB Jal added in a glass of water daily once a day.

Pimple & oily skin are signs of excess toxins in body. Drink at least 8-10 glass of water in a day. Take healthy home made food, more green vegetables, fresh seasonal fruits twice daily, eat moderate quantity of food. Avoid excessive eating, oily, fermented, pack, junk, hot & spicy food clean your face by good face wash thrice daily, take steam 4-6 minute daily. Apply curd for 30 minutes.

You cannot work on a specific body part. You have to work on overall fat loss and toning. Try to eat small but frequent meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Include exercises that tone your back and abdominal muscles too. Lastly be committed. Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing. It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called diets and singular ab exercises or ab machines will not give you targeted results. The fats will remain as it is. It's all about overall work out and balanced diet.

Hi, I understand your situation. I would like to know about the stress in your life in detail. whether something is making depression worse or is causing the depression. eat healthy: Don’t skip meals. Going too long between meals can make you feel irritable and tired, so aim to eat something at least every three to four hours. Minimize sugar and refined carbs. You may crave sugary snacks, baked goods, or comfort foods such as pasta or French fries, but these “feel-good” foods quickly lead to a crash in mood and energy. Focus on complex carbohydrates. Foods such as baked potatoes, whole-wheat pasta, oatmeal, and whole grain breads can boost serotonin levels without a crash. Boost your B vitamins. Deficiencies in B vitamins such as folic acid and B-12 can trigger depression. To get more, take a B-complex vitamin supplement or eat more citrus fruit, leafy greens, beans, chicken, and eggs. 2)Push yourself to do things, even when you don’t feel like it. You might be surprised at how much better you feel once you’re out in the world. Even if your depression doesn’t lift immediately, you’ll gradually feel more upbeat and energetic as you make time for fun activities. 3) Practice relaxation techniques. A daily relaxation practice can help relieve symptoms of depression, reduce stress, and boost feelings of joy and well-being. Try yoga, deep breathing, progressive muscle relaxation, or meditation. For any problem in your life which is causing stress. consult me. Don't worry you will be better. After analyzing the severity of your depression or situation, it can be clearer if you need medication or not.

Avoid outside spicy and fried food. Walk about 3-5 kms daily. There should be gap of 2 hrs after dinner and sleep. Small and frequent meals is of help chew your food properly at time of lunch and dinner. Keep your blood sugar controlled. Raise your bed about 4" from headend side. Get your gastroendoscopy doen. Tab nexpro-l 1 tab empty stomach.

I was diagnosed with hypertension few years back but now I my bp is generally on the lower side it fluctuates from 110/70 to 130/80. I am on medication. Should I stop it. I have lost few kilos and take antipsychotic drugs for anxiety and depression over the years. Please advice. Till now I have a sound heart but the heart rate is little on the higher side due to anxiety sometimes. Please also inform me about the chances of heart failure for persons with fluctuating bp.

Your blood pressure is having normal variations within the normal range and you should continue your blood pressure medication because of which your blood pressure is still within the normal range. Normal range of blood pressure is between 90/60 to 140/90. As far as your heartbeat is concerned I need to understand concepts Palpitations are feelings or sensations that your heart is pounding or racing. They can be felt in your chest, throat, or neck. You may Have an unpleasant awareness of your own heartbeat or may Feel like your heart skipped or stopped beats The heart's rhythm may be normal or abnormal when you have palpitations. Normally the heart beats 60 to 100 times per minute. The rate may drop below 60 beats per minute in people who exercise routinely or take medicines that slow the heart. If your heart rate is fast (over 100 beats per minute), this is called tachycardia. A heart rate slower than 60 is called bradycardia. An occasional extra heartbeat is known as extrasystole. Palpitations are not serious most of the time. Sensations representing an abnormal heart rhythm (arrhythmia) may be more serious. You need to get yourself checked what you are having is intermittent tachycardia / arrhythmia which means that intermittently your heart rate increases or the heart Rhythm changes which can be dangerous if it does not get corrected on its own. Or it can be an early sign of impending heart disease. But to diagnose it you need to get an ECG done while you are having the rhythm problem or you can get holter monitoring for 24 hours during which if you have this episode it will get registered and documented. Also you need to get a complete lipid profile done as well as a echocardiogram and blood sugar levels to look for risk factors. Once you have done that you need to Consult a cardiologist with the reports.
