Take panchnimbadi churna 1-1 tsf with water twice a day. Take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a say. Take pranacharya charm vikarasav 2-2 tsf with water twice a day. Apply marichyadi oil on affected part.

Hello doctors. I had all body pain since 1year. I wasn't sure about what had happened to me but now I had pain in my hands and legs including a stiff neck and shoulder pain. I also had lower back pain. I check for vitamin d3 and its very low. Regarding the lower back, I did a x-ray and saw that my tail bone is not in its uniform; it has moved inside from its actual position. What should I do? should I wait until vitamin d3 level rises? can it be healed by accupressure? please help.

Massage with your thumbs from the mid points of the shoulder blades on both sides towards the lower back of your head up to lower level of the ears. Use oil or water for massage. Rotate your head clockwise and anticlockwise, forward and down, left and right a few times. Do for 5 to 10 times morning and evening. Give pressure the dipping point on the portion between the thumb and the index finger on the back of the palm. Press and release for 15 times where the pain is more. This will solve the problem. Further do some wrist rotation exercise. Consult after 5 days. For further guidance and treatment.

Hello lybrate-user, Itching in and around the anus is common problem. Mostly it is because of unhygiene. I recommend you to take SITZ bath (Sitting in warm water for 10-15 minutes) for 3-4 times a day and keep the area dry. If the problem persists, kindly consult a surgeon. Hope this helps. Many thanks.

Hi, do share all your symptoms and details for reaching the right causative factor of your problem. If you have any reports, share that also. The common causes of blocked nostrils are - common cold, nasal congestion, deviated nasal septum, nasal polypi. Apart from this other causes are also there, need to rule out the cause. Meantime, if the problem is due to nasal congestion, take homoeopathic medicine - ferrum phos. 6x and kali mur. 6x - both 3 times a day daily. Revert with reports and details.

Dear lybrateuser, -The egg yolk is rich in protein, vitA, phosphorus, iron, zinc & vitD, all these are very essential for the body to keep it fit, they also have cholesterol but modern studies do not correlate the levels in blood to the food intake, as you workout you can have2-3eggs per day as they have high quality protein which is easily absorbed by the body -you can mix it with a salad, have as a sandwich, as a snack.

Hot til tail massage to the fatty once or twice in a day before bathing will be very beneficial for extra fat suryanamaskar upto 12 are also beneficial take food two times only in a day in morning between 10-12 and in night within 3 hrs of sunset in between two meals in you have hunger take milk or fruits or lite nashta like upama etc avoid late night eating and day time sleeping skip rice in night diet avoid cold food cold drinks freeze stored food etc take care.

Dony worry and have a positive frame of mind.Gaining weight is as difficult as losing it, if you are naturally thin. Skinny people complain that they can't put on any weight.If you want to build up weight, don't just eat high-calorie junk foods and rely on unnecessary supplements. Choose foods that are energy-dense and nutrient-dense whenever possible. Following are some tips to follow to increase your weight. You will take some time to gain the weight you need, but be patient. 1. If you have a rapid metabolism, then you must increase your daily intake of healthy foods (increase your intake of carbohydrates) to compensate for the rate at which you burn energy. Eat six smaller meals a day You should also eat more energy dense foods like healthy oils, dry fruits, seeds, nuts, pulses, etc. along with some starchy foods like potatoes, cereals, bread, pasta, rice, etc. 2. Consume more calories than you burn. Choose healthy calorie-dense food to add calories. Drink healthy beverages to add calories. Mangoes are rich in calories and carbohydrates, include them in your diet. 3. Eat healthy food frequently, 5-6 times a day - 3 larger meals and 3 smaller meals alternately. Separate them by at least 3 hours so you can digest each meal fully. Don't go without food for 5-6 hours after having a major meal. For example, if you wish to consume 3000 calories a day, you may eat 3 larger meals of about 650 calories and 3 smaller meals of about 450 calories. 4. Have a balanced diet. 5. Exercise regularly for putting on weight. Some thin people think that exercise is not good for them. This is not true, it keeps the metabolism high. Remember that eating alone is not sufficient. You don't want to gain fat but lean mass, so exercise is important. Resistance training exercises will help to increase your muscle mass, which in turn will increase metabolism. Learn to distinguish between weight gaining exercises and weight loss exercises. Note that if you do not get enough amino acids during exercise, the existing muscle may break down. Amino acids come from protein foods so you should eat such foods after exercise. Keep in mind that excessive exercise without putting back the energy you have used will not help you to put on weight.
