Man can achieve his please by ejaculate within 3/4 minutes but women takes more time to achieve her climax, what can a man do? Does he rub her clitoris all time to attain her climax? How women gets her desires by vaginal intercourse or just by rubbing the clitorious or by foreplay or what?

Man can achieve his please by ejaculate within 3/4 minutes but women takes more time to achieve her climax, what can ...
It is extremely important for the woman to feel satisfied in sex as does the man. However, it is very difficult for women to have orgasmic experiences as much as does a man. But it is possible to stimulate her libido by various methods of which the clitoris stimulation is just one. The way you talk to her, the setting, the ambience, the circumstances, tapping into all the erogenous zones, lots of gentle and stimulating physical contact, lovey-dovey words, etc. Will make her peak up and culminate in joint orgasmic experiences. Do not hope for it to be successful all the time though and you must be patient as much as she has to be too. Many times women are satiated if the contact is wholesome and there is a lot of love. Then the after play is very, very important: you must still hold her, soothe her and be loving towards her. You will have a great relationships with even out of bed! The libido is so different between men and women that we men peak up in a jiffy and can be over with it in a jiffy too. Whereas, a woman's libido rises up gradually, peaks higher than a man does, and goes down gradually and slowly too.

I am 20 year old, I am a boy, on my face rising the pimple one by one no end of pomple and my skin is oily. What may I can do ?

Certified Diabetes Educator, Registered Dietitian (RD), PGDD, Bachelor of Unani Medicine and Surgery (B.U.M.S), General Physician
Dietitian/Nutritionist, Mumbai
acne is a common problem in teen. Almost everybody will get pimples during their teen years. First, don't try to self treat acne. Some popular nonprescription acne lotions, cleansers and other skin products can cause a serious reaction (rare), mostly it is normal to have acne in teenage. For pimples it's important to wash your face twice daily to remove impurities, dead skin cells, and extra oil from your skin's surface, avoid touching your face or propping your cheek or chin on your hands. Not only can you spread bacteria, you can also irritate the already inflamed facial skin. Never pick or pop pimples with your fingers, as it can lead to infection and scarring. A dietary therapy with the right medications for pimples can also help a lot. Kojic acid (a natural skin lightener derived from mushroom extract), arbutin (also called bearberry extract), and vitamin c (ascorbic acid) are great alternative ingredients to lighten scars left by acne. Don't use vitamin e on scars. You may have heard that applying vitamin e to a scar will help it heal faster. But according to a study, applying the nutrient directly onto a scar can actually hinder its healing. In the study, vitamin e either had no effect or made matters worse for 90% of the patients, and 33% who put vitamin e on the skin developed a contact dermatitis. Increasing the intake of omega-3 fatty acids through a diet significantly rich in fish and seafood results in lower rates of an inflammatory disease like acne. A low-glycemic-index diet also reduces acne risk. I being a both a registered dietitian and doctor have been successfully helping patients with their problems through a holistic approach using customized therapeutic diet and medications. Do reply back for private consultation.

My friend tried quitting smoking thrice but is not able to, so what do you suggest how to quit it quite easily.

Reparenting Technique, BA, BEd
Psychologist, Bangalore
There is no easy way. But with perseverance anyone can succeed. You have to quit cold turkey because the body and mind will torture you endlessly while attempting a reduction in smoking. The tobacco tar in cigarette smoke lines your lung with huge patches that make that portion dysfunctional. Your oxygen carrying capacity is jeopardized, and breathing is impinged on. But don’t be discouraged because it is not too late even now to reverse all the ill-effects of smoking. I don’t know what other organs could be damaged but do go for a thorough medical check-up to assess the effects of your abuse. Regarding improving your lungs, do a lot of aerobic exercise breathing through your nostrils only. Then there are a lot of deep breathing exercises in Yoga which you can learn too. Deep breathing cleanses your system and lungs and restores it to good health. Deep breathing uses the 80% of the lungs which are not normally used in normal breathing and even when exerting yourself. The greatest effect is in the lungs because this substance is processed through the respiratory system directly through the lung surface. When quitting, you must take one day at a time; though you must give up all smoking at once, and promptly. If you look too far ahead you will get discouraged and will give up. If you sit and count the number of days you have given up, that will also focus too much on achievement. You must focus on the here and now, on that day to be precise. After all quitting is not that easy due to many factors. So even if you fail one day, you must try and try again. Very few people succeed in their first attempt. Your persistence will eventually pay off. The urge to discontinue is hampered by many factors but the worst of them is the conditioning. In fact, these conditions can exist all through the day, unlike other addictions. But your desire to want to stop is the most important factor. It is important to find out about the ill-effects of smoking to have a reason that alarms you about continuing the habit. The information is really scary but true and you must remind yourself about this every day. The nicotine in tobacco smoke stimulates the heartbeat to raise the blood pressure in no time at all. So you must avoid it like the plague: it is just very bad medicine for you. In fact, it is highly toxic too. You will need to stop smoking or consuming any tobacco related items with immediate effect. You should start vigorous exercises, gradually increasing it over a period of time. Do deep breathing exercises every time you feel like smoking (try Yoga), and replace the oral urge with some healthy food substitute to satiate the need. You may also take hard candy or chew gum. If the urge is too strong, then use nicotine gums and nicotine patches, for a little while until the smoking drive reduces, substantially. You may also join Smokers Anonymous in your city where the support is really extraordinary for like-minded people who are also in the same situation. Keep yourself occupied or engaged with interesting activities during the times when it is most tempting. Keep the company of non-smokers for some time i. E. At least for the first 21 days. Above all announce it to everyone that you have quit smoking. Here’s a piece of very good advice: even if you accidentally/willfully take a cigarette, it is not the end of the world – you can start the cessation all over again. You must persevere with the best support until you defeat this addiction. Counseling is very useful in the initial stages and when temptations are at their highest. You could also join twitter2quit program and enjoy its success to give up smoking.

There is no medication or food for improving eyesight or to get rid of glasses. If not interested in glasses then you can try a. Contact lens b. Lasik laser as your age is now 17 years so your number will not increase much now whether you wear glasses or not as number becomes stable at age of 18-20 yrs. Having said that I advise you to eat balanced diet including green vegetables and seasonal fruits for keeping eyes and body healthy. As you are not comfortable with contact lens then go for lasik. Lasik is a very easy and painless procedure. If you want to get rid of glasses then go for lasik.

7 Tips to Take Care of Your Skin in Rainy Season

7 Tips to Take Care of Your Skin in Rainy Season

Monsoon is a season that brings respite from the sweltering heat and ushers in joy. But at the same time the season also brings along diseases and a threat to the skin and hair. However, all it requires is a little effort from your part to keep your skin glowing and healthy. Some of these are:

  1. Wash your face daily: The pores of your skin tend to get clogged with dirt and pollutants during monsoon causing the outbreak of pimples and rashes. Therefore, it is imperative to wash your face two to three times a day to avert these eruptions. You can also use a toner in case you have dry skin to keep the pores clean.
  2. Use moisturizer: Though using a moisturizer is almost always associated with winter, it is equally important to use it during monsoon especially during the nights. Night is the time when the skin tries to repair itself on its own, therefore applying moisturizer helps in averting the wrinkles and maintains the glow of the skin.
  3. Exfoliation of the skin: Monsoon is the time when your skin requires the most pampering, therefore, an exfoliation at least once in every week will help you to keep the dead cells away, consequently helping you to keep your skin glowing and soft.
  4. Apply sunscreen: Similar to a moisturizer, a sunscreen is a product whose benefits are strictly associated with summer. But that is not rather should not be the case. During monsoon, even though the rays of the sun may not seem harsh, it can as well damage your skin; therefore applying a sunscreen should be something you must not miss.
  5. Eat green vegetables: Your skin reflects not only the benefits of the cosmetic products that you apply on it, but also what you eat. Eating oily and junk products show their mark on the skin sooner than later, therefore the trick is to stay away from them and indulge in green vegetables. Your skin will inevitably show the benefits soon.
  6. Eat fruits: The benefits of eating green vegetables and fruits go hand in hand. Rich in antioxidants, fruits help in maintaining the luster of your skin.
  7. Drink lots of water: Water has plenty of advantages and it takes care of the skin, health as well as hair. Drinking plenty of water during monsoon takes care of the skin and keeps the glow.

I am 18 years old. I am unable concentrate in my study due to headache what I do?

BASM, MD, MS (Counseling & Psychotherapy), MSc - Psychology, Certificate in Clinical psychology of children and Young People, Certificate in Psychological First Aid, Certificate in Positive Psychology
Psychologist, Palakkad
Dear , Your headache could be due to stress. Stress is simply a reaction to a stimulus that disturbs our physical or mental equilibrium. In other words, it's an omnipresent part of life. A stressful event can trigger the ?fight-or-flight? response, causing hormones such as adrenaline and cortisol to surge through the body. A little bit of stress, known as ?acute stress,? can be exciting?it keeps us active and alert. But long-term, or ?chronic stress,? can have detrimental effects on health. You may not be able to control the stressors in your world, but you can alter your reaction to them. I need to know, what are the causes with which you are stressed? Once you know the reason, you will be able to adjust with it with some tips and tricks. Please let me know the details. Take care.

Although you have crossed your age limit of increaing height with medicines but as per your request I will explain you some natural methods which can increase height if there is production of growth hormones in the body which otherwise stops producing by 20 years of age.. In most cases, the epiphyses of the long bones are fused as the last bits of cartilaginous tissue in the bones turn into solid hard bones. This prevents any further growth in longer bones. However, if the hormones are released naturally, increase in height can be observed. It is really difficult to increase height after the age of 20, primarily due to the fact that the bones stop growing at this age and the production of growth hormones in our body declines and finally stops. However, with a few tricks and tips, it is possible to add a few inches to your height or at least appear taller. Natural methods to increase our height are all based on sound scientific methods and they do work if we follow them. These methods do not claim to give drastic results because these don’t interfere with our endocrine system and functioning of our body. These methods are the best way to try to increase your height. Proper Diet and Nutrition: • Liver • Green vegetables • Potatoes • Nuts such as almonds and peanuts • Chicken • Beans • Peas • Fruits like apples and bananas Milk and dairy products Proper diet and nutrition play an extremely important role in improving our height. . A well balanced diet which is rich in calcium, phosphorus, iodine and magnesium is extremely important for proper growth. For these minerals to be assimilated in our body we must refrain from junk food and food that contains trans-fats as these interfere with the absorption of the minerals and nutrients which are needed for our growth. In order to get protein, carbohydrates, amino acids and calcium required for healthy growth and development, we should make these following items a part of our everyday meal. • Egg yolk • Beef • Carrots • Fish The importance of calcium in the overall development of the human body cannot be ignored. This nutrient is vital for the growth and maintenance of strong bones and cartilages. Thus, it is advisable to have milk and dairy products to fulfill our calcium requirements. Apart from this, we must also drink at least 6 to 8 glasses of water daily to detoxify your body. Proper sleep A good night’s sleep is absolutely essential not only for our overall well being but our growth also. It is due to the fact that the growth hormone does its job of thickening and lengthening your bones during deep sleep. Correct sleeping posture is also crucial for proper growth as correct posture keeps the spine straight and this adds to our inches. Exercises to Increase Height: All of us know about the benefits of exercising, exercises, if done correctly and consistently can cure half our diseases. Exercising in all its forms is generally good for maintaining our bodies in good shape, but there are specific exercises which help us in increasing our height. Before we get to know about these exercises we should always remember that how we sit or stand also contributes to a large extent to how tall we appear. If our posture is not correct, that is we sit sloughed or don’t stand straight, we appear shorter than we actually are. So keep your spinal erect awhile sitting as well as standing. Stretching exercises are a great way to add up to your height a few inches. Some of the stretching exercises are: 1. Basic leg stretches 2. Super stretch and touching toes 3. Twists 4. Cobra stretching 5. Bar-pulls (hanging from the bars) Hanging from bars 3 to 4 rounds, each round lasting a minute is very effective. Yoga Apart from regular exercising, practicing yoga also helps in maintaining the correct posture and thus contributes not only to height gain, but to the overall development of your body. The different yoga positions make your body supple, besides stimulating the growth hormones. Tadasana: Also known as the mountain pose is very effective as , this asana helps in lengthening your spine. Bhujanga asana is also very effective as it elongates and strengthens our spine. In fact, all the asanas which stretch our spine work wonderfully Height Increasing Factors: There are some important factors that are necessary in determining your height. These factors are naturally and easily available and play an important role in increasing your height. Meditation The major systems in the human body are the endocrine system. The pituitary gland releases human growth hormone (HGH). This is responsible for height increase. So, take 5min. Medication on the pituitary gland and stimulate this will helpful to release growth hormone. The pituitary gland is located in the center of the skull, just behind the bridge of the nose, is about the size of a pea. You see the effect of meditation. So try it and increase your height such a magic, but scientific way. Exposure to sunlight Sunlight is one of the most important sources of vitamin D. Vitamin D contributes to your height in the greatest way because of its effect on bone growth. Exposure to sunlight allows your body to get the required dose of Vitamin D. Sunbathing, especially early in the morning or late afternoon, can be very beneficial because the ultraviolet radiation is at its lowest during this time. Growth stunting factors People should refrain from abusing substances like alcohol and some narcotics etc..As these substances dehydrate us and they also interfere with our growth, metabolism resulting in stunted growth and development. People who are trying to gain weight should moderate their intake of caffeine as it interferes with calcium absorption, which in turn is very important for our growth. Stress Stress is the is the root cause of many diseases and it also has a negative effect on our growth by interfering with the working of our endocrine system. Immunity Build up your immunity as a sound immune system means a healthy body and a healthy and happy body means time for growth.

I am taking thyronorm 50 mg but my report have t3-103. T4---8.9 tsh-13.66 what should I have to do?

MBBS, CCEBDM, Diploma in Diabetology
Endocrinologist, Hubli-Dharwad
Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. Since you are on treatment for hypothyroidism, to achieve good control and be symptom free TSH should be maintained between 3 to 4 mU/L. Present TSH (13.66 mU/L) is very high, suggesting current dose of Thyronorm is inadequate. You will have to increase the dose. Thanks.

Dear Lybrate user, Thanks for contacting us. It seems like you are going through a great loss and it makes a lot of sense that you are feeling very sad and have a hard time accepting that she is no more. Losing a loved one is a painful experience and it might feel like it's never going to be better. It was only less than two months since she passed away though, so give yourself some time. Allow yourself to feel sad, angry, hopeless - whatever feelings might be there - and then move on. Take your time. Things will change, even though it might not feel like it. Everyone deals with grief differently and there are no right or wrong ways, but there are ways to cope with the pain that might help you. Connecting with others might help you heal. Have you tried talking to others who have experienced something similar? There are support groups of people who are all experiencing a loss of a loved one who can help each other cope with their loss and grief. They often find that they are not only supported by others who can understand them, but also realise that others need them too. If you feel the need to talk to one of us we can certainly set up a session online to do the same. Else do contact a psychologist at Aurangabad to help you process your grief. I hope this was helpful for you. All the best!
