Avoid Squatting- Quadriceps Exercises- Lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core Strengthening Exercise- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams Stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. repeat 10 times, twice a day.

The first thing you have to do is to develop a positive attitude towards your goal. You need to understand that transforming your physique is going to take a lot of time. These things don't work that easily. It's going to take a lot of hard work and consistency. 1.Start exercising. Start working out if you are not active. Begin with body weight exercises like push up, pull up and squats. Weight training proves to be really helpful if you want to gain good quality weight. Train each body part twice a week. For example: Monday/Thursday: Chest + Triceps Tuesday/Friday: Back + Biceps Wednesday/Saturday: Legs + Shoulders Don't forget to warm up for at least 10 - 15 minutes. Warm up includes jumping, rope skipping, treadmill, cycling, stair climbing, etc. 2.Eat Healthy. Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food and any form of sugar. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 2 - 3 hours. Some of the recommended food items are boiled chicken and eggs, brown rice, brown bread, peanut butter, olive oil (extra virgin), green tea, dry fruits etc. 3.Consume good amount of fruits and vegetables. Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. 4.Eat whole grains. Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats are best sources of healthy carbohydrates but do not include these items in your dinner. 5.Increase protein intake. Protein proves to be the most essential nutrient when it comes down to gaining strength or building muscle. Therefore, consume all types of protein from both veg and non veg food items. Boiled chicken and eggs are the best sources of fat free protein. Sprouts are also rich in protein. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain.

My daughter suffered with loose motion and passed 3 watery stool since morning. Also from the last 1 year I noticed that whatever she eat after that she had to go to toilet to pass stool on most of the occasion also I noticed in her body structure that her whole body is skinny but her stomach is elevated. She already had loose motion 1 week earlier, doctor diagnose it as viral and give medicine for 3 day. Need complete solution to my daughter's problem of loose motion.

How old is your daughter? From what you describe it looks like she is having intolerance to some food such as gluten or lactose. Try avoiding wheat, rye, barley products for a week and see if you see any difference. Rice, tapioca, flax seeds, quinoa, fruits and vegetables etc are gluten free and can be given.

Respected sir/mam, I'm getting frequent fever and throat infection followed with body pain, headache and weakness, almost since last 2-3 year I get this every 40-50 days, I don't smoke cigarette but do hookah kind of once or twice a week. I have consulted general physician or ent but most of the reports are normal and they give a course of antibiotic medicine usually. Please help and and suggest appropriate treatment. Thank you.

No details of reports . See a consulting physician for proper clinical examination, all relevant investigations, and diagnosis of exact cause of disease. You may also see ENT Specialist for evidence of chronic pharyngitis, Tonsillitis or Septic Tonsillitis. Keep a thermometer and diary and record temp with a good thermometer whenever felt. See these doctors regularly for follow up. and advice.

I have a flight fobia. When I entered into the flight I am getting tensed every time. And while the flight gets ready to take off I feel my all pressures from my belly comes to my chest. That time I feel that I do not breath properly mainly while the flight is in air. But while the plane landed that time I feel easy and feel OK. That time I realise may be my feeling of uneasiness comes due to my anxiety. Pls advice how can I overcome from this type of phobia.

Please take Aconite 30 - at an interval of 15 minutes when you are about to take off - perhaps when you reach and have had your seat take the first dose. Also you need to plug your ear with cotton before the flight is read to take off - this can ease your problem.
