Hams Stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube ornormal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports Taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area Contrast Fomentation (Hot and Cold).

I am 30 years old. When I was using mobile I am getting severe neck pain upto shoulders. If I use my mobile less time there is no pain. How to overcome it because I will do most of work with mobile.

* too much of stooping posture esp while texting on phone causes neck pain hence avoid that. * start isometric exercises for your neck and strengthening exercises for your legs - consult physiotherapist for this. * electrotherapy required - consult physiotherapist for this. * heat pad/ cold pack application helps a lot to redue spasm. * low impact aerobic exercise like swimming helps a lot to strengthen the weak muscles * physical stretching exercises such as yoga helps in relaxation too. * practice healthy sleep habits. * avoid caffeine, alcohol, and nicotine - it slows down the healing.

You can return to sport after acl reconstruction. You need to do undergo vigorous physiotherapy rehabilitation program if you are a professional sportsmen. Its better to avoid contact sports for 1years.

Get an MRI of the knee. Chances are you may have an ACL injury that requires correction before you return to sports.

Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily – Lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana? Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

I am 22 years old, f. And I am facing problems like swelling in hands and feets when I hang them for long for eg sitting on chai, my feets swell a lot. And when I walk or so my hands swell.
