1. You may be having anxiety or stress. Avoid stress. 2. You need 7-8 hours of sound sleep to remain healthy. 3. Go for regular exercise, Take part in games and sports, 4. Do yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise like pranayama to calm your mind, control your emotion, relieve anxiety and improve concentration. 5. Adhere to a specific sleep time and regular schedule 6. Take light dinner. 7. Avoid taking tea/coffee at bed time. Have a glass of warm milk at bed time. 8. Don’t go to sleep immediately after dinner. Take a small walk after dinner and if possible take hot water bath before sleep. Read a light magazine or interesting book before going to bed 9. Avoid late night. 10. Don’t sleep in day time 11. Don’t take sleeping pill 12. If no relief consult doctor.

Codeine addiction is worsened by increasing tolerance levels for the drug. If you are having a serious addiction and you cannot quit its use, you will have to admit yourself to a rehabilitation center and go through their program for a complete recovery. This type of treatment is ideal because it takes you away from the influences of people and circumstances that you have gotten conditioned to and will make it easier in a different geographical location. When you come out of the center you must continue with addiction counseling for three years at least before being free of the enslavement. You will also need to attend NA meetings regularly and get a lot of support from other users who are also recovering. You will need to make some lifestyle changes and work on the stress that is normally the reason most youngsters get addicted to codeine. There is also the oral issue, the rigid value system, the genetic factors, and the script issue that has to be worked upon with the counselor. You will need to start regular vigorous exercise, sleep well, and start on a healthy diet. You must follow a tight time schedule with interesting and productive activities. The counselor will also teach you new ways of finding joy without the use of chemicals. You should socialize with people, join new groups, attend conferences, meetings, seminars etc. to be involved with other important activities in your neighborhood. You will need to go for a thorough medical checkup and determine that there was no serious damage to your body because of the abuse.

Your body is designed to carry about 66 KGS. Now its carrying 20 KGS extra... Most of extra weight is carried around waist... that's why you are facing this problem. The real problem is not weight... The real problem is the food habits that create weight. When you change your food habits.. your weight will drop... your waist becomes tight and you become fit and healthy. Excess food is the real culprit. You have to change that.

As you are only 16 years old, there is no chance that you r suffering from any major disease. It is common among your age group and is caused by hormonal changes. It will go after some time. In the mean time you should take pain killers. You will not need to show it to anyone for the same.

Hello, weight gain is the result of well balanced diet, physical activity for 30-40 mins 3-4 days/week preferably weight training and rest of 8-10 hours. All foods included in your diet should be power packed i. E giving you many nutrients and calories, also it should be high on proteins so as to help you in gaining muscle mass for better health and immunity. Examples-banana/mango/chickoo milkshakes with honey and nuts, paneer stuffed sandwiches/parathas, chikkis of peanuts/chana to be stocked with you as this can be conveniently had anywhere, dryfruits and mixed nuts. Overeating would harm more than help as it would lead to burning excess calories to use the food eaten leading to wastage of energy and in the bargain you might lose weight.

Hello lybrate-user, when it comes to employment in the present era, its quiet challenging and competitive. We have to cope up with the market, competitors and have to speed up our abilities accordingly. We may not be tech savvy, or may not be using gadgets in our earlier days of work, but the scene is very different now. I would say, you may have to brush up your skills and abilities depending on the nature of work you are on. From last few days I am having loose motion aftr I eat anything and its lyk flash of water as stool. Though I exercise everyday half an hour eat proper healthy food fruits and mostly vegetarian.

Hello, one should not have to drink much water just after eating. As after eating, much water can make your stomach much heavier and also much water can dilute digestive juices and thus it has an indirect effect on digestion. So it is advisable to drink water after 20-30 minutes after eating which is more helpful in digestion too.

I am 63 years old man, I keep getting back ache which lasts for a week and goes off, but this time since last month I am having back ache particularly when I am bending forward or sitting in a chair leaning forward. I have taken x ray today and the radiologist remarks are. Stiffness in back & other joints is quite a common condition. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Any way take ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days you will need other supportive medicines also. Take multivitamins & other antioxidants along with. Do back (spine) exercises contact me again if need be. Hello lybrate-user, I can understand that when you have hair problems we get acquainted with lots of grand ma remedies but tell me how can application of egg help you to solve your hair fall and hair thinning problems. Its got to do about taking the right nutrition sups and solving the hormonal imbalance which is making your hair thin. If you have a genetic history of hair thinning in the family then its high time that you take it seriously because such problems are generally irreversible in their nature. Wasting much time on these home based remedies is just going to make your condition worst without having any positive effect on your hair problem. Get your self consulted soon as you are really young to suffer from hair thinning. Hope this helps:)

Generally, one's height is determined by the genes they inherit from the parents. 1. There is also no quick fix for the same. While, taking proper nutrition and increasing the intake of calcium rich foods can help in height growth. 2. Regular exercises, stretching regimes and maintaining the right posture can help as well. It is advisable to walk as tall as you possible as correct posture promote height growth. You can also take ashwagandha powder (2-2 tsp) twice a day and lakshadi guggul (1-1 tabs) twice a day with warm water.

I get unbearable pain during my periods. The pain starts two, three days before the period and is high during the menstruation.I feel very week and exhasted. Hye, No food works to gain or lose weight in isolation. If you want you can take lime water to just flush out your system or just plain water as soon as you wake up will do. Just don't replace any meal with lime water and avoid lime water before a main meal.

Rinse the face with warm water. 2. Take pulp from aloe vera leaves and let it dry in the sun for 5 minutes and then add few drops of lemon juice to the dried pulp. Apply this mixture on the face and wash it off after 15 minutes. The results are quite good.
