Hello, Gaining weight is a slow process which requires patience and dedication! The food what and how you eat, makes the difference! For increasing your weight, concentrate on the below points ( if you don’t have any medical condition) which helps in gaining weight in a right way without harming your body. ­ Consume more healthy fats. Foods containing healthy fats are full of nutrients and also high in calories, making them a great option for weight gain. Foods containing plant fats should be your first option ­ this includes items such as nuts, seeds, peanut butter, avocados and olive oil. Foods containing healthy animals fats include lean meats and full fat dairy products ­ although if you have high cholesterol, you should probably stick to low­fat options. ­Eat more protein. Good sources of protein include lean meat, fish and poultry, in addition to eggs, whole grains, dairy products and legumes. ­Drink more calories. Try drinking a large glass of orange juice in the mornings (along with your normal breakfast). Drink a glass or two of full­cream milk throughout the day.Protein shakes will help you to gain muscle mass, particularly if you're working out. ­Have 6 small and frequent meals in a day. ­Gain muscle mass. It's a good idea to continue to exercise while you attempt to gain weight the healthy way. Strength training includes working with weights and performing exercises such as squats, deadlifts, bench presses, bicep curls, crunches, chin­ups and leg curls. Just keep in mind that the more you exercise, the more calories you will need to consume to replace those you lost while working out. This is where protein shakes and bars really come in handy. ­Quit smoking. As it suppresses the appetite. ­Stay healthy. The most important thing through the entire weight gain process is to stay healthy ­ eating a balanced diet and continuing to exercise throughout. ­Take enough of rest and sleep for rejuvenation of the cells and tissues. ­Think Positive which will help you in achieving your target of gaining weight. Medication: Take Schwabe’s Alfaalfa Tonic and Five Phos., both thrice daily 1⁄2 an hour before meals for a month and reply back again.

I do not recommend the supplements. You can take protein by eating boiled eggs so routs, cheese, curd, soya milk etc.

I have a gained so much belly fat and breast fat. But ky all over body is fine. I have problem of constipation which I tried to cure but I didnt succeed. Can you tell me what is the reason behind all ?

Is your hair loss accompanied with greying of hair and have they become very thin? your hair needs a very high protein well-rounded diet. Hair and nails are the last organs to get nutrition in the body, hence only if all the organs get sufficient nutrition and proteins, only then the remaining nutrition would be used for hairs. A strand of hair is composed of mostly protein, which means your hair needs protein to grow. Hence a therapeutic diet prescribed by a registered dietitian can help a lot in hair growth. Besides diet excessive stress, current/past dandruff and some medication are conclusively known to retard hair growth and promote hair loss. - cut down on the use of hair spray, hair gels, and styling creams that contain harsh chemical ingredients, which can dry out the scalp and cause the formation of flakes. Also harsh treatments such as perms, colours, relaxers etc take a toll on the health of your hair. - avoid changing your shampoo and conditioner constantly. Stick to one good mild cleansing shampoo for six months before changing. - excessive exposure to the sun, pollution, rain water and dust without proper protection makes the hair dry, brittle and limp. Hi my mother is 50+ she has left shoulder pain covering her upper part of the left arm and left side of the neck including left side back as well. She is suffering from this severe pain since last 8 months. We visited a doctor and he gave a steroid injection as well. But her pain and swelling are getting severe causing immense pain. Try this first. Massage with your thumbs from the mid points of the shoulder blades on both sides towards the lower back of your head up to lower level of the ears. Use oil or water for massage. Do for 5 to 10 times morning and evening. Consult after 5 days. Do not do from top to bottom. Wish you cure without medicine.

First of all you should follow some basic thing 1. Avoid=hot and cold at time 2. Less the sugar as much as possible if you want to eat sweet take juggery which is black 3. Do not drink water after meal drink at the time of meal sip by sip up to 150 ml 4. Avoid late night sleep 5. Gokshuradi guggul 3 tab before lunch and dinner 6. Punarnavasav 2 tsp before lunch and dinner.

This is extended grief reaction. I can understand the pain of losing someone who was close with you. Bit as the unfortunate incident can not be undone you can do something which the daed person would have liked to see. Now to do that you have to start your normal life, the way it used to be before this unfortunate incident. Time is the beat healer. Please think how you coped with earlier losses if any.

I am 21 years old. Always there are flow of bleeding from my nose and I have tried so many solution to get rid from this kind of sickness. If there is any solution then please tell me.

Take protein rich food ---eggs, milk products, dry fruits, seeds, pulses, mutter, soya bean. Cereals, potatoes, sweet potatoes, plantains etc. Can be useful for gaining weight. Also take vegetables, greens and fruits. Have vigorous physical exercise to improve digestion and absorption of food as well as blood circulation. Eat at regular intervals. Threptin biscuits will be helpful. Homoeopathic treatment will be beneficial to increase weight for you.

Hi, Just don't pour any drops in to the eye especially steriods preparations. Only dust means nothing to worry use Refresh tears, if not subsided meet an ophthalmologist they will examine your eye under microscope under do needful.
