Hi, do not worry. It is very common in your age. But you have to take some precautions. If your skin is an oily type, you should avoid oily, fried, spicy foods. Drink plenty of water. Neem is a wonderful herb that will help you for sure. Boil some neem leaves in water and keep it over night. Next morning wash your face with that water and allow till it get dry. I can give you some internal medicines too. That will help to get rid of all your problems. But for that I need to get some more details.

I have hair loss problem tell me some treatment. I have so much of fat please tell me to reduce fat from body.
For hair loss - 1. Use mild shampoo to wash hair (you can make your own shampoo using reetha and shikakai at home) 2. Stop using conditioners. Use natural conditioners like egg, yougurt and lemon. 3. Massage your scalp with a mix of oils like olive, coconut, sesame, castor oil at night. 4. Apply raw amla juice on hair thrice a week. 5. Use a paste of bhringraj on hair. 6. You can use some good hair packs like - fenugreek and yogurt, egg and green tea. 7. You can rinse your hair with organic apple cider vinegar after washing your hair to maintain ph balance of your hair. 8. Hair health depends on the amount of protein in your diet. Foods like chicken, eggs, fish, nuts, dry fruits gives you the required nutrients to keep your skin and hair healthy. So consume plenty of them. Eat things rich in vitamin c like amla and oranges. 9. Drink lots of water to flush out toxins from the body. To lose weight - your weight is controlled by 4 major factors (1) refined sugar consumption (2) exercise and hydration (3) posture and sitting (4) how many times do you indulge yourself - alcohol, binge eating at parties, overeating etc. Step 01: refined sugar 1. Avoid all snacks and commercial products with sugar in them - biscuits, cakes, bournvita, horlicks, coke, pepsi, energy drinks, sweetened yogurt etc. 2. Cut down on your daily intake of tea/coffee and maintain it at 3-4 cups a day. 3. Try to add little sugar to any beverage (coffee, tea, milk, lemon water etc.) that you have and ideally you should refrain from adding any sugar altogether. Step 02: get exercise and proper hydration 1. Try to work out for 20 minutes each day. You do not necessarily have to go to the gym. You can incorporate some pretty powerful exercises in your daily routine like - squats, skipping, surya namaskar and core exercises. 2. Drink 8-10 glasses of water everyday but remember that tea/coffee are not substitutes for pure water. Step 03: improve posture and sitting habits if you have a sitting job then ensure that you do not sit for more than 30 minutes at one stretch. Get up and move a little after every 30 minutes. Step 04: stop indulging and eat more of raw natural stuff 1. No more than 60 ml of hard liqour or 2 glasses of beer per day. 2. Try to eliminate the urge to overeat but if you do overeat try to limit the incidents to two times per week. 3. Eat 4 servings of fruits per day. 4. Each of your meal should contain 50% of raw vegetables. Once you incorporate the above points in your routine you will see a dramatic difference in your weight, physical shape and energy levels. You will find that there are a lot of companies out there that are trying to sell expensive products to naive consumers in the name of weight loss. These products may not necessarily be good for you. Losing and maintaining weight is something which is totally in your hands, it is easy and it is free of cost if you follow the above mentioned points. Pimples/ acne vulgaris is a chronic inflammatory skin disease which develops due to blocking of the hair follicles in skin. For pimples and to renove scars take following med. Berberis aquifolium q. X 14 days 20 drops twice in water. Use berberis aquifolium oin any company also drink plenty water. Have green vegetables. Stop oily food. Avoid night watching. Wash face with medimix soap 2/3 times per day.

Is it often. Please see a specialist use dry panties. Do not use dettol etc to maintain peri anal hygience. Check for sugars.

Let me know your food intake details. The best diet is one which is healthy and well balanced with foods from all the food groups, and one which is varied and that you can stick to weight loss on some diets can be dramatic in the short term, but there's more of a chance of rebound weight gain. Set yourself a realistic target and aim to lose between (0.5-1.0kg) a week I strongly accommodate the patient's own preferences without the patient feeling that they are on a diet not compromising the weight management goals. Don't fall for self dieting or fad diets available online they have harmful effects in the long run, if you lose a lot of weight very quickly, you may not lose as much fat as you would with a more modest rate of weight loss. Instead, you might lose water weight or even lean muscle tissue, since it's hard to burn that many fat calories in a short period. After assessing your personal challenges to weight loss, one can recommend a strategy to gradually change habits and attitudes that have sabotaged your past efforts. Also the overall objective should not be to drastically reduce weight but doing it gradually and help rebuild body tissues and to maintain ideal body weight.

Hello- This is a sign of pregnancy, you have done sex in most viable period of your ovulation so it might be possible that this delay is due to pregnancy. Wait for a weeks time and go for Urine pregnancy test at home to confirm the real cause.

Belly fat increases due to minimal physical work and processed carb rich food. We keep on eating certain foods thinking they are not unhealthy. But they are actually unhealthy, like - white sugar, refined flour (maida) & oil. When we cook something or even eat a biscuit, it contains either or all three of these hidden unhealthy foods. Eaten 1 biscuit give calories more than you can burn in 30 mins walk. But we do not think twice before eating these foods. Most of our packed and home made snack foods are culprit for belly fat. Replace these with natural foods like fruits, salad and nuts.

Take over-the-counter cough syrp for dry or productive cough. Do lukewarm water gargles twice a day. Take steam inhalation twice daily. . If no relief, get ur CBC and xray chest done. Hope this helps u. If required, consult.

Hello. If your physician has told you its hernia. Then depending on age a surgical intervention is usually advised. If conservative mood of action has be planned I would advice to visit your doctor about the fresh complains.
