Hi Lybrate user … Eat few these things for avoid over weight gain and fat. Apples: They are super foods that you can take three to four times a day as a substitute to carb-rich foods. Almonds: Rich in Vitamin E and has high fiber content that will make you feel full and reduce your hunger. Green Leafy Vegetables: They are rich in fiber and very low in calories. They will help in preventing water retention. Avocado: They are rich in high fiber and have high monounsaturated fatty acids that help in reducing belly fat. Cucumber: Cucumber is a vegetable that has high water content and is very low in calories. Watermelon: It is a fruit that has 80% water content in it and very few calories. They help in easily attaining desired waistline. Beans: This vegetable helps in improving digestion, as well as strengthening muscles. It will help in toning the belly by reducing hunger and prevent you from overeating. There are few good exercise for reducing belly fat. I. E. Crunches, Reverse Crunches, Twist Crunches, Vertical Leg Crunch, Side Crunches, Bicycle Exercise, Rolling Plank Exercise, Lunge Twist, Side To Side Bending, Stomach Vacuum, Captain’s Chair, Walking, Jogging, Running, Cardio Exercises, Swimming. Take sleep 8 hours per night helpful in health. Avoid spicy / oily meals / fatty meals. Avoid more non-veg. Avoid more alcohol. Avoid stress. Avoid constipation. Take also dalia in morning. After eating a little spicy food stomach gets more flatulence. Breathe problem. A little pain at root of the nose, some unknown feeling of more fear , flum formation at throat fore head akhe to little extent. Totally I can not properly define my problem. With age the digestive system also gets slow and weak, another reason for this condition may be you are not doing proper physical work and spending more of the day on chairs or bed. You need to do the following: 1. Avoid overeating 2. Have meal atleast one hour before going to bed 3. Walk a little after meals 4. Avoid stuffs like too much spicy and fried, you can satisfy your taste buds but do not fill your stomach with such stuff. 5. Have some saunf or fennel seeds after meals. 6. Daily go for a walk of 35-45 minutes 7. Keep yourself hydrated by having water at intervals.

Dear lybrateuser, -do steaminhalation 2-3 times a day -take more of warm fluids, water, tea, coffee, milk, soup -take tab levoceterizine, 5 mg, 1 tab in the evening -take syrup chericoff, 2 teaspoonful three times a day -to increase weight you have to have a balanced diet with more proteins& do regular exercises including weight lifting -in diet have eggs, fish, chicken, paneer, yogurt, milk, cheese, tofu, soyaproducts, beans, nuts-almond, walnut, take a portion of protein rich foods with each meal, also have snacks in between meals.

It could be due to tension abt exams. If you sleep early&wake up @3am, then change timings. Try to gp to bed a bit late. So that the particular timngs also will b postponed. Infact studying in early hrs is good to concentrate&remember. But if r going to bed ver late&still you r waking up @3am, then, its not good. To maintain sufficient&quality sleep, you try to practice pranyam methods&do not take spicy foos. Take bland diet, fruits, juices&more water intake. Dronk a cup of warm milk bfore to sleep. If still problem exists, I vl advise homeo remedy.

Dear it can be due to wrong food choices. Start following these tips that will definitely help you to control the appetite eat small & frequent meals. Inlude high fiber foods in your meals such as dalia with added vegetables, multigrain chapatti, whole cereals & whole pulses include low fat milk products in your every meal do take lukewarm water before & after meals include 2 serving of fruits & 2 cups of vegetables in your schedule take 3 litres of water daily.

Yes, certainly it can be reduced/removed naturally with medicines only. Gall bladder gets diseased due to an unhealthy diet and lifestyle. This leads to an imbalance of the acid-alkali balance in the body which causes the cholesterol to precipitate in the gall bladder leading to stone formation. Over time, these may get infected and lead to an acute inflammation, pain, fever etc. A stone may move ahead into a narrow passage or the duct and get stuck leading to severe agony. Dear lybrate user, a kidney stone is mainly formed due to the accumulation of the minerals present in urine. Such accumulation occurs mainly due to low intake of fluids. Continuous low fluid intake results in the deposits of the minerals over the stone & eventually leads to an increase in the size of the stone. Formation of stone leads to pain along the kidney region. If the size of the kidney stone is below 3mm then it is possible to get rid of it without any surgery. Take homoeopathic mother tincture berberis vulgaris q, 30 drops, thrice daily, after meals, in a cup of water for 15 days. The stone will be expelled through urine in between the span of 15 days of medication. But if the size of the stone is more than 3mm then you should surely go for surgery.
