You want to increase penis size to 8 inches and improve sex stamina. I advice you to do kegel and jalqing exercises daily. Take proper balanced vegetarian diet. Take 8 to 10 glasses of water daily to detoxify body. Take fruits and vegetables in daily diet. Do meditation for mental strength daily.

Hair loss is a common problem. First and foremost start with lifestyle modifications. You have to incorporate a lot of dietary changes too. Drink too litres of water everyday since it will detoxify and remove impurities from the body which otherwise can accumulate harmful metabolic products. If you r a vegetarian, your diet should contain plenty of all types of pulses everyday. Drink plenty of milk too. If not, incorporate plenty of eggs, meat, fish in cooked forms. Avoid junk food. Destress since stress mediators cause hairfall. Do yoga and meditation. Exercise regularly. Hair styling devices and hot rods and creams enhance hairfall, so avoid them. Dont tie up hair tightly. Dandruff is a fungal infection of your scalp skin. Avoid oil for it increases dandruff. Wash hair with shampoo on alternate days. Massage and wash thoroughly.

Take homeopathic remedy sepia 1m 3 doses and china 30, cyclamen 30 and apply almond oil mix with milk daily before going to sleep. And drink milk daily and also manage stress, exercise daily. And have sunbath some times because vitamin d also important.

1. Take bland diet, avoid spicy, oily, fried and junk food2 eat and drink slowly. 3. Avoid fatty food, carbonated drink like soda/ soft drink/beer, chewing gum, sucking hard candy etc, 5. Avoid gas forming food like onion, bean, peas, potato, lentil, lettuce, cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli, mushroom, whole wheat bread. Fruits like apple/peach/pear 6. Avoid stress, anxiety 7. Stop alcohol/ smoking if you have 8. Go for regular exercise and avoid sedentary life style 9. Take one tablet of pan40 in the morning 10. Take unienzyme 2 tablet twice daily after food for few days.

You can take(If No drug allergy) : 1. Tablet Crocin (Paracetamol 500 mg) one tablet after food when required for headache after food for 2-3 days (maximum 2 tablets with gap of 12 hour can be taken in a day) I am giving you some tips for sound sleep and early awaking in morning follow advises given below: 1. Strict to sleep time schedule 2. Do regular physical activity 3. Regular meditation/ yoga, i can give you address of rajyoga meditation center near your house (this is free of cost) One thing i want to tell you that if you can relax your mind by Rajyoga meditation than you can reduce your sleep upto 5-6 hour and you will feel fresh and active 4. Dear lybrate user, kindly note that if you are unmarried & indulge in sexual relation after an interval of minimum 7 days then you are bound to discharge quickly during intercourse but that does not imply that you have any disease. It occurs due to loss of control of the muscles of penis. Normally it is seen that when a person does sexual intercourse daily he gains control over the muscles of penis & can stay longer during sex. You can try allopathic dejac-t tablet for your problem of premature ejaculation. Take one tablet just one hour before sex. If you cannot find dejac-t in your local allopathic retail shop then search for any medicine containing dapoxetine hydrochloride & tadalafil as its composition. But before taking any medicine kindly notice whether you are having a second erection within 15 minutes of ejaculation for the first time. If you are not experiencing any erection within 15 minutes of ejaculation then you are surely suffering from erectile dysfunction. There will be a change of medication in this case. To get rid of erectile dysfunction you could try ayurvedic gerivit forte capsule. Take one capsule just one hour before sex. Along with medicines you can also try a home therapy to boost your sexual performance. Soak 4-5 dry dates (khurma khajur) in a cup of lukewarm milk before going to bed daily. On waking up next morning eat those soaked dry dates & discard the milk. Repeat the process daily. This therapy often gives effective result within 15 days there are many conventional allopathic sexual pills in market such as adegra, viagra, penegra etc. Refrain yourself from using such pills as those pills contain a steroid called sildenafil. This steroid has a unique temporary effect on erectile problems. Patients using these pills for first time often report that their penis remain strong even after ejaculation. Such effects leads the patients to use sildenafil for prolonged course of time as they often feel that a full erection is possible only after taking sildenafil. Moreover it is very low cost & easy availability of this steroid has made it quite common as sexual medicine. But the bitter truth is prolonged use of sildenafil will permanently disable the normal physiological process behind erection & will render your body to become solely dependent upon sildenafil for erection. As a result you won't feel any slightest normal erection without taking sildenafil. This is an irreversible condition & it cannot be treated by any means. Once you attain this condition you become a life-time customer of that steroid sildenafil because you have to take sildenafil in order to satisfy your partner. As prevention is always better than cure I would advise you to check the composition of any sexual pills before buying. Discard any sexual pills which contains sildenafil in its composition. There are other compositions like tadalafil, citadel etc which gives unique result than sildenafil. If you are suffering from premature ejaculation then along with medicine & home therapy you can try the kegel's exercise. You have to do this exercise once daily during the first time of urination after waking up from sleep at morning. Kindly note the following steps to perform the kegel's exercise:- 1) start urinating until you feel that you have voided almost half amount of urine from bladder. 2) when you feel you have voided almost half of the urine try to stop the flow of urine by squeezing the internal muscles of penis. 3) you should not use your hands to stop the flow. Your hands should be resting on your waist. You have to stop the urine only by your self control over the internal muscles of penis. 4) try to stop the urine flow by the control of internal muscles up to 20 seconds. On the very first day you won't be able to hold the urine for more than 3 seconds. However, practicing the exercise daily will improve your control over the muscles of penis & after 15-20 days you will be able to stop the urine for 20 seconds by the control of your pelvic muscles. This control of pelvic muscles will help you to get rid of premature ejaculation while you are performing sexual intercourse 5) after 20 seconds is over, void the rest of the urine. Do not stop the flow of urine for more than 30 seconds. N. P.- kegel's exercise is effective only in the case of premature ejaculation & it is not helpful for patients suffering from erectile dysfunction.

TMJ pain can be due to misalignment (malocclusion) of or trauma to the teeth or jaw, teeth grinding (bruxism), poor posture, stress or anxiety, arthritis and other inflammatory musculoskeletal disorders, orthodontic braces, and excessive gum chewing. the treatment will vary depending on your condition. apply ice pack on the outer region. try some relaxation exercise for jaw muscles. meditation has to be done to reduce stress level. take soft diet n avoid chewing gums. consult a maxillofacial surgeon for complete diagnosis n treatment planning .

In a known case of diabetic we need to control sugar levels with medication, aerobic exercise and following a diabetic diet and if you want to stop one medicine than we have to keep a record of sugar levels through a glucometer.

The 7-day detox diet plan:

Smooth digestion and absorption of nutrients along with your liver's efficient processing of toxins are absolutely critical for great health. That's why a cleanse program can be a powerful tool to rejuvenate your body and skin from the inside out.

The key to comfortable cleanse is to ease yourself into the program, so that your body doesn't go into a shock. Five days before you begin your detox diet plan, progressively eliminate alcohol, coffee, cigarettes, refined sugars, saturated fats and all processed foods. These can add as toxins in your body.

Increase fiber intake to help keep your colon clean. Along with the fiber from fruits and vegetables, include two tablespoon of chia seeds in a glass of water to eliminate toxins from your body. Don't forget to drink lots of filtered water- at least eight glasses per day.

Another deterrent to good health is stress, as it triggers your body to release stress hormones. It's a good idea to cleanse stressful life situations along with your body. Keep a diary and take a note not only of what you eat and drink but also your emotions.

I hope you are sufficiently motivated, now let's get started with the specifics of your personal detox diet plan.

Day 1

Start the morning with half a lemon squeezed into warm water or cleansing herb tea. Follow with a brisk walk, bike ride, yoga or swimming.


Breakfast:

  • Fresh vegetables juice (choose from the list below)
  • Carrots
  • Beetroot
  • Celery
  • Mint
  • Coriander
  • Parsley
  • Wheatgrass
  • Spinach
  • Kale

Add a tablespoon of chia seeds to your juice, for that extra fiber and power boost. (i don't recommend juicing fruits as that will shoot up your sugar levels and we don't want that happening).

Lunch: Raw or lightly steamed vegetables with a variety of seasonal preferably organic vegetables.

You can choose from the following:

  • Mushrooms
  • Spinach
  • Mustard leaves
  • Fenugreek leaves
  • Beetroot
  • Broccoli
  • Cabbage
  • Capsicums
  • Pumpkins
  • Carrots
  • Onions
  • Garlic
  • Ginger

Dinner: Vegetable stew

In a large saucepan, saute onions and garlic. Then add your favourite veggies, saute for another 2 minutes. Add 2 cups of filtered water and sea salt. Slow cook till the veggies are done. You could blend the ingredients for a thick broth or eat it as is with chunks of veggies.

Snacks: drink as much water, unsweetened herbal tea as you wish during the day. Aim for at least 8 glass of water within the day. Make a trail mix of nuts and seeds like walnuts, almonds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, melon seeds, chia seeds and flax seeds. Eat low gi fruits like guava, pear, apple, orange, strawberries, peach, plums and apricots.


Day 2

Start the morning with half a lemon squeezed into warm water or cleansing herb tea. Follow with a brisk walk, bike ride, yoga or swimming

Breakfast: Fresh vegetable juice with 1 table spoon of chia seeds blended in. Choose from the list of juicing vegetables provided earlier.

Lunch: Lightly cooked vegetables with quinoa and baby spinach salad.

Dinner: Vegetable stew with stir-fried red and yellow capsicums and broccoli, tossed with extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice and garlic.

Any time snacks: Choose from the snack list given for day 1.


Day 3

Start the morning with half a lemon squeezed into warm water or cleansing herb tea. Follow with a brisk walk, bike ride, yoga or swimming.

Breakfast: 3/4 of cup of natural yoghurt with sliced fresh fruits, sprinkle with chia seeds, sliced almonds and walnuts and drizzle with a little raw honey if desired. You can follow this with green tea or herb tea.

Lunch: Lentil and vegetable stew

Saute 1/2 cup of yellow moong dal, 1 cup of your favourite veggies, small pieces of ginger and two cloves of garlic in some extra virgin olive oil. Add 2 cups of water and salt to taste. Slow cook till the dal and veggies are done, garnish with coriander or parsley.

Dinner: Raw papaya and carrot salad

Toss 2 cups of lettuce, 1 grated carrot and 1/2 raw papaya together. Mix 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar and 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil, fresh lemon juice and drizzle over the top.

Any time snacks: choose from the snack list

 

Day 4

Start the morning with half a lemon squeezed into warm water or cleansing herb tea. Follow with a brisk walk, bike ride, yoga or swimming

Breakfast: coconut banana power smoothie

100 grams of natural yoghurt or organic coconut milk, 1 tablespoon of cold pressed coconut oil, and 1 or 1/2 banana, 1 tablespoon of chia seeds. Blend the ingredients in a high speed blender.

Lunch: 1 bowl of vegetable stew with a cup of quinoa or amaranth.

Dinner: Lentil and vegetable stew.

Any time snacks: Choose from the snack list


Day 5

Start the morning with half a lemon squeezed into warm water or cleansing herb tea. Follow with a brisk walk, bike ride, yoga or swimming

Breakfast: Fresh vegetable juice with 1 table spoon of chia seeds blended in.

Lunch: Steamed vegetables of choice with fresh herbs, drizzled with olive oil and crushed pumpkin seeds. Combine this with 1/2 cup organic brown rice and a handful of almonds. 

Dinner: Salad of fresh rocket leaves with thinly sliced strips of red capsicum, slices of fresh mushrooms and onions. Sprinkle with sunflower seeds. Toss with virgin olive oil, lemon and fresh herbs.

Any time snacks: Choose from the snacks.


Day 6

Start the morning with half a lemon squeezed into warm water or cleansing herb tea.

Follow with a brisk walk, bike ride, yoga or swimming

Breakfast: Make a fruit compote of dried prunes, apricots, peaches and apples pre-soaked in filtered water and sprinkled with flaked almonds and 2 tablespoon of ground flaxseeds. Have it with some plain yogurt.

Lunch: Lentil and vegetable soup with 1/2 cup of brown rice and amaranth.

Dinner: Raw papaya and carrot salad

Any time snacks: choose from the snack list.


Day 7

Start the morning with half a lemon squeezed into warm water or cleansing herb tea.

Follow with a brisk walk, bike ride, yoga or swimming

Breakfast: Coconut banana power smoothie

Lunch: Lentil and vegetable soup with tossed greens, dressed with olive oil and a splash of lemon juice. Accompany with a handful of raw almonds and raisins.

Dinner: Grilled mushrooms with green salad, sweet potato mash and 1/2 cup of brown rice.
