Greetings, you require good protein supplements and balanced diet. Also you need to take at least 8 glasses of water in a day. Apply good oil to avoid dryness of the hair. Take a good multivitamin supplement also. You also need to see a hair specialist, to rule out any hair or scalp disease. Thanks.

Dr. I am very much worried about the rashes in my inner thigh. And they are growing to upper thigh. They some times fade out bt sometimes become so dark. I am not getting a satisfactory answer. Plzzzzzzzzz help me .why they are occurring. Along with them sometimes vaginal white discharge comes out nd vaginal lips become hard. Bt these marks are from last 2-3 months. Hello- Avoid spicy food, chilly, curd and fast foods in your diet. Take four black rasins at bed time. Apply Coconut oil mixed with camphor locally. Use crushed NEEM leaves in bath water daily. Chew Giloy stem daily empty stomach.

Hi lybrate-user for increasing body weight, start eating more chapatis and rice with ghee or butter. Take creamed milk upto 400 ml daily. Eat fresh fruits and vegetables, take pulses and pulses products. You can eat homemade fried foods but avoid eating from the market. If you eat non-veg then eat 2 to 3 pcs. Of egg or fish thrice a week. Also take 4 to 6 pcs. Of almonds or cashew nuts or some raisins. Must take exercise daily as it helps in better absorption of food and also increases your satiety.

4 Things You Should Know About Period Sex!

From a medical standpoint, intercourse during menstruation is completely fine. Most men have claimed that period sex seems messier when compared to intercourse on normal days but, other than that, there aren’t any risk regarding period sex. In fact, it is advisable to engage in vaginal intercourse during periods for a variety of reasons.

Here are a few things you should know about period sex:

  1. Intercourse during periods isn’t harmful: Contrary to the popular myth, period blood doesn’t contain impurities which might affect the penis in any way. Instead, menstrual blood is normal blood mixed with disposed off tissues from the lining of the uterus and the penis isn’t affected by menstrual blood in any way. The menstrual blood serves as excellent lubricant to make the process of intercourse smoother.
  2. Chances of pregnancy still persist: It is not okay to completely ward off protective measures during periods because even though it is safer than other days, there might be a small chance that the sperm of a man lives on in the female body till early ovulation. Besides, the chance of getting a sexually transmitted disease is the same during period sex.
  3. Can relieve cramps: Some women claim that having sex during their period helps ease their cramps as having an orgasm releases ‘pain- reducing endorphins’ into the bloodstream. Also, some medical practitioners believe that sex provides relief by using up chemicals which are responsible for cramps. Thus, having period sex can prove to be relaxing and less painful than normal days.
  4. Sexual arousal ups during menstruation: Most women feel hornier and more aroused during periods because of the increase in the hormonal levels. Some women feel heavier in the pelvic area which increases the sex drive; precisely the reason why having sex during this time is a good idea. So, for all you know, you might actually have a brilliant intercourse session when she’s on her period. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a gynaecologist.

Instead of taking multivitamins and other stuffs please be pragmatic and go to a doctor for a routine medical check up. You would be suggested some basic tests like CBC, ESR, Blood sugar, liver profile, Renal profile, urine test etc that can be useful. Let the doctor diagnose the problem. Please always take the doctors opinion before you make up your own opinion about your health. Please eat only home made healthy food with daily fruits and vegetables. Exercise every day (Yoga and pranayam can be very beneficial if done sincerely every day ). Learn more about health and healthy lifestyle from the internet and maintain good health. My doctor has asked me to go for metabolic surgery as I am obese. And due to overweight I have irregular periods and high bp and irresistible leg pain. I am afraid whether I shud go for it or not. As this has side effects too and it's very costly too.

Surgery should be seen as last option. You should go in for natural weight reduction through balanced diet exercise/yoga etc. If you take a restricted diet of 1300-1400 calories definitely you can get your weight down. Please visit a dietician who can help you with this transformation. Your body is a gift of nature. Please Do not meddle with it. Take care. Reduce junk food. Respect nature. Live with nature.

Hi apply ketoconazole lotion on your scalp. Apply maha bhringraj oil on your scalp and massage then give hot water fomentation. 1-1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils at night time before sleep. Take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day. Take lots of proteins like soyabean. Egg white. Etc. Avoid tea. Coffee. Spicy food. Fermented food. Junk food. Apply only ayurvedic shampoo on your scalp. Do pranayama early morning.

Early Morning You can have any of the following items to start your day. ? 1 glass of lukewarm water with lemon juice added to it. This drink will have zero calories in it.
