Hi I will prescribe some harmless but effective flower remedy available in homoeopathy shops. Try to buy original medicines. Mix 3 drops of clematis + 3 drops of white chestnut. Mix these with 100 ml water and drink it every morning and night.(same dose) on empty stomach.

Exercising regularly and avoiding spicy foods can lessen the frequency of nightfall. Studies have shown that using testosteronebased drugs can increase nocturnal emissions, so try avoiding these if you suffer from nightfall. Here are a few more things that you can try to limit it. 1. Should start jogging or brisk walking for at least 30 minutes every day. 2. Should avoid consumption of any liquid for at least 2 hours before going to sleep. 3. Should go for urination just before going to bed. 4. Should avoid watching porn or erotic chats etc. 5. Start listening to soothing music which gives peace of mind and gives soothing effects like the meditation gives. 6. Should start reading good books at the time to keep the brain relaxed for a sound sleep. 7. If night fall happens then they should not worry about this, because if people keep on thinking about nightfall or have the fear of night fall at the time of sleeping then they get more chances to have the night fall again. 8. Should avoid constipation because an upset digestive system also sometimes causes night fall. 9. If the person is having the habit of taking milk at night then they should take milk in the evening instead of at night. 10. Start doing masturbation once in a while may help control night fall. 11. Kegel exercise also helps control Night Fall. Sir/Madam. I am CA final student and exam on November. I going through breakup of 3 years of extreme care and attachment. My girlfriend was very nice girl caring for her family and think a perfect women which I require. It is not about physical affection but I love her very much. Our breakup was due to Caste differences and for which she was very upset. Her father denied for that and only for her family against her will so she broke up. And still we are in contact which she asking for friendship and she saying she fully recovered and stable Now, I can't hate her or love her. At 6 am, I unconsciously remembering our sweet romance her touch, her anger, her love and feel very lonely and feared and also sex urge arising on her which are wrong. Her parents looking for her and I feel like I did trying to convince them and I talked with her. She saying it will not possible now I don't concentrate on studies well feeling guilty, all my happiness was around her. I understand it will not possible but, can't let go I confused what I should think and let go. Where it was gone wrong, How can I recover, what should be my next move. How can I control my self to move ahead. I fearing of depression for which I continued omega 3 capsules. I also think she will be settled and I become lost Please guide.

The end of a relationship often feels like the end of the world. After all the time and energy you have invested in it, it is very painful when it gets over. Keep in mind that life is full of ups and downs; nothing is permanent. The pain you feel today will go away with time. Give yourself time to heal. Give time, time. In the meanwhile don't isolate yourself from your friends and family. Confide in someone you are comfortable with. Make a list of life goals, and plan how to achieve them. Relationships are an important part of your life, but they are not everything. Spend time with those close to you, indulge in some enjoyable activities. Keep yourself busy. Slowly you will see that there is a lot to life. However if you are feeling suicidal, consult a psychiatrist immediately. Don't wait to feel worse.

Schizophrenia is a thought disorder where a person loses reality boundaries and has behavioral issues. It is cause of discrepancy in neurotransmitters like dopamine, glutamate and serotonin. The medications are targeted for these neurotransmitters. Most patients have relapsing courses and it is advisable to continue the medications for preventing relapse. Approximately one third patients require lifetime medications. It is wise to consult your psychiatrist for ascertaining the course and prognosis of disease.

For ten minutes we have to gradually increase the speed (which depends on person to person) and BP and heart rate are secondary finding but we have to concentrate only on any changes in the ECG leads.

How to avoid smoking. I used to smoke about 1.5 packets of cigarettes. To avoid smoking what I must do. please Suggest some solution.

What the future holds is not predictable so no use worrying do what you have to do to your best, do not worry at your, now all you have to is study well be what you want to be exercise eat well and be bindas learn to laugh a lot be a child.

I am a 42 years married male suffering from depression for last 20 years. Presently on escitalopram&rivotril. But symptoms are aggravating anxiety panic attacks nervousness numbness insomnia lack of appetite palpitations.

Hello you should try to control your anger as stress levels are high n your not satisfied with things happening in life humans tend to just brust out but only way to control is to meditate n talk to urself n try to convince urself n emotions are within every some keep at high level n some low, you just come out of all your failures or sadness try enjoying n keep urself busy reading novels, watching movies music you ll surely feel better. If you still don't feel better ask private question or consult a homoeopathic doctor n for sleeplessness never make it a habit to take medicine but for now you take homoeopathic medicine cypripedium 1m 4 times 4 days 4 pills only. Later try sleeping on own.

Dear user. I can understand. Tobacco is addictive. Cigarette also contains 4000+ carcinogenic chemicals other than nicotine. Smoking can affect your mouth, throat, lungs, heart, stomach and brain in many ways. Cancer is one among the potential diseases smoking can cause. The best method is to leave it and continue with your will power. There are other methods like Nicotine Replacement therapy and pharmacotherapy combined. Nicotine chewing gums too help as an alternative for cigarettes. But still you will need will power. You may consult a physician or deaddiction therapist or a rehabilitation facility for further advice. You can also opt for online deaddiction therapy. Take care.
