Health Tips For Control Of Hair Fall Hair fall is experienced by most individuals in their lifetime. Most of the time hair fall goe unnoticed if the density of hair is good. Patients experience the hair fall though they are taking good diet and infact water intake is normal and even if they do not have any significant systemic disease. 1.Don't go for hair straightening and vigrous heat treatments if you are having hair fall. Its a myth that straightening would prevent hair fall. 2.Cover your hair when you are taking steam, sauana,or hot water bath 3.Treat your hair as a baby and pamper them. Do not use harsh shampoos and soap instead use a mild medicated shampoo and conditioner and infact wash your hair minimum twice in a week 4. Do not comb the hair when they are wet, let them dry a bit before you comb 5. You can oil the hair 1 hr. Before shampooing or washing, no neec to apply oil overnight. 6.Males And females have different pattern of hair loss and needs seperate consideration and treatment. 7. Wash your hair preferrably with luke warm water, avoid using hard water or underground water for washing them. 8.Hair Fall May expose some areas if your scalp, try to change combing pattern and do not tie your hair very tight. . Ideally if you are able to concentrate prp to a level of 4-5 times the blood level of platelets, the expected results are good in most of the cases if done by an experienced dermatologist. Platelets ideally should be concentrated in house and injected immediately with aseptic precautions and at particular level and quantity for better results. Ideally it should be done by dermatologist himself or herself without relying on technicians /nurses for best results. We as the pioneer in hair loss treatment would suggest you to have all this in mind before you go for treatment for hair loss or hair fall.

Hi,Medication will not help at this age, you should try Exercise like stretching swimming regularly yoga like Tadasan and Sarvang asana. play Basket ball regularly. Take proper balanced nutritios and protein rich diet. *Mix two tablespoons of ashwagandha powder in a glass of warm cow’s milk. 1. Add sugar or jaggery according to your taste and mix well. 2. Drink it every night before going to bed at least for 45 days to increase your height.

take pranacharya allergin capsule twice a day...take panchnimbadi churna with water twice a day....take panchtikta ghrit guggul and arogya vardhini vati with warm water...take pranacharya charm vikarasav 2-2 tsf with water twice a day....apply marichyadi oil on affected part.....take these medicines in supervision of a good ayurvedic doctor

You can take saclac 200 / 5 drops in little water thrice a day for one month. Keep regular stretching exercises at least half an hour in the morning or evening. Revert back after one month with feedback.

For healthy weight gain, 1. Have small frequent meals at 2-3 hrs intervals containing foods rich in nutrient & calorie density (concentrated food low in volume) like paneer paratha, cheese-potato sandwich, dates-almonds milkshake, peanut chikki, til ladoo, banana kheer, atta halwa/gond ladoo, thicker atta-maida rotis with ghee, rice with ghee, cow/buffalo milk with skim milk powder, homemade cereal malt with milk & sugar, premix with soup, fruit juice, sugarcane juice, dry fruits, soyabean cutlet/roll, fruit lassi, egg curry/omlette/egg scramble/french toast, fatty fish, chicken 2. Drink 2-3 litres water daily (but not with or just before meal) 3. Avoid junk foods & empty calorie snacks 4. Enjoy meals in a peaceful environment without distractions 5. Eat fast & in bigger utensils 6. Practice strength exercises-bench press, squats, push up, etc to increase lean mass only not causing any weight loss. 7. Get a thyroid profile test done to rule out hyperthyroidism.

Dear user. TO CAUSE PREGNANCY on a woman, sperm should be ejaculated inside the vagina or fresh sperm should be inseminated inside the vagina with some means. Pregnancy only happens when other aspects are too satisfied. In the given case, there are less chances of pregnancy. Take care.

Hair fall has many reasons... mainly due to improper intake of nutritious diet, [means u feel that u r taking sufficient food, but quality wise, u may not be aware], Not attending ur hairproperly.. by applying oil before headbath, or using high concentrated shampoos, any skin problems.. like dry, oily scalp..dandruff,Headache episodes,harmonal imbalance,vitamine deficiency, exposure to pollution, any treatments, like hair perming,colouring etc,,, If u find out the reasons then, try to take care in that aspect. Food wise, u start taking soaked, peeled off almonds daily, sprouts, plenty of water, moreproteinaceous diet, dal, millets, Massaging hair with any home made oil, herbal, oil before one night before headbath, the shampoo also shpould be mild/herbal. Take care that water also should nt be hard.

Sugar mixed with water and lemon juice will help in exfoliating your face and offer natural bleach to your face. The lemon juice used will help in lightening the color of your facial hair. These three ingredients combine to help effectively remove hair on your face as well as other parts of the body. It is advisable not to use these ingredients on sensitive parts. Ingredients: •2 tablespoons of sugar •10 tablespoons of water •2 teaspoons of lemon juice •One small bowl Method: •Mix sugar and water in the small bowl. •Once the sugar solution is ready, add lemon juice into the bowl and mix well. •Now apply this sugar and lemon mixture on your face in the direction of hair growth on the face. •Allow this mixture to rest on your face for 15 to 20 minutes. •Wash it off with water after 20 minutes, by rubbing the mixture gently with your hands. •Repeat this process two to three times a week to see a reduction in facial hair.

I got a sudden eruption of small pimples like over the cheeks and my nose become red and pain full .All the lesions are having a pus head. Feeling hot and flushing like a feel over the cheeks ,I am using sternon and bright pigmentation cream from 20 days. Suddenly it happened from five days about 8 to 10 I am worried please help. Consulted a doctor prescribed antibiotics amoxicillin and clear gel ,derma dew soap and lyser D tablets. Do I need to consult any other doctor or continue tha same. Please help. Thanks.

If you have a boil, first of all resist the temptation to squeeze it. This only increases the infection and might leave a scar after it is healed completely. A boil is a pus filled skin infection that occurs around a hair follicle or oil gland. The causes for boils can be ingrown hair, acne and pus abscess. They can also be caused due to hormonal imbalances. Boils require proper course of medications to avoid them from spreading to other body areas. You need to see a Dermatologist for proper medication. Usually the bacteria in boils is Staphylococcus or Streptococcus bacteria-and right away most dermatologists will prescribe an antibiotic for you to take that treats.

Hello lybrate-user, no doubt to gain you can take mass gainer or supplement in diet but only these are not sufficient in diet, you need to eat a very healthy & balanced diet to gain weight along with supplements. Here are son tips that you can include in your schedule to gain weight. 1.Eating after short intervals is very important to Gain weight. 2. Hello. Please eat protein rich food like meat, milk, eggs, fish. Drink milk and fruit juices. Take protein powder to gain muscles. Do daily exercises.

Viral fever takes 3-5 days. But if fever persist for long or associated with other symptoms like rashes/ nausea/vomiting/ severe headache/ breathlessness/pain in chest or abdomen etc then please update for further guidance or consult physician, as you may require physical check up & blood investigations. You can take tab. Paracetamol 650 after meals, 3 times daily (only if you are not allergic to the drug) for symptomatic relief. Drink plenty of water, take light but nutritious diet. Take care & update.

Dear lybrateuser, -Good to know your CBC & thyroid reports are normal, also get your fasting & post food blood sugar done -have a well balanced diet with more of fruits & vegetables especially green leafy ones -have meals on time, don't skip meals, also have snacks inbetween to provide energy -do regular exercises, follow regular sleep timings, have restful sleep for atleast 7-8 hrs a night -consult doctor on forum with blood report.

You are studying for too long and this will lead to mental fatigue and you will suffer a lot of memory loss. Yes, Yoga will help with stress management and memory retention. You may also follow the recommendations given below which does include Yoga: Daily exercise of at least half an hour is a must. Even if you go to a gym, ask for aerobic and/or callisthenic exercises with whatever else you are doing. A healthy body harbors a healthy mind. With regard to memory, it is very important that your brain and body is ideally rested to be able to recall whatever is required, rather comfortably. Puzzles pose problems to the brain that help it to use new pathways and neurons, which give the brain considerable exercise. It taxes the left brain to use logic to solve the myriad possibilities which other activities do not stimulate. Crosswords are excellent for vocabulary learning and use. Jigsaws and Rubik cube stimulate different permutations to finally settle on the most likely one. Picture completion and anagrams help approach problem-solving from several angles. Do Sudoku, and memory co-relation activities and skills. Have a good night’s sleep, have a good breakfast of more proteins, meditate often, remain free of stress, eat a lot of fiber (whole grains, fruits and vegetables), nuts, avocado, eat dark chocolate, consume less of fat and use olive oil instead, do Yoga meditation exercises, etc. You need to check out if you are stronger visual or auditory. The visual is a better mode than the auditory. However, if you combine the two modes, you will get the best concentration. Have a special place of learning, which should be well lit, with soft painted walls, well-ventilated, with no distractions. When you get bored, study by writing. If you repeat learning, at least, five to seven times, you will apparently remember for a longer time. Sit comfortably but do not slouch. The reading material should be of a fairly large print. Study at small intervals of about 40 minutes and then take a break or change the subject. Short-term memory is a faculty of the left brain, and long-term memory is a feature of the right brain. When people are stressed, they tend to favor the right brain and abandon the left brain, where short-term memory resides. So, it is really very simple: deal with the stress and activate left brain functions. Here are a few suggestions to activate left brain function: shut your left nostril and breathe, move your eyes from right to left and vice versa for at least half a minute at a time, and do callisthenic exercises with some form of counting, regularly. There is a new exercise called Super Brain Yoga, which is done by holding the right earlobe with your left thumb and index finger, and the left earlobe with your right hand’s thumb and index finger. In this position, you must squat down and rise up and do this for five minutes every day. There is some memory enhancing techniques and study methods that your teacher will be able to guide you with. If your home life is full of distractions and stress, it is likely to affect your memory, adversely. The following foods do help too: Blueberries, walnuts, turmeric, Spinach, tomatoes, broccoli, acorn squash, green tea, oily fish, boiled egg, turkey, apples, oatmeal, leafy greens, lentils, pumpkin seeds, avocado, cinnamon, thyme, sunflower seeds, and red wine. Avoid sugar and junk food.

Hello, it's the go of life nowadays but •your health be a little bit affected due to loss of sound sleep during night shift.•you might suffer from gastric disorder in the long run owing to irregular dietary habits. •you might gain weight for want of proper intake on time & lack of exercise. • possibility of cardiovascular disorder is there due to loss of sleep, stress and anxiety. Do meditate to stablise bp. Reduce stress, come on things normally, do not get too much hyper on others. Do chandroudaya pranayam which helps to reduce bp & tachycardia. Tc.
