Crush 15 peaces of garlic and boil with 200 ml milk along with 200 ml water. Make it 200 ml and fiter it and take it bed time in luke warm position.

My 4 years son attained a dinner party yesterday. He is vomiting everything 4 hrs after eating anything. I am giving ondem 7.5ml today in the night and give food after 30mnt of medication. But again he vomit everything after 2 hrs of giving food. Within these 14hrs he vomited 4 times. I am afraid. Please help me any experienced pediatric doctor.

Give him a spoon of domstal syrup, do not give water or ors for half an hour till medicine gets absorbed, give him semisolid fat free food like custurd or curds or diluted toned milk or parle g biscuits. Start simple antibiotic like septran syrup 1 spoon twice daily along with metrogyl syrup 1 spoon twice daily for 3 days, lots of ors and juices but no solids or fats or maida like noodles. Pasta, white bread etc. Total rest. Repeat domstal after 12 hours if nausea persists.

Hello lybrate-user to reduce the cholesterol levels you should avoid fatty meals, cheese, etc and drink empty stomach twice a day (Dalchini powder 1/4Tsp small boiled in water )it will help you a lot do light exercises. Walk for half an hour after dinner which is important.

Very unlikely that it is would suggest a heart attack. You need to understand that for heart attacks breathlessness is more common and more important symptom than Chest pain or pain anywhere else. No heart attack ever happened without breathlessness.

Dear, To control & maintan BP normal these are best methods to follow:.• Do physical exercise like jogging, running or brisk walk for atleast 20-30 minutes. • Maintain your cholesterol level to normal & eat least amount of butter, cream or fatty things. • Eat less amount of pickle, salt and fast food as they contain high sodium levels. • Avoid drinking alcohol and smoking. • Take less amount of caffine containing coffee, tea or cold drinks because caffine causes increase BP. • Drink 8 to 10 glass of water daily • Take 6 to 8 hrs of sleep daily. Do not take too much stress. • Do long breathing pranayams (Anulom- Vilom, Bhramari) daily for 10 - 15 minutes. It will reduce your stress level in your body. • Eat healthy diet such as green leafy vegetables, fruits. • Take 5 ml of GULAB Jal added in a glass of water daily once a day.

To reduce cholesterol in body: * avoid butter, ghee & cream in your diet. * eat five leaves of kari patta and five leaves of neem once in a day. * avoid non veg (chicken, fish) food because it contain high fat content. * do running and jogging daily for 15 minutes. Start with 5 minutes then increase time period slowly. Do morning and evening walk daily. * do not drink alcohol it harmful to your liver and disturb your metabolism causes increase in cholesterol. * add kali mirch (black pepper) in your breakfast. * drink 6 to 7 glass of water daily. * take sound sleep in night of 6 to 7 hrs. Do not take stress. *take one tablet of guggalu of himalaya company once a day.

My wife is suffering from low blood pressure in routine she is in her 6th month of pregnancy before pregnancy she never had this problem. She is having good diet eating fruits taking rest properly but still consistently suffering from low bp is it normal or not will it put any negative effect on the baby.

In a prehypertensive individual, the following things have to be taken care of: 1) Tobacco: While the major effects of tobacco are in the development of atherosclerotic heart disease, its role in the management of hypertension cannot be forgotten. The pressure effect of tobacco is so strong that the blood pressure comes down immediately after stoppage of smoking. Tobacco is one of the agents that induce clustering of risk factors. 2) Body weight: Lowering of excess body weight can lower blood pressure. In one of the studies, it was found that decrease of 1 kg of body weight is associated with an average fall of 1.6 mmHg. Indeed, in many instances, it would be possible to discontinue medications after effective weight control. 3) Dietary Sodium: Restriction of dietary sodium is one of the most useful methods of controlling hypertension. This fact should be emphasized, because of the increasing use of fast foods, which have high salt content. It is admitted that it cannot be achieved easily. Norman Kaplan, a renowned cardiologist, gives the following practical suggestions. Do not add salt during cooking or at the table. Sodium consumption should be less than 1500 mg per day, an average individual consumes 8 to 10 times more sodium than required. If salt is desired, add half sodium and half potassium chloride preparations. Avoid fast foods. Be careful about the sodium content of some medications and specifically read the labels indicating sodium content in your food. 4) Alcohol: Alcohol consumption of more than 30 mL of ethanol is found to increase blood pressure. Hence, moderation is recommended. One of the major hazards of drinking is the usual associated consumption of high salt savories, which is an unseen source of salt. Instead, use less salted food. 5) Exercise: Regular physical exercise has been found to induce reduction in blood pressure. Strenuous exercise should be done 45 minutes a day for at least six days a week.

Sir your cholesterol is borderline, you need to reduce weight upto 75 kg and dietary precautions like less oily and junk food, avoid smoking if any. No red meat and daily Excercise. Repeat Your lipid test after three months.

Dear Dr. I am suffering from a condition - myasthenia gravis and on medications since last 1 year (Azoran 75mg /day, Distinon 180mg/day, prednisolone 10mg, supracal 1000mg, clopidogrel 75mg) I had a thymectomy in April 2015 along with single by-pass (CABG), earlier immunosuppressant (mycept) was stopped and had myasthenic crisis in june 2015, hospitalized in ICU given pulse steroid shots (5), immunoglobulin therapy. February 2016 underwent cataract surgery - nuclear cataract. Generally anxious. Need your kind advise please on reducing stress and relieving the myasthenia.

Dear lybrateuser, some of the ways to reduce stress are, -meditate, a few of practice per day can help ease anxiety & stress. -breathe deeply, take a 5-min break & focus on your breathing. Sit up straight, eyes closed, slowly inhale through your nose & release after a deep breath. -interact with your friends & relatives on social media & also personaly. - improve your muscle strength with light exercises which don't tire ytaou. -take your medication regularly & on time, get check up done regularly by your doctor.

To control or maintan BP normal there are some instructions are given below: •Do not take salt in high amount or try to avoid it because high sodium level increase BP. • Eat less amount of pickle and fast food, fast food contain high sodium. • Avoid drinking alcohol and smoking. • Take less amount of coffee and tea both increase BP. • Drink 8 to 10 glass of water daily. • Do exercise daily, jogging and long walk. Start exercise with 5 minutes and increase the time of exercises slowly. • Take 6 to 8 hrs of sleep daily. Do not take too much stress. • Do long breathing pranayams daily for 10 - 15 minutes. It will reduce your stress level in your body. • Avoid taking too much fat foods such as butter, cheese, ghee. • Eat healthy diet such as green leafy vegetables, fruits. Eat an apple daily.
