Use Hot compression over the Painful areas.
Do stretches and exercises for your Calf muscle and Hams.
Maintain Good Posture.
Try Extension Exercise.
Don't carry any heavy weight.
Whenever you are sitting for a long time use soft pillows under your waist.

Kindly show me a photograph of the affected part.
Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder.
Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful
Do hot fomantation.
Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days.
Caldikind plus 1tab od x10.
Do neck, back & general exercises.
It may have to be further investigated.
You will need other supportive medicines also.
Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take.
If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.
Apply cold water fomentation for 20 minutes thrice a day for 2 days , keep your leg elevated, wear knee support while walking, if still you don't get relief than consult doctor for clinical examination and diagnosis.
Hi lybrate-user. Back pain in this age is common among younger people. It's primarily due to lack of abdomen and back exercises, improper posture and lack of sunlight exposure. I would suggest you to reduce your weight, do gentle stretching of your leg muscles, avoid sitting or driving for longer duration. If the problem is not alright with these measures or if you get pain radiating to your legs, it's time for you to consult an ortho pedic surgeon

Chiropractic adjustment will help.
Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.
