Do take ift for pain relief for 7 days regularly do learn stretching and strengthening exercises from physiotherapist apply hot water fomentation thrice a day for 7 days regularly do revert for further assistance best wishes.

Hey, back pain can be due to wrong posture (occupational) or stiffness in your back or lack of strength. What you should do is start doing stretches and strengthening exercise for your back. Take ift sessions from nearby physiotherapist and start exercising on regular basis. Understand ergonomics from physiotherapist.

Avoid sitting cross legged. Ankle stretching. Ankle strengthening exercises. Avoid squatting. Quadriceps exercises. Core strenthening exercises. Stretch calves.

Am working in Electrical dept I have knee pain while driving two wheeler and I got sudden cold if I drunk cold water.
For knee pain do regular knee exercises. Eat milk daily to get adequate calcium. Get sunlight exposure during 11 am to 2 pm for 30 minutes. You will need some medicines if pain does not get relives after 15 days of exercises.

Dear serious back problems are those which affect the spinal cord and nerve roots. You will have problems with radiating pain down the legs and if the nerve roots are compressed you can also have numbness. The more compression and you can also have weakness. There are lot of conditions which can lead to this ranging from discitis, disc prolapse, infections of the spine, seronegative inflammatory conditions, tumours, stenosis, listhesis etc. You will need to undergo blood tests and initially plain xrays before going for special blood tests and higher radiological investigation. Foot exercises. Do the following exercises barefoot: •1. First write digits 1 to 10 using your toes raised up in the air. •2. Sit on a chair, raise your toes and curl them •3. Pick up a small piece of cloth off the floor using your toes. •4. Still in a sitting position, point your toes and circle your ankles in a slow counter and clockwise motion. •5. Stand up from the sitting position and go on tip toe for 5 seconds.

Low back pain in young girls is usually because of weakness of back muscles. You need to strengthen your back muscles. Vitamin d and calcium deficiency is very common in girls. You need some medicines and exercises.

Medical conditions that could be the cause of abnormal menstrual bleeding include: *infection *ovarian cysts *thyroid functioning etc. I suggest a visit with your gynaecologist is the first step in determining the cause of your prolonged menstrual bleeding. Stomach pain and back pain could be associated with prolonged menstrual bleeding.

Advice. Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).
